Those who've seen the Extreme Ghostbusters Show..I need your help!!**

This will probably be the last thread relating to the Extreme Ghostbusters Show. It's last day is this Saturday.

In tribute to the performers in the show, I'm creating a video project, and would love to have comments from people who have seen and enjoyed the show. Anything from your thoughts of the show, to a memory related to it or the characters. This is a project specifically for the performers, and will not be seen by the general public.

Any help would be great. TIA!

First off, I was really sad to hear that I'm not going to get to see the Extreme Ghostbusters when I'm next in Florida in May. I have seen the show about 4 times now, but never tire of it's humour which makes me laugh out loud. I remember the first time seeing the show, our first time in Florida, melting in the heat but not even noticing because I was being entertained so much.

All the best for the future, guys, may you carry on entertaining people for many years to come. You will be missed.

that is sooooo sad!!!!! i love that show!!! when i go to universal/ioa... we always end up going to see the show at least twice before we leave... i might be able to see them and say goodbye when i go this saturday... i am soo sad!!!!

evertime i asked... they said that they were going to take a break, or they never come out to greet the fans...

i would get up and dance along with them((not on stage, but in the front row))

my freind grabbed one of the guys butts when they drove away in the car at the end of the show... we alllaughed... and he got a kick out of that too...

i think it was the one in the glasses....

i like all of them... so sexxy... do not go!!!!! i love them all!!!!

must say goodbye this weekend... i am now going...


when i went with my father to pick up our van from the shoppe near kirkman, i got to see the car being transported back to universal all pretty and polished and working again... it was around marti-gras laster year... it still had the beads hanging on the rear-view mirror...

i need to video tape them this saturday as their last show...

While I must admit that I did find the show humerous for one helping, my six year old daughter absolutely loved it. She danced and laughed, thought it was the funniest show and wanted to see it over and over. Being the bad parents we are and on a tight schedule, she only got to see it twice. We were considering going back again this year and that was going to be her highlight, but alas tis not to be.

The thing I loved about the show was that I'd hear one song and laugh and think to myself......it can't get better than this.......and then it DID. I'd start laughing harder, and then the next song started and I couldn't believe how great it was. The choice of music, the guys - and how they threw themselves into their parts without reservation. They will be missed!

I'm sooooo sad I am coming to Florida for a holiday soon and I couldn't wait to see the Ghostbusters show but as I am coming in May I'm going to miss it all! If only we would have come sooner.

Hey everyone!

C_R: They usually have Meet and Greets about 5 or 10 minutes after their shows, unless it is too hot outside, bad weather, or something else.

Raven - I'm soooo sorry! I hyped up the show, and I feel terrible that probably half of the people I convinced to see a show, won't even get to witness it in person. Would you like a video of the show? Feel free to PM me.

CJK - today was great...but I have it on tape. I may make a mini-highlights clip for people to see a bit of what happened. Nothing too different happened during the show, except for references, "...for the last time..." and such. But the Meet and Greet was just so incredibly emotional.

Thanks for the summary. I'm glad you could be there for this very special day. I'd LOVE to see a highlights clip if you have time to prepare it. I'm wishing now that we had videotaped it. When we were there, we loved it so much (along with everyone around us), that it never occurred to me the show would be leaving!!! I wonder what the guys will do now?

The show leaving wasn't known for long. They found out about no more show on January 13th of this year!! I don't think anyone though they show would really leaving, despite the fact rumors always popped-up out of nowhere every so often (but they were just rumors in the end).

If you want me to send a full video of the last show, I'll be glad to make you a copy. I'm already preparing at least 10 copies right now...I'll be glad to offer a copy to anyone else who'd like one as well. Just PM me your address. Format in Canada is the same as the US, correct? I know things are different for Europe, and just wanted to make sure I send you something playable!

Thanks for posting these Claire. I downloaded the one tonight to show my daughter tomorrow. This is sad, its almost like your entire disboard identity has been taken away. You may have to stalk the cast of the graveyard review now, or spiderman or something. Kidding aside though, it was a cute show and thanks to you became a can't miss attraction for many.

Yeah...felt pretty crappy. I made a tribute though, and wow..so sad...because I videotaped all day, I observed so much going on.

Anyway, I hope your daughter enjoys the video. Some of the comments will be quite sad. You'll be able to ehar the enthusiasm though, which is wonderful.

I'm glad to say I'll still see much of the cast around Thank goodness...if the end of the GBs meant all the performers went *poof* as well...then...wow...I don't even imagine how I'd handle it!
