Those using swagbucks ???

@smallsy , I would agree with what @miztressuz said. It's likely the 2nd account triggered their fraud detection. Their hard rule is one account per person, although more than one person in the household is allowed to have an account. To avoid the potential overlap, it's often best to keep devices and laptops linked to one account only and set up the accounts to be associated with specific people in your household (that are old enough to have accounts).
It wasn’t 2 accounts, it was 1 account just using different devices to login at different times. Like I used it on my iPad on Saturday via the website, then my phone on Sunday via the app in the car on our way back from visiting family (DH was driving). Then I didn’t login Monday or Tuesday and when I pulled up the website and tried to login on DH’s laptop last night it gave me that message.

You won't get an email, or any other kind of notice or warning. Do you have more than one account in your house? It is allowed to have more than one in a household (only one per person), but it seems to trip up their fraud detection and sometimes new ones get shutdown. You'll have to submit a ticket to the compliance department and ask to be reinstated. Good luck.
Just 1 account, and literally just opened last week. Using the same account login on different devices, which seems to be fine for other users here???

Yes, that's not a violation. It sounds like you tripped a switch somewhere, probably with the different IP addresses in a short period of time. It feels like you should be able to get that corrected with the compliance department, maybe they'll even tell you what they think you did so you can avoid it (they're not very helpful usually). Worst case is they keep you deactivated and you can try again with a new account and try to stay under the radar for a bit with it (if you're not totally discouraged). Hopefully you don't have many SB riding on this?

Swagbucks is fickle, no one has found out a rhyme or reason to it yet. It's one of the reasons why we caution folks to cash out at every opportunity, or at least don't leave more in the account than you can afford to lose, you never know when SB being SB will strike. I'm optimistic for you, though. If you go into the ticket with the right attitude you'll probably get reinstated.

Sorry - I misinterpreted your replies.

There are a handful of reasons you may have been deactivated. You may have had an account before and forgotten you did. Or someone else in your household may have. Or you have a dynamic IP address that was once used by somebody who got banned before you. Or you were using the same app on 2 different devices on the same account. Or you (briefly?) used your account with adblocker software. Or... this list goes on.

Unfortunately, you may not get an explanation (or a good explanation) from SB and they may not reinstate you.

I’ve ran on different devices for years. I’d contact SBs support. May not help but can’t hurt.

If I had a purchase on 4/12 for Best Buy ($100) that is showing 0 points and zero pending should I should open a ticket? I did get the 750 bonus on it.

Going back to the member recognition shop bonuses...my shop and earn credited yesterday and my bonus credited this morning around 7:30 eastern.

So...the BONUS for BB is for IN-STORE purchases only, correct? I see it is still at 4% and went to purchase a TV, but they are out in store and I'll have to order online, so I guess that I won't get the 750 bonus? Is that correct? Anyone know a workaround???

I believe you would still qualify if what you purchase is advertised in the weekly flyer. However, if this is the case, also check out RMN as they offer bigger cash back for certain purchase levels.

Not in the ad, just on sale, so I have to order online because they don't carry this TV in my Best Buy :-(
What is RMN?

I am sure this has been asked and answered.. the BB bonus , can you and your husband shop on the same day? 2 different bar codes? I don't want to cause a problem.

Do you each have an account? If you do, and the qr code used for each transaction is from different accounts, then yes you would get credit for both. You can only get one BB bonus per account per day now

If you both have separate accounts then yes. My husband and I have used our own QR codes on the same day with no problems. We use different forms of payments and different BB reward numbers.

Frackin' Swagbutton Thursdays, I thought they did away with that stuff but apparently it was just a dream. I redeemed the swagcode through the button yesterday for the Swago board and then happily happened upon today's code and tried it through the app to finish that off, but nope, Swagbutton only. I knew whatever I picked yesterday would be wrong somehow
Now I have to pay close attention tomorrow to get my last square.

You can order and pay in store for an out of stock item and get credit. I have done this before and received the credit.

Yes, I agree, I think you can order an out of stock item in store and pay then, using your qr code, and you should be all set!

THANKS ALL!!!! The truck came today and the TV I wanted was actually in stock! We are actually buying 2 TV's, so I'm going back tomorrow to get the second one that I'm having them hold! So I should get the 4% x $150 + 750 SB Bonus twice.....

Went to Sam's Club today and bought $145 worth of groceries. Card I paid with was linked in Dosh yet it didn't trigger the $5 that others seem to be getting. No big deal really but hoped it would work after others seemed to be having luck with that.

I think the trick was only putting $45 on that card, the same as a regular membership fee. The extra hundred may have thrown it off.
Not that I need another Sam's GC but I'm tempted to try it as I just need another $5 to cash out. I hope everyone's moves past pending :)
