Those using swagbucks ???

Went on today and there was a 100SB offer from Glade and just like that, my first goal was met!

DH did the nature conservancy offer, but has not received his points after waiting the 3 business days. I hope we can get them, it was 2500SB for a $25 donation (which we would make anyways).
 
I haven't been hitting my second goal for a while since I've been busy and earnings have been down for me. It's dropped back down to 130, so that's nice! I hit it yesterday and suspect I will again today.
 
Got 20 SB playing Watch & Earn videos from the Inbox this morning. The first one said earn 2 SB for watching the video in its entirety, then above it was an offer to watch the same video 5 times for 10 SB, then above that watch it again 4 times for 8 SB. The last two offers I only had to play it for 2 minutes each time. Easy enough to do while I am doing other things on my computer.
 

How long does it take to hear back from Swagbucks customer service?

I am so frustrated - I had $75 in GC, 800 SB, and a lot of pending SB from making purchases, and my account went POOF! into oblivion. I sent them a message yesterday.

Did they disable your account? They have done this to me twice. I usually had it resolved within a day. I am not sure what GCs are you getting, but I get Target GCs, I immediately enter them into Target's program. That way they will not be lost with an SB issue (which I have had a few times lately).

I can't log in, and, if I try to change my password, it says "Your email address was not found in our system." Is that what it says when the account is disabled?

I'm a tad leery of entering the information into Target's online wallet as there have been many reports of gift cards entered there that have "mysteriously" wound up with $0 balances, and Target has given people a very difficult time about reclaiming the missing funds. Let's face it, Target is not known for its cybersecurity.

That is why they piss me off because without warning or explanation they have disabled my account twice when in the end, I did not break their rules. It just wouldn't let me login, which makes reporting the problem also very annoying.

Well when I was banned it said that the account had been disabled. Not that I couldn't log in.

I might check with them on the nature conservancy. I did it on 4/22 (earth day) and got my 2500 SB on Monday the 25th, then it turns out I was one of the first 300 people so I got another 250SB on Tuesday the 26th. I hope yours comes through!!

I had to ask(beg) to be reinstated. So it could've been a permanent banning, but after they heard me out, they allowed me to have my account back. My SB were still there.
What was their reasoning as to why they banned you? I realize it's their company, they can do whatever. I'm just wondering if they gave a reason

How did you beg? I just submitted a request to Swagbucks help center because I wasn't sure what else to do.
