hi guys,
I booked a two week trip for next April this weekend. Very very excited!!

We booked through Thomas Cook who gave us a good price and were super helpful. Only trouble is they're telling me I can't get my booking reference to access My Disney experience until 60 days before departure? That's fine for fast pass but I'm worried about ADR; we're on the dining plan and I don't want to be stuck with only a few restaurants to choose from with only 60 days to go :-(

Has any one booked with Thomas Cook before and has this problem. What should I do?

Thanks

You can book from 180 days one day at a time, regardless of the reservations on MDE, but they should be able to get a reference for you.

My last Disney holiday was booked through Thomas Cook. We never managed to get the reference from them (although this was a couple of years ago before fastpasses went online)...we ended up booking our restaurants one day at a time. Was a bit of a pain, but we did get all the reservations we were hoping for.

They will get it for you, takes a while to get it into their heads that they can.

Confusion between all the numbers of days for stuff is rife with TC!

my sister has booked theme park tickets with thomas cook and had similar problems

I booked with Thomas Cook - I just called Disney Guest Services and they gave me the reservation number I needed to link the booking to My Disney Experience :) I was at the 180 day mark, so was pretty eager to get some dining reservations booked :)
