What am I doing wrong? I have tried this twice. I keep getting this thing called a :"run time error" what does that mean?

I got that error as well and clicked back and tried again and it said that I had already submitted an application . . . so I'm assuming that the info went through even though nothing came up on my end.

FYI, after filling this form out, I got a page that said 'server application error'. Anyone else try this?
