hehe, check out this site with pictures of the most diet-busting foods you'll ever see. Hard to imagine people actually eating some of it, but they do and it shows
Ok, I looked through a couple of pages of that. All I can say is yuck, yuck, yuck. Not one single picture on there looked even the slightest bit appetizing.
Sandwich filled with ground beef, bacon, corn dogs, ham, pastrami, roast beef, bratwurst, braunschweiger and turkey, topped with fried mushrooms, onion rings, swiss/provolone/cheddar/feta/parmesan cheeses, lettuce and butter on a loaf white bread.
Most of those foods look delicious! But, then again, I'm a glutton for weird foods. If I weren't allergic to peanut butter, I'd be munching down on a salami and peanut butter sandwhich, right now.
i only found one thing on there that was remotely appetizing, and i make it myself-pizza with hamburger as crust. as a gastric bypass patient, i can't eat pizza crust (ok, i COULD, but i refuse to gain my weight back), and this is my solution, but mine is 90% lean ground round, and it looks MUCH better than that picture-YUCK! those pictures are definitely not why i was fat-eating around the clock was.

Some of those dishes are served in restaurants, people actually go out of their way and pay good money to eat them. There was an article about a healthy eating in restaurants boo that showed the calorie busters in major restaurants (I believe the worst of those were the nachos at Outback Steakhouse) but these local, um, specialties put those national chains to shame.
I actually have enough time on my hands to look at the archives. The last post of February was the "Kitchen Sink" sundae. I believe that is served in Disney! Everytime we go I say we are going to skip dinner and the four of us are going to try to polish off that sundae, but we never seem to make it there!................P
The first picture of the deep fried cheesecake is from a local pizza shop. But the first thing the guy did was deep fried pizza. Now, he's moving onto other foods and has even bought a second fryer to keep up with the demand.
