No, the meetings are tomorrow night and Sunday afternoon. We will have checked out of the hotel for the Sunday meeting. The thing is that all the investors are not in sync. Some want to go with these guys who got Fran and I into all this TIC crap. We have decided that they are crooks who change their game up to syit themselves in the economy. They have a business now to help out all the people they screwed back in 2005.

Others want to hire a new management company and potentially have to put money into these buildings to make them profitable. But who can say they will be profitable?

This company holding the meeting is offering us a solution where we lose a lot of equity but we don't have to pay money or futz with it. Who knows what we will do.

No that's a different one. We have seven of these TIC interests. Some are doing OK, some are tanking, one is hopefully selling. That's the one we need to close so we don't lose our shirts on booking the cruise.

If you want a REIT, why don't you just sell the property, and invest in another REIT?
