Queenie - could it possibly be a sinus infection? I get headache like a migrane with mine.
It feels very much like that...the remaining part.
(The MAIN pain is gone. I am honestly MUCH better. Just still in pain)

But none of my treatments for that are working either :lmao: And I have to be careful with nasal spray

Have they given you prescribtion meds for a sinus infection? If not maybe that would be worth a try.

Of course, just a few weeks ago DH made a list of projects we want to do : new fridge; new furnace & central air (don't currently have air conditioning); take the huge tree down in the yard; new landscaping in front. Family room needs new carpet & furniture too. Guess we'll have to prioritize which to do this year & which to delay. Plus we're planning to redo the 1/2 bath on DH's Sept vacation. Owning a home is great, isn't it? :rotfl2:

Glad you're feeling better Skiing.

That sounds like a lot of work. Probably should hold off on AC and new furniture, otherwise you will want to relax in new chairs and not get the rest done.

I was talking with a friend, and mentioned my follow up appointment. So now I'm thinking, what if I don't get an all clear?

Skiing, how was your DR. appointment? Good to go?

No it got bumped back a day, so I'll find out tomorrow morning.

I want answers :sad1:

I can imagine.

Did the caffiene help at all?

Well except that about 3weeks ago the one next to the vacant apartment gave notice. :rolleyes1 That one needs a new kitchen and paint. Luckily we redid the bathroom two years ago, but we go totally ripped off.

Then we are going to throw out the gal in the unit above the currently vacant apartment and redo hers. While we're at it if the Handyman/Gardener who lives in #5 doesn't get his act together, he'll be getting a pink slip too, we'll remodel and double the rent! Plus we have to close down the music store in #4 in our building and redo that. What costs us $3000 a month could potentially make us $1600 a month!

Oh so you have a little more to do then.

Then you'll have to rest a little longer, sometimes we don't have any say in the matter.

I'll probably be joining the surgery group this summer so you can remind me of this later.

How are you feeling? I dont know why you wouldnt. He may tell you to do things slowly. So just do normal, but ease into it slowly.

Okay here's your warning, I guess I can send you smoke signals.

DH keeps telling me to think of it as a break from the funny farm.:lmao:

We have tickets to see Alabama on July 20th so it will have to be after that.

They're playing in Paso Robles so I think we're going to stay the weekend at Pismo Beach. I'll put the surgery off until sometime the week after, that way I'll be back on my feet well before our Nov and Dec trips. Got to have my priorities straight.:lmao:

Yeah more rest would be a possibility, but It's been a week and a week recovery is usual.

I would ask what activities you can do. Just keep resting and bring normal things into play slowly.

You'll most likely be cleared if a week recovery is the norm. Good luck tomorrow.

My doctor started running tests last Fall so I was hoping to get through the budget season before having to pick a date. I was happy to hear the biopsy was negative this week and there's no immediate rush. Now I can wait until after we complete the fiscal year end.

hope you get the all clear skiing

ACDSNY - hope surgery goes ok when you get it sorted

OK, I'm fading fast and with the surgery tomorrow, I need to get a good night's sleep. We have to be at the hospital at 9:30AM. I won't be able to get her going very fast, she is quite sluggish on the whole morphine thing.
