No way on points! It would possibly take my annual allotment for this cruise, but I haven't had a chance to check the points charts yet. We're doing the Mexican Riviera in November.

Well the deposit is $1200. If our Texas property doesn't close Escrow we really can't afford to be taking this cruise. Fran is becoming increasingly confident the sale will go through as evidenced by her eBay spending habits!

I'm just catching up by booking this cruise!

I got the all clear from my doctor, well almost. He said take a couple more days and don't do anything where I could fall, like off my bike. It's a little snowy anyway. So I'll give myself at least today.

Well glad it is going through and happy you are going on a cruise!

We have properties sprinkled throughout the US, but not traditional holdings. They're called Tenant in Commons. Great idea in 2005, but really bad investment since the economy dropped. We have four in TX, the Waterway, hopefully closing escrow this month in the Woodlands. Part of a shopping center outside Ft. Worth, an Apartment building inAustin, and some oil royalties. These are our best properties out of seven. The other three are in Denver, Tampa, and outside St. Louis.

That just gave me a good chuckle.

Her surgery was delayed to 4PM. I had a massage scheduled and I felt guilty about leaving but she hasn't had anything to drink or a pain pill since before midnight so by now, I don't want to be around her!

Glad the doc gave you the all clear! That was a speedy recovery!

I knew you would be all clear! Break yourself in a little at a time. Just dont over do it. I needed to pick up a ham for easter. That will be alot of meals for us as well. Is everyone set for easter?
