Search isn't picking anything up...does anyone have the fax # for YC??
Thanks!

What 3 studios should I ask for at BCV that are closest to the walkway to Epcot? I remember last year seeing rooms that were right in front of the walk way that goes all the way around the boardwalk area and they were also right by the bridge that you walk over to get into Epcot. Does anyone know if these are BCV studios? Thanks, Melissa

No, they are not BCV studios...they are BC rooms. The BCV studios are out in the back, towards the parking lot. Remember, the BCV's are TINY. If you have 3 studios reserved, they will being doing REALLY well to get them close together, much less being the "closest" to the walkway to Epcot. In all seriousness...the BCV rooms aren't THAT close to the walkway.

We have stayed just about everywhere onsite, except the Beach Club Villas, and we are finally staying there in September. Is it worth it to request a location? Do they all have balconies? And are they like all the other villas, with a balcony off the living room area, and one off the bedrm? Any tips are greatly appreciated!!

Hi!! The BCV's are beautiful!! They do have a full balcony off the living room, but not off of the master bedroom...I'm not sure why this is...I think it has something to do with the architectural style of the BCV's.

As far as location, you can request...but, people usually don't have much luck in the "requests" department. MS used to allow you to request "Epcot view", but no longer. That is our FAVORITE view!! Now we just request "road view" or "woods view"...that will get you your best chance of having an Epcot view room. If you want to be on the other side of the hallway, request "quiet pool view". The 1st floor of these rooms open to the quiet pool.

Also, some rooms are over the canal...we have always liked those because our dd can wake up in the morning and throw bread off our balcony to feed the turtles.

But, as far as requests go, I have always had more luck checking in early, and asking the CM at the check-in desk about any "special requests."

Have fun....the BCV's are amazingly beautiful!!

The members' guidebook that I have does NOT show that the master bedrooms have a balcony (and, they DO show that the BWV's have balconies off the master....so, I know they would list them if they were there). Personally, I have never seen a room at BCV that had a balcony off of the master. I am not saying there are not any rooms that have a balcony off the master and the living room...but, if there are....I have never seen any.

Sorry....I wish I could give you an answer you would like better.

Hi~

We have stayed at the BCV in 1BR's several times and have always had a balcony off the master as well as the LR.

We have stayed in the BC deluxe room and would like to try the Yacht Club Junior Suite. The BC deluxe room is an oversized room with 2 queen beds and a day bed. We always stay in room w/ bunk beds (at AKL) or day bed (BC and POLY) as DS14 & DS10 like to have their own beds. :thumbsup2

So, getting to my question.......do the junior suites at the Yacht Club have a daybed? I have read and heard conflicting info, the DisneyWorld web site says yes to daybed, but CRO says no daybed. Also, is the YC junior suite one room or two (bedroom and living area). Any informatioin would be much appreciated, pictures even better!

Thanks!

How likely are we to get a day bed and a full balcony like we requested? We have standard view booked.

Is there any map that tells which ones have a full balcony?

The room layout that I have for the YC junior suite shows 2 queen beds and a daybed. I'm pretty sure that the daybed is actually a sleep sofa though. For pictures, you can check out this site. There's a picture link on the right hand side of the page. Click on "show all" and go down to picture 58. There's 2 or 3 that show the layout. Hope that helps.

I know it's here somewhere but the search feature isn't working, again....

How much is internet connection at the BC? It is available in every room isn't it?

Does anyone have any suggestions for a nice Garden View room on the concierge floor? We're going to book for 2007 and it's our 25th wedding anniversary, so I would like to have a great view. Thank you. :)

Tammi,
Thanks for the link to photos for YC deluxe / junior suite. Looks larger than BC deluxe. Hoping the sofa is really a bed! We are looking to book our 2007 trip, so, we have time. :cheer2:

we leave in the morning

1. are there microwaves in the rooms?
2. are there showers available for use after we check out on last day-we have a late flight?
3. arcade game cards- can you use cash to get one- kids are bringing own money
4. what time do we need to be at bus to get to BB by 7:30ish or should we take a cab- how much would it be?

Does anyone have a recommendation for a good standard view room with a king bed at the BC? I've never stayed at this resort, and am trying to pack in all the info. I can (it's a bit of a last-minute-regain-our-sanity trip).

TIA!
