Considering he's a "repeat offended", and has been told before to stop and it didn't get through, then IMHO he obviously needs to learn the hard way that women are not just there to be his sexual play thing.

I mean really - what would the reaction be if the girl grabbed his crotch? I bet that wouldn't be so easily poo-poohed as "girls will be girls"
