as we found it to be not overly crowded, especially towards the latter hours of the party. If you have toddlers, you may want to skip the PS and in park sit down dining. We took it easy in the AM and afternoon, knowing DD1 would "poop out" early if we pushed her all day, then took her to the party at night. Even when we took it easy, and ate dinner at the AS food court, DD bopped around on the bus on the way to the party, got through the first parade and a bit if trick or treating, a few rides (very few), and boom, out like a light. DH thought we should leave and go back to the resort, but DD sleeps like a log, so we decided (ok, I did) to let her sleep in the stroller while we watched the fireworks, I had my fortune told, etc. We even took her on a few rides while she slept, which didn't bother her one bit. I definetly would not have disturbed her slumber if I hadn't noticed during the beginning of our trip that she would nap during the day on the rides with no problem. Then, after an hour or two of sleeping. she was up again and happy, even at
MNSSHP. We took the opportunity to get some good night time pictures without a ton of people in them. Then, back to the room for cocoa.
It really depends on your kids and their schedules, but this worked out well for us.
