Hi everyone :goodvibes

Looks like we might be going from July 19th-23rd, probably spending 3 days in the parks. There will be 8 of us, 5 adults and 3 children (5, 8 and 11). Looks like the Francillien annual passports will be cheapest for us (according to the ce-multiavantages website).
Does anyone know how many days it takes for them to arrive via mail within Europe (I'm in Denmark). Does the 11 year old need an adult ticket or child?
Are the parks crazy busy during weekends in July?

Thanks :thumbsup2

Your 11-year old can use a child's ticket, thats the good news :).
Bad news - the Francillien annual pass can't be used at all on the 2nd and 3rd days after your first use it for park access at DLP.

So for example, if you use it first on 20th July, you can't use it at all on 21st and 22nd July for DLP park access.

The Fantasy annual pass has no such 2-day restriction, so that one might work out better for you (and you still get the child's annual passes for 35 euros each through cemultiavantages).

Buy them now, so that they have time to be sent to you through the post. If you have any doubt that they won't arrive in time, email cemultiavantages to ask them how long it should take, before you pay for them.

We're there that weekend and I'll confirm its crazy busy - all schools are out and the first day of English schools ot is the 20th......don't let it put you off though, summer season is FAB!!
I'm there Saturday to Tuesday and can't wait, its a romantic weekend away ;)

Lots of English schools (including ours and most of our local schools) don't finish until Wed 24th July so there might not be quite so many British visitors - having said that it will still be crazy busy, but you can still get plenty done with the long opening hours. :goodvibes

When we used CE our tickets took about a week to arrive. :)

Really? A lot of schools this way are out on the 19th - we have 7 and 1/2 weeks out for the summer (OMG!)
Scotland are already out, and most of Europe will be too - to be honest no time in July or August is safe ;)

Yes, we have friends in Ashford who finish on 19th but they did start back a couple of days earlier than us last September. My girls school doesn't finish until the 24th meaning we don't even have 6 weeks this year :confused3 Looks like next summer might be the same too.

Wow - we're on for over 7 weeks as our lot go back the 9th September :-/ Wish they didn't save the training days up! They are an Academy though, own rules.....but with these new rules being introduced where as schools choose their own school terms, I think a lot more will end up this way *eek*
