Well it was a normal day - take DD to scholl - go shopping Etc
Only on the way to the supermarket as I as going down the dual carriageway (a van parked up in a layby) decides to pull out in front of me - no indication or anything
Not that indicating would have mattered - I slammed on the brakes (while screaming) - the back of my car skids into the second lane - people start hooting me who must have been at my rear side - and all I can remember is the sight of the van doors literally in front of me and wondering when I would hit something
Anyway, luck was on my side and I managed to survive without a bump - and the van just drove on it's merry way!! Not even sure he realised what he had done!
DH got a teary phonecall about my near miss - boy I was shook up for a while.
Well thanks for listening - feel better now and am glad it was my lucky day!!
