Things you wish you'd never seen at Disney

I don't know how long ago your CP was, but that story is going around even now! Although I heard that it was Star Tours. People are terrible.

Mine was about 2.5-3 years ago depending on what point of it haha. I heard it happens a ton so I would totally believe it happened again. At least once or twice a year (if not more) some idiot parent thinks they can sneak their baby on rides in their backpacks or under their shirts.

Cockroaches outside the Beach Club. I's obvious that they will be around, that would be impossible to stop... The feeling after I saw them though, just gave me the creeps.

Holy heck!! I cannot believe this, I mean I don't doubt it, I just wonder what the heck people are thinking. Poor little baby.

Just wondering as I'm not a breastfeeding mother yet but hope to be some day (no kiddos yet). Aren't there tops you can get where nothing is exposed and covering baby is not necessary? I only ask because I know my cousins both were able to breast feed with no cover on their kids and the only time you saw anything was if you were looking in the blink of an eye it took for the little ones head to block the nipple. The rest of them was fully covered. I don't know if they had special shirts or if they were doing the 2 cami approach. This was in Texas so they definitely got the heat thing but were still able to cover themselves but not baby.

For the record I honestly don't care either way but I was just wondering if there is a way to cover ones boobs and not baby as I'm very body conscious and would be so uncomfortable personally if I was "naked" but know not all babies like to be covered.

There are certainly nursing tops that make it easy to be discreet but honestly, for all the hysterics about people "whipping out a boob" breastfeeding is really not that exposing. I found myslf choosing loose tops that had some flow because it was easier to give the baby access without exposing my midriff like I would in a tight t-shirt. I liked nursing tanks a lot, The worked well under an open front shirt or a cross-over type top.

The worst for me was Blizzard Beach. Not just for the small bathing suits on large people (I guess I admire their high self esteem . . .), but for the snake that I saw dive - yes, DIVE - into the water from the greenery lining Cross Country Creek.

As heartbreaking as it is to see wicked parents yell at their kids, it is equally as upsetting to see spoiled brats yell at their dotting parents.

Domestic violence. And now I've seen two. I guess I'm unlucky because probably few have seen even one.

One thing I wish I had seen that I didn't was the kid on heelies that crashed into the back of me. That was a mess. And Mom proceeds to chew me out. I'm sorry I don't have eyes in the back of my head.

One of the BEST things I'd ever seen was on line for RnR. A family got on line behind us in the FP line. It was mom dad little girl of maybe 10/11? And her little bro. The girl was having an absolute tantrum over the idea that she thought they were in the wrong line. They had FP like us, but the girl kept insisting they were in the wrong line and wanted them to go over to where you GET FP (back when there were paper tix). Dad tried to explain that was the line for people getting FP and our line which was stretched out past the entry point a bit was the correct one. I guess the kid was livid at the idea of the FP line appearing long and insisted it couldn't possibly be the right line.

So she began carrying on and stomping her foot and being very very ugly and rude to her very calm family. After a few minutes of her tirade, her Dad took her by the elbow and guided her away from the line about 20/30 feet. He bent down, very close to her face and while I couldn't hear every word, I could make out the words "Will leave right now." very clearly. He never raised his voice, but was very firm. And when the princess rejoined her family she apologized very heartfelt for her behavior "Sorry, everyone. So sorry." And they went about enjoying the ride quite pleasantly.

Wow, some of these are terrible. I consider myself lucky that the worst thing I've seen is a "protein spill" in MK.

In the circle of life
It's the wheel of fortune
It's the leap of faith
It's the band of hope
Till we find our place
On the path unwinding
In the circle, the circle of life

:)
Yeah but NOT so close to me! lol:p

You GO daddy! that is the proper way to handle a tantrum!

LOL, reading this thread reminds me that I should probably just continuously apologize to people while at WDW. Maybe I can wear a shirt that says " I am sorry I offended/ disgusted you"

Mind you I don't breastfeed, or abuse my DS or change him in public or anything else mentioned, but I am sure he will do something that will disgust someone. Or DH and I will do something that will offend someone.

Can't please everyone right?

I never understand when people think a CM put them in the wrong line. You showed your fastpass and were put in that line. The CM knows their job. At least once every trip there is a family that does a hop over the rail or chain thing because they thought they were in the wrong line because for a brief moment the standby looked shorter. One family tried to jump back in line after doing this 3 times and I looked at the dad and said switch lines one more time and I'll go get a CM and they'll have you start over.

As a CM I witnessed some terrible behavior from guests, let me tell you. One example that comes to mind of something I wish I'd never seen- A baby, crying its eyes out, left alone in the stroller while the parents rode Pirates of the Caribbean....

Oh my! :(

Yep, happened on ToT last month. Two women (mother and daughter, maybe?) went into the standby line, then hopped the rail into the FP+ line and sped walked past us as we happily walked slowly by the misters.

Then they got to the on-line FP+ checkpoint... and turned around and left.

I saw a toddler (who's mom I assume was covering the toilet for him at the time) poop (not solid) on the floor in a bathroom at MK last December. On his pants (which were on the ground).
I felt for her and handed he some towels under the door, but man, I could not get out of that bathroom fast enough!! :scared:

I also was in line waiting to meet pooh once when he needed a honey break. Some mom yelled out that "The guy in the Tigger suit needed to take a whiz". I corrected her, and informed her that there is only ONE Tigger, thankyouverymuch.

Also I saw an old man in a speedo type getup at one of the waterparks while waiting for a slide. It was VERY revealing. :scared1:
