Most sitcoms- I wish I could get into mindless fluff tv, but I don't have a lot of time normally, so it seems like a waste.
Those gym shoes that supposedly tone you while wearing them- they look like orthopedic shoes.
Energy drinks- Yuck. I'll drink a Diet Coke and take a vitamin. That'll cover it!
Getting drunk. You act silly, then you feel sick. I've tried it. The second part really makes the first part lose its appeal.

Grey's Anatomy-I have special contempt for this show as my DH discovered it through Boxed DVD sets last year. Now he has to watch it every week, and I have always (for years) watched The Office. I don't like one single character on Grey's anatomy.

Adults obsessing over video games.

James Blunt's song-"You're Beautiful". That song and his falsetto voice give me shivers up my spine and not in a good way.
