OH NO...so sorry about your MUG! I'd be all kinds of sad about that. You could try emailing Disney and they can send you a replacement. They are awesome about finding in-park stuff and replacing it. I once bought a shirt at EPCOT and it shrank so much after a wash..that I called to request a larger one. Although I was willing to pay for it, they did send it for free.

I am really sad about it - but it says right on the bottom "not dishwasher safe"... Soooo... I'll just buy another one when I get down there. Even though V gave me strict instructions, for every ONE mug I purchase - I must get rid of TWO at home. I don't think this holds true for "replacement mugs"? I better clarify. LOL

Thanks - I am so excited to carry it. Not sure about the bow yet... I have some of the supplies I need in my cart on Etsy - and it would be really expensive... I agree- I am a Tervis snob too. I have a few of them... I had MANY more, but my girls have lost them - beyond Grrrr... They like to sneak them out of the house in the morning and take them to school - never to be seen again. Currently GONE - another sad one, Allison's Mystery Machine Tervis - again - retired and nowhere to be found to be replaced. V's Frozen Olaf Tervis... This one I could replace - but I suspect she's the one who's lost all of them, so I am not inclined to replace. My yellow lid for my Toy Story Tervis. Plus 3 other non-Disney Tervis'. Don't get me started... I am most bummed about the Villians and the Scooby Doo one - I knew when I found SD that is was a rare find... However - Just saw on the website that they have Harry Potter Tervis'... I want! LOL

They shouldn't sell coffee mugs that aren't dishwasher safe. We have been given a few mugs as gifts and I have to be very careful about them. I read a trip report where the lady was able to get a replacement mug from Disney when hers got ruined in her dishwasher. But sadly, I don't remember how she went about getting the free replacement. I know it happened after she got home and I don't remember the rest. You could also try bringing it back in October to see if they will replace it.

I totally agree on this! It's so confusing - I have a few mugs that aren't dishwasher safe either, and I have to be so careful that someone doesn't accidentally load them.

I may try and take it back with me, maybe... Depending what my luggage/carry-on situation looks like.

Well, I was only doing upper body work outs for a few days... but yesterday - I did add some light lower body too, and it seems to be OK this morning... So, I am cautiously hopeful - if I am careful - I may be back to more normal-ish activities by next week. I hope.

So, yesterday... Started off with Allison losing a bank envelope with $80 cash in it. The story goes like this... She put the envelope in the center console in the car while she was at work. After work, she took it out and set it on a tray that is right in front of my shift lever. She didn't remember bringing it into the house. When she went out to our (unlocked) car - it wasn't there. Sigh. Grrrr....

Which means, I spent my morning cleaning out my car (wasn't there - and neither was my Tervis - but I didn't check the way back)... Cleaning off any flat surface in my house that it could potentially be on - wasn't there. Took an easy walk around the neighborhood with my bum knee - to make sure that it didn't blow out of the car when she was getting out. Granted it could have been miles away at that point, but it didn't hurt to take a little easy walk. Couldn't find it. She texted her co-worker who she'd given a ride home that night... And wouldn't you know it - they texted back saying they had it. Apparently, when she got in the car with her bags, she knocked it off and it fell into one of her bags... Allison was so relieved! It would have been an expensive mistake for her. Hopefully - lesson learned... Be very cautious with cash!

So, my knee went for a little walk yesterday morning. I was also feeling "cooped up" - so I decided to do my 1 mile WATP video.... I took it waaaay easier than I normally do with this video - so it wasn't much of a work out, but it got me moving. I still braced my knee though... I'll probably have it braced for several days yet - just to be cautious.

Then I worked upstairs all day.

V had an appointment across the metro - so I picked her up and she was able to get an hour of driving each direction.

We stopped at Target Optical on the way by... I found the cutest pair of sunglasses - but sadly they don't take our insurance.... I just love these on me! So, now I am on a mission to find them somewhere that does take our insurance... I am NOT having much luck at all.

We dropped my car off at Allison's work, Josh was there to pick us up... We decided to go out for dinner. After almost 2 weeks of perfect eating - I destroyed that last night with the darn Chinese buffet. It was delicious though! And I enjoyed it. Right back to awesome eating today. I always find - it's not the actual bad food event that determines my success - it's what I do after that, that does. So, I could take yesterday's buffet and say "that's it" and give up, because I ate bad stuff. Or I can turn it around today - and it won't affect me much. So, I am back to eating well today.

When I got home - I was feeling super guilty for all the food I'd just eaten. I decided to take a nice walk around town... I had my knee braced up and took it carefully... I had no issues. And it felt good to counteract some of the food I'd just eaten. I probably didn't counteract it much - but it's better than nothing.

I sat on my tablet for the rest of the night - trying to find somewhere else that sells those frames... And I was in bed early.

Today... I will do my easy WATP again this morning - with my knee braced, of course.

I have another dentist appointment this morning - for a cleaning. So, nothing major. But it does take a chunk out of my work day. I need to talk to him about my other tooth I had worked on last week - I need to do something with it - as it is super sensitive to cold/heat right now, and it's difficult/painful to eat. I believe I am going to have it filled again - and hopefully the next time it falls out - I have enough $$ saved for a crown... Which I never received an estimate for.

I will come home to work all day and probably not much else... I have a bit of stitching to do on this week's applique - and then I will start working on assembly.

This is a big weekend for Josh - because it's his big banquet for his Pheasant's Forever chapter... So, I will be doing a lot to help them out - I usually help with the games, but this year, I think I got roped into checking people in? I have no idea - I am just going to show up, and they will tell me what they want me to do. So, my day tomorrow will be consumed with that. Which is OK - I do have a lot of fun doing it.

I'm glad that the envelope with the $80 showed up. That is the price of a MNSSHP ticket. We found someone's paycheck in our yard once. I don't know how they lost it but they were glad we found it.

Sorry about all the Tervis cups. We also have a problem at our house, though it isn't specifically Tervis, it's just a bunch of water bottles in general. We have so many. I think we got 2 a piece each as Fish Extender gifts on our last Disney Cruise, although I believe one or two broke. Plus I have my Bubba cups which I LOVE because they keep things cold FOREVER. Then 5 metal ones that were from our Animal Kingdom Safari Tour that actually leak...but they are Disney and I can't part with them. The other night at Kohl's Noelle found a water bottle she liked and I got it for her, but she promised to throw away one of the other ones she had at home. I'm sure that hasn't happened. I'm sure my DH thinks they are multiplying and it drives him nuts. I wanted to find one for me, but the one I liked was a 32oz and he had a straw...that I couldn't remove or that I could tell. I don't like the straw ones as much, and was looking for a larger capacity bottle to use for tennis. I have a small one now but indoor tennis matches are only 1.5 hours and I generally don't drink as much there. Soon we'll be playing outdoor matches, in the heat and sun, and I'll be playing singles and matches that can last 2 hours so I will consume more water.

Anyway good luck finding our cups. I'll (hopefully) be at Universal in June so I can keep an eye out for a Harry Potter one for you if you have one in mind!

Glad Allison found the $. My son did this with his souvenir money one year when he was at DTD...he had his daily allowance of $10 in Disney Dollars in an envelope in the Lego store (he was 8-12 at the time). He set it down while he was looking at some things and it was gone. Good thing it was only $10 (much easier to accept than $80!), because we never did find it.

LOL It will be fun though - even though I do nothing with Josh's Pheasants Forever chapter - I do go to the banquet every year, and I enjoy going - there's usually always someone there who I haven't seen in a long time... This year - a soldier who was deployed with Josh - he and his wife will be there, I was very close to his wife during their deployment... And even though we only live 5 miles from each other - we never see each other... So, it will be fun to catch up.

Thanks - I sure hope so too... I'll admit, I haven't looked yet... First off - I have to find a time where my car and I are actually together... <------ The joys of sharing your car with your teen-aged daughter. LOL

Thanks - I hope I am able to find them somewhere else... Otherwise - I like them enough that I'd probably be willing to buy them outright... At least I'd get my TM discount and my Debit card 5%... And I'd always get reimbursed through FSA too... So, it's an option - not one that I like, but it is an option.

You should look into WATP - it has been a staple program in my life for 4 years now... Any morning that I don't feel like working out - I do a WATP workout... Which is most mornings. LOL They are quick and relatively easy... Yet - you can make them harder by using heavier weights. It's a good indoor work out.

Yes - getting back on the wagon after a tough day/meal is sometimes the toughest thing to do... I am very much a "perfectionist" personality (on top of many others LOL), so it's very easy for me, when I mess up, to tell myself that there's no reason to keep trying... This journey has really taught me about making mistakes and continuing on, and the object of "the game" is not to be perfect, but to keep trying. It's very hard, because it goes against who I am deep down - but so far, it's working - it's been 4 years now of starting over - sometimes several times per day. If anyone ever says that losing weight or losing size has a finite end - they are lying... I find that the struggle is just as real now as it was 4 years ago... If it's truly to be a "lifestyle change" it will be a life long battle and commitment. not a "lose 10 lbs in 30 days" thing. It's a hard mindset to wrap around - and believe me, some days it gets the best of me... but I didn't come this far for this long to quit.

Thanks! And thanks! I just love my stylist... Sometimes it's hard to see how many colors I actually have in my hair - due to lighting, but that picture was a pretty good likeness. I just don't like that I am not smiling in that picture... It was a small store and the ladies were looking at me funny because not only was I taking pictures of myself wearing the glasses, but I was taking pictures of the tags... They were very disapproving. LOL

I hope so too... Thank you... My knee is progressively getting better... I had to go without a brace yesterday, because I couldn't get it on under my jeans... But I did have it taped and I did do OK - I was very careful about movement though.

Glad Allison found the $. My son did this with his souvenir money one year when he was at DTD...he had his daily allowance of $10 in Disney Dollars in an envelope in the Lego store (he was 8-12 at the time). He set it down while he was looking at some things and it was gone. Good thing it was only $10 (much easier to accept than $80!), because we never did find it.

Yes - it is... It seems to be doing much better. I still get twinges every now n' then, but for the most part - it feels OK. I had to go without a brace yesterday because it wouldn't fit under my jeans, and I did OK. I moved very carefully through out the day and didn't have any issues. I need to redo my tape today though - it doesn't seem as tight as it was, and I fear I am going to have to go with out a brace today too, so I want as much support as possible.

We have a super busy weekend, too. Charity plays in a basketball tournament all weekend. She even has a game at 9:00 PM tonight...that just seems ridiculous to me.

Yes - me too - thank you... It's still occasionally sore, but not the shocking pain that it was a few days ago. I've been very religious about my icing and my elevating though - so I think that helps.

Thanks - I will, I enjoy spending this time with him... He is very good at directing things - and I like watching, so it tends to be fun for us. Just a lot of prep work and a lot of clean up work... The middle part is fun though.

Yesterday was a good day for me... Busy - but good.

I did do my WATP yesterday morning again - being very cautious of my knee. I also did my ab work out after. My knee seems to be doing much better - I did go all day yesterday with out a brace, while I was out running around... It didn't fit well under my jeans... I still had it taped though. So, I was very careful about how I moved, and I did OK. I am probably going to have to go with out a brace today too - but I am going to retape, the KT tape seems to help immensely - best invention ever!

Then I got ready for my dentist appointment... That went well - I was definitely due for a cleaning, but my hygienist was laughing at me, because (surprisingly) my bottom teeth were worse than my top teeth - she said this is very unusual, it's usually the other way around. Maybe it's because I am left-handed? LOL So, she started off cleaning my bottom teeth - thinking she was getting the "easy" part out of the way, but she was very happy to discover that she barely had to do anything to my top teeth. It's always a relief to get this stuff done though, because i hate doing it. I do have 2 small cavities to fill in the near future - plus my suggested crown tooth to take care of too... It just sounds like a lot of $$ to me...

I ran into Walmart quick after my appointment to grab a couple of odd-ball items...

Then I came home to work upstairs for a few hours. I was able to get a lot done - I am not finished with my custom order, but almost... Probably a little more than an hour's worth of work at some point tomorrow - it's not happening today, I do know that.

Josh made home made jambalaya for dinner last night - that was delicious and hit the spot. He was so considerate, thinking of me, and how hard I've been working at taking off this size I've gained... He asked if I'd make the rice on the side, so we could individually add it to our bowls. It wasn't until we were almost going to sit down to eat - I remembered that I had some riced cauliflower in the fridge - which I could substitute for the rice - because I was totally planning to have a little bit of rice... This little swap out made my nutrition spot on for yesterday - which made me happy.

After dinner, both V and I helped Josh with the final preparations for his banquet today... Lots of paper work and filing for me, and lots of poster making for V.

I hit a wall at about 8:30 pm last night and I bowed out.

Today... Allison and I have eye appointments this morning for our yearly eye exams. We always look forward to this, because we love our eye Dr. so much - he is so funny! I am hoping, while we are there, I can find out if they will be able to order in those sunglasses for me - some brands they don't display, but they can order them in... They are just a small independent place with high quality frames, so I am not sure if they will be able to get these ones or not? I sure hope so... Otherwise, my hunt continues.

Then we will be doing some car swapping and people swapping... Josh will meet up with us somewhere, and I will go with him, then Allison will take my car for the day...

I will spend the day helping Josh with the banquet set up... V will be with us, as well. It should be a fun day.

The girls are on spring break starting yesterday... I am also "off" in my sewing room this week... But I will be working on some side projects... I need to get working on those, so I can get V's trip paid for... I have it worked out - I just need to DO it. LOL

I'm actually thinking my trip might happen. Things have been crazy at work, but I think I have coverage so yea! I mentioned the trip to DH (yes, I have to find the right timing too). His response, "We were just there". Sigh. Well, I'm going to make it happen--biggest obstacle was work. I told DH he was invited and welcome, but I don't think timing is good for him and work. DS mentioned again that he wants to go somewhere before his summer job starts (lifeguarding) so my trip is perfect timing. I'm really hoping/looking forward to just me and DS. I loved reading about your trip with Allison, and it sounds like great bonding time. DS just started college, so these opportunities are limited!
