They Call Me MISTER PIG- He Said, She Said (9/1 Lights, Thunder, Fantasmic? Page 47)

Another wonderful and entaining webisode.... As many times as my DW and I have been to WDW, we have never made it to HDR. Sounds like we'll have to schedule a visit during either our Dec 08 or May 09 trip.

Sorry to hear about the allergic reaction. I'm sure you had breath mints along with the Benadryl in your bag, based on the pic of you had He kissing. :)

Can't wait for the next installment. BTW how's the WOW addiction going?

Actually I had travel scope! I am always prepared.(Totally should have been a boy scout!) That pictures is also after not one but two bottles of water. I doubt any of the food had peanuts in it, it had just come in contact with some. Trust me if it had had peanuts actually in it we would have needed my Epi-Pen.

HDDR was fantastic! It is a must do for our next trip without a doubt!

The WOW Addiction is still going strong. He is currently playing his Warlock in Ungorro Crater... ::: Shakes Head ::: I need to find him a WOW rehab center.

Wow!!! Your trip report totally ROCKS!!!:cool1:

I have to tell you that I too have a DD6 and she can be a picky eater. Most times if I give her seafood she will be in heaven (expensive little squirt!!:rolleyes1 )

We are going to WDW from 8/28 to 9/1 on Free DDP w/upgrade to DlxDDP so it is interesting to me to see how you made out on the DlxDDP!!!! :cool2:

I'm happy to have found someone else who has no problems giving their child the experience of riding on the "big kid rides". My DD6 is totally excited about doing it...however, she gets a bit green on the Pirate Boat that just swings back and forth so it should be a scream!!!! :scared1: :rotfl:

I'm looking forward to reading more...popcorn::

Another great installment, guys!! Let's see, what did I want to comment on?

Jungle Cruise with no wait...that's a miracle! And a good guide is the key to a fun experience there. Glad you lucked out with someone good.

Mickey's Philharmagic is one of my all time favorites! It is so awesome, isn't it?

ITA on Peter Pan. Can't believe how long the lines get for this sucker. No matter what time of day or season. We will NOT ride it without a fastpass.

Funny (though gross) on the Minnie's house smells. I just read a similar story on ZZUB's report. Guess it was an ongoing problem. They must've fixed it, though, as I haven't heard complaints lately.....

And you completely stole my heart with HDDR. We've been 3 times. Great entertainment, great food. I can't believe you got grilled cheese and fries for Cat though! SCORE! We've made our picky boys force themselves through chicken and mac & cheese. Never knew there were other options. Paying adult prices for them AND none of us drinking makes this a pricey proposition, but we do love it!!

OMG on She's peanut reaction! I can't think of anything on that menu that has peanuts in it, so you are right, must've just come in contact. That's pretty scary!! What a trooper you are. I would've been right back to the room after something like that.

Oh, and thanks for putting the Hoop Dee Doo song in my head. I suppose it's better then IASW, though

Glad you are enjoying it!

We LOVED the DxDDP. Now I am one of those people who is lazy enough to LOVE character meals, because I sit and they come around to us. I handmade DD autograph book before we left just with characters I knew we would see from our meals and the book was rather thick.

And yes we totally put her on some of the bigger rides. We skipped the ones that would cause nightmares (Haunted Mansion, ect.) but that is because I am selfish and need my 6 hours of sleep and you don't get that if you have to spend all night comforting a crying child. She really did not like Big Thunder. Like at all. But she survived, and gave it a try and didn't carry on or cry about it so all and all I was pleased. Now if only I could get her to do that with food! ;)

The Jungle Cruise was fun and the no wait an added bonus. I am guessing that people tend to head there later in the day because our boat was only half full. She did the usual bad puns but had such a great personality. Cat tend to fake laugh when others laugh and the Guide called her on it, which made everyone laugh- well not Cat but oh well.

Mickey's Philarmagic is amazing. I kept wanting to do it a second time but we never had the chance.:sad2: Its Disney entertainment at its best.

I thought about going back to Pop after I started breaking out but it was our ONLY chance to see Illuminations and I was not going to miss it. (In a future Webisode you will see how stubborn I can be) The Benadryl helped a lot even though it caused me to be pretty out of it for the rest of the night. I tripped four times over my own feet on our way back to our room, Of course He found it funny.

HDDR is outstanding. I don't understand how some people dont like it.:scared1: Our Waiter said they could bring anything over from Trails End. Cat asked about a grilled cheese and got her wish. I can't complain too much though because she ate 90% of our salad. Yes she is a little freak.

I am loving your TR! We have a 7 yr old and although she is not a picky eater, she sure does know how to embarass her parents in public places! LOL!

You 2 have a great sense of humor - keep it coming!

Thanks! Don't worry about her embarrasing you, once she is a teenager it is totally payback time! ;)

Great update! Sorry to hear about your peanut reaction, but glad you recovered and were able to enjoy the rest of the evening! Also, your daughter is so beautiful! Very cute pic of her with the washboard. We almost booked HDDR for our trip in September, but didn't. We will def. have to do it some year though as we always hear rave reviews from people who have gone! Can't wait for the next update!

Oh No! :: Passes a big bottle of Benedryl :: That is miserable. I feel for you. I really do. I feel pretty lucky that I am only allergic to three (bees, fire ants, peanuts) things (well three confirmed things! You can read about that in an upcoming webisode ;) )

I did have a nice mother's day. Thanks for asking  I was allowed to lay in bed for as long as I pleased, food was brough to me, and I got massive hugs and cuddles from the children. The best part is my gift (it may sound odd for Mother's Day) but He is taking me and two of our friends on a quick 3 day trip to Cedar Point without the kids at the end of the month. I love rollercoasters and grew up with a seasons pass to the Point so I am so happy to go! I just wish we didn't live so far :sad2:

How was yours?

-Becca-

Well I normally don't post about non Disney stuff here but I thought I would update people since I doubt I will be on the computer much until Sunday.

First off I am sick. I have the flu and it actually aches to even type. Its that bad.

Secondly this is not a good week to be sick. It is recital week and since we spend a ton of time on dance in this house He likes to call it "The Week of Hellish Entertainment!" It is filled with several dress rehersals and also not one, not two, but three shows this weekend. And yes Cat is in all three. :sad2: Normally this would make me happy but like I said very, very sick. so not good.

We probably wont update till Sunday night because of the stuff I mentioned above. Oh and I will leave you with these pictures.

Cat with a few girls from Acro. She is in the middle, black, doing a heel stretch:

Cat warming up for Showstoppers. (They do Itsy Bitsy Polka Dot Bikini). She is the one with the glasses:

And her Ballet photo which the studio loved so much it is going on the flyers for the show:

Well that is all. I am going to try to get my little man to take a nap so I can do likewise.

-Becca-

Becca - Hope you're feeling better soon! And thanks for sharing the dance pix - the ballerina shot is gorgeous!

Ick. Nothing worse than having the flu when you have a baby to take care of. Feel better soon!

The pictures are great, and the last one is, indeed, STUNNING!

Becca, so sorry you are not feeling well! Get better soon OKAY? Make sure that HE takes good care of you! Yay for an adults only fun rollercoaster trip! I too love rollercoasters but unfortunately since having my two girls, my body can't handle them anymore! I get really dizzy and nauseous even just going on the kiddie coaster at our local amusement park! :sad2: Hope you feel better really soon! Here is some pixie dust for The Cat to do awesome in her shows! pixiedust: Have a good week! Looking forward to more of the trip when you are done with dancing! :)

Becca- (and He) :) I love your TR- it is so entertaining and funny!!

I hope that you feel better asap, must be so hard to take care of the baby when you are sick like that..

hope you're feeling better soon. I always love the pics of Cat. I wish I were so flexible!

I must admit that up until this point I have just been a "lurker" on your report, :surfweb: but I must post now because I am not so patiently waiting for another update from you guys!!!! :goodvibes My husband and I have really enjoyed reading and can't get over how much the two of you are like us! Anyhoo, just wanted to say hello and come out of my "lurkiness".
