Shelly--- Oh YEAH!!! forgot you get to make ADR's while I'm gone. You better call and tell me when you get everything you want!
Good to hear that they have your new #'s right this time. It's always so stressful, hoping they have it right. Good thing you're all set to make the ADR's. How exciting!!!!


I'm packed. I can't believe it. And the clothes are all laid on top of one another by day so all I have to do is grab what is next- there's a side for day and a side for night, b/c we always change in the afternoon. I am no longer a procrastinator.


I think I like my new self.









Lake- hope your foot is better soon. Stay off of it as much as possible.

Jo - YAY for the packing... you must really be excited considering that you have 14 days left....

As far as my trip is concerened... i'm still up in the air about it.... i was about to book my air for the 24th - 28th but then the STUPID mechanic decided to call my DH and told him that the repair cost on his car is 1500 .... which is a big chunk of chage.... so it's up in the air... im actually considering putting it on my credit card but i'm not too sure about that move.... i really really really really really really really really want to go...... guys talk me out of it.... that wouldn't be the resposibel thing to do or something like that..... but i would get the dis points for it.... i have the Disney visa card.... ah decisions decisions......

If i go to POP it would be only 780.... no dining.... if i get the dining it would be like 1000... i don't know how long it would take to pay off... prob a couple of months that's only giving like 100 to 150 a month for it.... hmmmmmmmmm .....

Mari-- good luck with getting the trip booked. I'd do it only if you really know you'll have the $$ to do it. I hope you can swing it-- I know how tough nursing school is and how much you need a break.


Lake--- ahhh, tebow.
We were watching it and were whooping and hollering when they announced each and every Gator. Mark was secretly hoping PGH would take Tebow----- just to make it more attractive for me to go back there. He's ready to go back. but yes- we became instant Broncos fans in a matter of 5 seconds, along with the rest of Gator nation. The spike in Broncos jerseys purchased from all Gators everywhere will definitely be felt!

So Friday, got into a car accident and totalled my car. It was old a 2001 hyundai. I am ok just bruised but this is the last thing I need. UGH So now I have to go car shopping today. SO NOT WHAT I WANTED!!

But this time next week I will be in Magic Kingdom.....

Well, it's official. Bob is losing his job. They gave him a heads up that in about a month they are closing.

Right after I booked a non-refundable trip to Cape Cod.

Whatever, it's just money. I'll make more tomorrow.

Hi Mayers!

What a crazy busy weekend we had.

Saturday, my brother, sister and I pulled off a surprise 75th birthday party for my dad. We had over 60 people attend! He was totally unaware and surprised!

It was a Mexican Fiesta theme, so we had pinatas, candy, carne and chicken fajitas. My son Chris made about 2 pound of guacamole. It was all yummy!

Sunday, we spent the day trying to recover from Saturday. That 3 hour nap was nice!

Huggie - Sorry to hear about the car accident and car. How are you feeling?

RF - Bummer about Bob losing his job and the company closing. He is in the printing industry right? I have seen so many printing companies close recently out here too. Some have consolidated with other companies hoping to make it. The industry has totally changed, especially the last 5 years. I hope he is able to find another job soon!

Mari - How is it going? Any word on WDW?

Hi MAYers! Just checking in!

Here's where I've been...

I know it doesn't look like much but it's been a lot of work! We finally finished the drywall and priming and I painted this weekend. Jason started the ceiling tiles last night. Next up is the floor, kitchen cabinets for the kitchenette, and details like trim and such. I'm hoping to have it inspected by the week of May 17th when my newest infant goes from part time to full time. When done I will no longer have to go upstairs for anything and the day care area will be separate from the rest of our house. It will be so nice to just close the door at 5:30 and "go home" !!!

My FIL is doing pretty well with this second round of chemo. He's weak and nauseated but he's not dehydrated and they are monitoring him to make sure he doesn't get that way this time. Thanks for the continued prayers! He wants to go with us to Disney next time we go. We haven't told him that we are trying for next May. I pray he's still here and well enough to go with us or that we can push the trip up for him to be able to go.

My house is full of sickness right now. We've all got this lovely cold. My throat has had a frog in it for a week now. I have only one healthy daycare child but her brother is sick so they are keeping her home too. It's so quiet here with just my DD. So far my two have avoided it- for now.

Jo- Did you say you're packed already! Welcome to the world of NON-procrastinators! It's a great place to be!

Huggie- Sorry to hear about your car accident. Glad you are okay though. Escaping to Disney should make you feel lots better!!!!!

Lake- How's your foot?

RF- Sorry to hear about Bob losing his job. I hope he's able to find something soon. My dad was laid off last year after 38 years with his company. He was in the printing business too. He watched all of his friends that were lower on the totem pole picked off one by one and agonized every day for a year about which day would be his turn.

Sea- What a great surprise for your dad!!!!!
