Ask your friends about this burger joint called Culver's..supposed to be really good.

Like In n Out good? :faint: We have 5 Guys here that everyone raves about. Their burgers are no where near as good as In n Out but their Cajun fries are tasty!

Life just isn't complete without a good countdown! :cloud9:

I see you've had a little time on your hands.:laughing:

One of the reasons I like the ddp is because we get more than normal. Normally, we don't do apps or dessert when we go out, so for our kids it's part of the vacation....getting dessert. And with a 16 yr old that eats anything that isn't nailed down, it tends to work well. My other reason for it is not having to worry about budgeting for food while we're there.

But looking at your break down, I'd say go with oop.

oh, and the salad at Tepan Edo...kinda yucky. The ginger cake is amazing!

:laughing: Three sick kids and time home will that to ya :scared:

For sure and when my chillins' are older, I can see it being a better deal. For little Chloe, adult meals are just not realistic. She may be almost 11 but physically, she is 8 tops according to her MD so really, paying the adult price sucks! :headache:

::yes::

:sad: Bummer, I love that ginger dressing. Cake sounds good though. I love ginger anything. :lovestruc

Check out the F&W menus...................http://www.disboards.com/showthread.php?t=2292574 notice all the little purple DDP snack icons? Makes me wonder if the QSDP would be a good deal. :idea: Some of those snacks are over $4; more like $4.75 and $5. I know we'll be snacking like crazy during the F&W Festival. Off to do some math......................:dance3:

Let me know what you come up with. I have just over 3 weeks and I'm thinking since we will be there for F&W (staying at BWV no less) we might do the Quick Service for the snacks on that menu.

The QSDP is only $10 less a day for adults than the DDP. :surfweb: I think it will be close with the QSDP- closer than the DDP because they will sub salads and soups for desserts. :thumbsup2

Yeah, I looked up the pricing and for the three of us I just think that OOP may still be the better plan. I'll have to run the numbers tomorrow (no time tonight, Rockies game and Oktoberfest); however, I'm thinking we are likely to just pay.

I ran a few and with places that we love like Casey's (cheap) and Cosmic Ray's/Yak Yeti (huge portions) the QSDP is still not a good deal for us. Hell, if we drank more soda and ate dessert with every meal, then it would be. :laughing:

Sounds like you have a fun weekend planned! :thumbsup2

Just wanted to drop by and say hi. I have been a little down the past few days so haven't felt like Dising. Are you already packed for your AZ vacation? Only 9 days left. :)

:dance3: I will be leaving for AZ a week from today. We are contemplating possibly leaving Friday night and staying in Vegas on the way too. Friday night Vegas rooms are expensive though. :surfweb:

Have two soccer games today and then hoping to relax. I had a banner week and need to relax some. Hope everyone is well. :grouphug:
