If you want the free dining, you will have to pay rack rate for the room, so you would have to call back and change your reservation to add the free dining code if and when it becomes available. They don't do it automatically. You may have a better deal if there is a room discount. I roughly figured that if you stay at a value it is definitely better to pay rack for the room and take the free dining (although it was QSDP last time) and maybe better for mods. If you stay deluxe, it might be better to keep the room discount. You can't combine a room discount and free dining. Plus there are only so many rooms allowed for free dining, so be sure to do it right away when it is announced. I hope you get it!!

I hear disney is stopping some of these excellent perks.

so far this year, its the gift card offer instead which

You never know! Disney has done the free dining for a long time. I think they might keep it for September, but I don't know if it will stay for Oct-Dec like the last two years????? We'll see!

Thanks Sheree for the dining info. We are looking at the values or possibly POR/POFQ depending on whether 4 or 5 of us go. Fingers crossed for the free dining but if not hoping for a great pin code.

If you stay at a value, it is the best deal for sure! You'd have to do the math on the mods though! Keeping my fingers crossed for you!

The thing I distinctly remember about Morocco was that Mo Rockin' was playing while we were eating on the outdoor patio at Tangerine Cafe. It was a surreal moment. We absolutely felt like we had been transported across the sea with the music, the scenery and the food!

I was very excited that I caught the dancers out on the big coo coo clock above Germany.

Moving on to Italy. This is one of my favorite pictures from the whole trip!

France

It was a little warm that day. We weren't looking our best!

France at night! So pretty! World Showcase completely transforms in the evening. You need to make the round during the day and then go back at night.

I consumed this little fellow and he was very yummy! It’s chocolate “moose”!

This was waiting in our room window when we got back that night. We had an awesome Mousekeeper last year!!! We got nothing in ‘09.

And Dumbo was inside on the table!

Up next is a very magical day in MK where we got a special surprise!

I know! I said the same thing to DH when I got the pictures developed. The Italian pavilion is so beautiful that it does look fake! I love that there is almost no one in the background.

I'm with you on Epcot! It rocks! I really hope you can spend more time in WS. There are endless treasures to explore back there!!

Last time I tried to watch it, DS broke open a glow stick and squirted some in his eye. So if you can imagine, it wasn't a magical experience, what with running to first aid and worrying that I allowed my child to blind himself on his last night at disney...

Gorgeous WS pictures!!! I love Morocco. There really is something about Mo'Rockin' really setting the mood there, I had the same experience when I ate dinner there in September. Loved it.

The picture of Mickey and Minnie climbing the curtain made me laugh out loud! How did the CM do that?!?!

When we first walked up it was just Belle. We had our picture made with her and then Beast came out so we got right back in line. I thought DD might be scared of him, but she wasn't. He was really cool!

Oh no! That would have scared me too! I hope those things are non toxic. I'm sure that happens a lot though, especially the ones you have to bend and "crack" to make glow. Yeah, you need to go back and see it when you can relax and enjoy it. It's a wonderful show!

It was a gorgeous day. The meeting with Marie was totally by chance. DD really wanted to meet her but we didn't know if she would be out. So she was thrilled when we saw her and Marie made a BIG deal about the stuffed Marie that DD had. It was really cute.

Mo Rockin' is awesome! They really can make you feel that you flew to Morocco instead of Florida.

The Minnie and Mickey had magnets in their hands so they "stuck" together through the curtain. Our mousekeeper did a FANTASTIC job all week! DD got so excited every night when we came back to all that fun stuff. I told her Tinker Bell did it all!

I forgot to share this with you guys yesterday! It was Fat Tuesday or Mardi Gras, whatever you want to call it. Anyway, we thought that would be the perfect occasion for another Disney night. This time we headed out to Tiana's Place in New Orleans for some jambalaya! (Much better than my "French" tacos at Gusteau's! ) Anyway, here are a few pictures from the bayou!

The only thing I had to buy was a pack of plates! DD and I decorated with some of her P&F books and some Mardi Gras beads that she got at school yesterday. She has a P&F polly pocket set that I was going to use as well, but of 'course, she couldn't find it in her messy room! I already had some green cups and DD decided we needed purple Crystal Light to go in them!

DD was really excited to show our handy work to her daddy when he got home.

This is our jambalaya! It was very yummy. I used smoked turkey sausage to make it healthier and it was very good. DD insisted that I not cover Tiana's face with the food!

Poor DH was forced to wear a necklace and take pictures when all he wanted to do was eat!

DD was being very silly with the beads!

We had a very fun night and everyone enjoyed it. I'm thinking the next meal needs to be related to the Poly in some way. I need something tropical to get my mind off this unrelenting cold weather!

That's Mo Rockin'! They are awesome! They sing and play and have a belly dancer up front. I agree, she could roll her hips like she was double jointed! If I even thought about doing that, I'd break something!

I hear so many people say they want to see Marie and can't find her. I guess we got really lucky b/c we saw her two years in a row with no trouble at all. Keep trying and I bet you'll see her. She was near the paintings in France both years.
