From one "big loser" to another, YOU ROCK!!! I went from a size 26/28 to a 12/14. I'd like to lose another 20# but it seems my body really likes it's current size. That's ok I guess since I'm still 1/2 the woman I used to be.

Awsome job!
I recently lost 10 pounds by giving up coke ( 3 can a day habit) and starting to drink water. I didn't realize how many calories a day I was drinking! Water makes such a difference. Now I just need to tone everything up.
Keep up your great work. You are an insperation to keep me going.

As another said, from one "big loser" to another, you are doing awesome!!! I started off at a size 16 (being 5' made that really rough) and lost about 65-70 pounds and dropped to about a size 2. I have about 10 more I'd like to lose I think... or maybe tone up! I do believe beauty isn't 100% about looks, but I will say you look positively wonderful! Keep up the good work
