One of our ticket options is described as will call pickup - you can pick them up at the ticket window of any of the parks when you arrive for no cost. The only other option available to us (we are less than 2 weeks away) is express charge of $10.00. I don't want to take any chances, but saving even $10.00 at WSW helps! Has anyone done the will call pickup? Are there any problems involved? Thanks gailelle

Will call can be a little time consuming (15 minutes or so is the norm) but is usually pretty smooth. The only thing that can bog down the transaction is if you catch a CM who isn't used to doing the will call transaction and they need to get help. You need to bring a photo ID and the confirmation number you will get when you order the tickets.

I am sure there are many who have no problem with "will call",
but let me tell you what happened to us. I called to reserve tickets to MVMCP in December. When we arrived at MK to pick up the tickets, they could not find our information in the computer.
Our credit card company had to be contacted to prove that we were charged for the tickets. It took nearly an hour to get it all straightened out. Needless to say, I will never use "will call" again.
:(

I loved will call. We used the World Showcase entrance to Epcot to pick up ours. Had my confirmation number and ID all ready.
It took about 10 mins. for Dee and I to get our annuals. It is a great service.

We usually travel with relatives on all of our WDW vacations. My DH's Aunt has used Will Call for park passes and recommended it. So, last vacation we did and here's what happened:

We went to MK guest services "Will Call" window to pick up our immediate families park passes. Luckily I had the confirmation number and ID with me but they did not have the tickets under my name, but my Mother In Laws name instead. Even though she did not and has never used "Will Call". The CM ended up giving me the tickets (scarey) with just a shrug and smile. But it was enough to scare me. I won't use Will Call again. I would pay the extra $10 for overnight delivery or buy the tickets at the resort check in when we arrive.

Good luck. I would guess mine is a rare case.
