I recently bought 3 Florida residents passes through work and received an exchange certificates in the mail. I was able to link them to mine and 2 other people's magic bands when I got them. My question is, since I linked them, can I go right to the gate or do I have to still exchange them for "real" tickets at the booth?

Since these are Florida resident tickets, you usually need to show your ID at a WDW Guest Relations or ticket booth to activate the tickets for the first time.

You have to go to Guest Services first. Each person has to go with you and show their Florida ID.

If they are going at a different time they still have to show ID at Guest Services to prove their residency before they get into the parks.
