What I don't understand is why Vicky and Abby even try to work at Newman. Nick is the smart one, he got out already. I know Victor is their father but they sued him for $1.5 Billion and won. I would not be trying to "please Daddy" like they seem to. If he keeps meddling in their affairs, STAY AWAY FROM HIM! I think with $500 Million each they don't need Victor's help. I guess what I'm trying to say is I don't know why they let him control them.

WEDNESDAY US SPOILER

GCAC Jack tells Nikki she needs to face her fears head on. Nick arrives and says he hopes Victor doesn’t go free. Nick wants to take her home. She asks where is home. She is feeling guilty and says every time she fell Victor was there to pick her up. Now she betrayed him.

At Billy’s, Phyllis is crying in Billy’s arms. Vicky arrives and says she caught them alone again. This time he had his pants on. Phyllis says Billy has been there to listen to her rant and leaves. Vicky says if Victor goes to prison she will do what she can to end the feud between the families. She gives him her engagement ring and says it’s her housewarming gift to him and leaves.

Lauren meets Michael are at CL. Lauren says everyone heard what happened in court. Michael says the Bar Association has started the process of having him disbarred. Lauren wanted Victor to pay and she still supports Michael. Michael says he underestimated Victor. He says they could turn this into a celebration and head GCAC to celebrate freedom.

Adam is watching the news and hears that NE has been crippled by the scandal and it will take a miracle to save NE now. Adam tells Chelsea he is done with NE. There is a news flash that the jury has reached a verdict. Adam says he is not going back to court because Victor rarely gets what he deserves. She wants him to go and exorcise his demons. Adam agrees and leaves for court. He says there is a small chance Victor will go free.

Summer and Abby arrive at the courthouse and hug Victor. He says when he walks out a free man he wants the two of them by his side.

The Newmans arrive and Vicky apologizes to Nikki. Adam arrives and asks to sit with Jack. Nick tells Adam he will save him a seat if he changes his mind. They enter the courtroom. Phyllis and Billy arrive but Billy leaves.

In the case of the People v. Victor Newman, on the counts of kidnapping and fraud, the jury finds Victor guilty as charged. Victor asks to address the court before sentencing. He says accepts the guilty charge because he is guilty of loving those who betrayed and testified against him. Perhaps they have forgotten that love or chosen not to remember it. He admits he is not the easiest man to live with. He has strong opinions and has had differences with family members but has tried very hard to respect those differences. He made the mistake of trusting those closest to him. He had hoped that love, trust and respect could overcome years of resentment. While he speaks Nikki, Nick, Vicky and Adam have flashbacks to good moments with Victor.

The judge says Victor was eloquent but his love was not on trial but his actions were. He is sentenced to 10 years in prison.

Chris tells Phyllis she is a crappy friend for putting Michael into the position he is in. Phyllis leaves. Vicky tells Jack she is numb. Jack tells Vicky to keep a close eye on Nikki. He found her at the bar. She says she went to Billy’s and Phyllis was there. Vicky says she got a strange vibe. Jack asks if they were planning something. She felt it was something different and leaves.

Outside the courtroom, Nikki wants to see Victor. She says Victor was speaking to them. Nick says Victor was speaking to the judge and basically asking for a get out of jail free card. Victor comes out handcuffed. They all tell him they love him and Nick says he will take care of the family. Victor says he no longer has a family. They are all dead to him and leaves with the guard.

Chelsea finds Billy at CL. Billy says he has to get over his anger for Victor. Chelsea asks if there is still a chance for him and Vicky. He says Vicky gave him back his ring.

Michael and Lauren are at GCAC trying to celebrate. Phyllis arrives and says she has heard the Bar Association is after him. Lauren is angry and tells Phyllis if wasn’t for her Michael would not be in this position. Phyllis says Victor received a 10 year sentence and leaves. Michael says 10 years doesn’t seem enough for what Victor did. He agrees that Lauren was right and this time there may be no coming back. He says he only knows how to be a lawyer. They both cry. Lauren says she believes in him more now than she ever has and will always be by his side. He says he would be lost without her.

Adam returns and tells Chelsea that Victor was found guilty. He says he doesn’t think Victor will serve his 10 years.

Jack arrives at the mansion and tells Billy that Victor was sentenced to 10 years. He says Phyllis was elated and he is surprised Phyllis didn’t come to tell Billy. Jack says Vicky thought there was something going on between him and Phyllis. Billy assures him that whatever Vicky was picking up on had nothing to do with business. Phyllis arrives and agrees.

Considering that Michael was able to continue being a lawyer even after he was found guilty of raping Christine and serving time for it, I am sure the writers could find a way to make it happen again if they want

THURSDAY US SPOILER

At GCAC Kevin, Natalie and Mariah decide that since Victor in jail, they can roll out pass key and leave.

At Billy’s Jack questions Billy about Vicky’s strange vibe and she felt that it didn’t have anything to do with business. Phyllis arrives and says Vicky was right. It was private and doesn’t think he wants to know about it anymore than Vicky does. Jack asks if they were plotting another Paragon or kidnapping. Phyllis assures Jack that Billy told her to move on. He asks why she didn’t come to him. Phyllis needed someone who was not going to judge her. Jack apologizes to Billy. He tells Phyllis he does understand and she can come to him at any time about anything. As Jack and Phyllis are leaving, Billy has a flashback to the kiss with Phyllis.

At GCAC Jack admits to Phyllis he was worried after talking to Vicky. Jack hopes Phyllis has put everything behind her because this is over. Phyllis says she is not over anything because Marco is still in her head. Phyllis wants to destroy NE. NE bears Victor’s name and she wants to destroy it so Victor has nothing to come back to. Jack is stunned and tells her if she is has a hit list then she better add him to that list. He says he should have backed away from Victor decades ago. They need to walk away. Phyllis says she will not stop until she has destroyed NE. Jack says innocent people are going to get hurt. Phyllis is angry and says anyone who is not behind her is in her line of fire and leaves.

Mariah, Kevin and Natalie arrive at Billy’s and they tell him that with Victor behind bars, they can now roll out pass key. Billy says they will not wait and wants to roll out pass key tonight. They make plans to get pass key rolled out. Natalie says this is her moment and she owes it all to Kevin. She hugs him. Mariah is chagrined.

Nick arrives at Sharon’s and says Nikki is drinking again. He says Victor was found guilty and got 10 years. He doesn’t think the family is going to survive this time. He says Victor looked defeated. He thinks they could have found another way for Victor to pay. Sharon reassures him that he and his family did the right thing.

Shawn and Sage are at CL and Sage gives Shawn the adoption papers. Shawn says she will sign after the baby arrives and assures Sage she won’t change her mind. Sage asks her to look over the papers and sign them when she is ready and leaves. Sharon arrives and sees the adoption papers. She tells Shawn it’s okay to feel conflicted. Sharon tells her how she had to give up Cassie. Shawn says Sharon gave her up but later realized she was ready to raise her child. Sharon says she never knew who the adoptive parents were until later. She assures Shawn this is different. Shawn knows who the parents will be. She says Sharon never forgot that Cassie existed. She gave Cassie up but she got her back. Shawn is afraid how she will feel when the baby arrives. She wants to know how she should feel and what Sharon’s opinion is because Sharon has been there. Sharon says it’s different for everyone. Shawn pushes for more information and then gets her first labor pain.

Sage and Nick are in bed when Sharon calls saying Shawn is in labor.

Nick and Sage rush to Memorial. Shawn asks Sage to stay. Shawn is alarmed and says this is too soon. In the hallway Sharon tells Nick her talk with Shawn at CL and says Nick never told Shawn about Cassie. Shawn is taken to delivery. Sage asks if this is Sharon’s fault. Sharon explains her conversation with Shawn about how Shawn should feel. Sage accuses Sharon of sabotaging them and getting this baby. Sharon leaves. The doctor says the baby is not out of the woods. They go to see him.

Later they go to see Shawn and tell her that David is tiny but he is a fighter. Shawn insists on seeing her son NOW.

Phyllis returns to GCAC. Natalie, Mariah and Kevin arrive and ask Phyllis if she was ready. Phyllis is confused. Kevin says they are rolling out pass key. Phyllis says they are not ready. Kevin says Billy is holding a press conference shortly. Phyllis and Kevin toast to sweet revenge.

Jack returns to Billy’s. He tells him that Phyllis wants to destroy NE. Billy says that rolling out pass key may get Phyllis’ mind off it. Jack says Vicky is emotionally and financially invested in NE and wants to stop this war. Billy thinks Vicky needs to be liberated from her personal prison called NE. Jack believes this will only to escalate the war and they have not looked at the legal ramifications of taking pass key public.

Mariah arrives at Sharon’s. Sharon says she tried to help Nick and Sage but only made things worse. She is scared Nick and Sage may lose this baby.

Day Ahead
- Sharon tells Dylan Shawn had the baby too soon and it’s her fault
- Shawn asks Nick and Sage what they are not telling her and fears something is wrong with the baby
- Victor is threated by an inmate

FRIDAY US SPOILER!!!

Summer runs into Luca at CL. Luca says Jabot is about to make an announcement and he has to be there. She leaves with Luca.

At GCAC Phyllis and Kevin make a toast. Vicky asks if they are toasting to Victor’s demise. Phyllis tells her to embrace the occasion since she finally has what she wanted. Phyllis gloats that Victor is behind bars where he belongs. Vicky accuses Phyllis of using Michael. Phyllis says she is sorry for that but she is owed for what Victor put her through. Vicky realizes they are about to launch Passkey.

Jack and Billy arrive. Jack tells Phyllis this is the last nail in Billy’s coffin with Vicky. Phyllis says they need to focus on showing a united front.

The reporters arrive. Jack approaches Luca and fires him. Luca insists he can help. Jack tells him to get out. Summer asks if Jack is going to fire Phyllis as well. Phyllis says they need to talk. Summer says no they don’t and leaves.

Vicky asks if Billy feels good about all this. He reminds her he had Passkey before Victor. Vicky says Victor is in prison and she is in charge, so he is about to hurt her. Vicky accuses him of conspiring with Natalie for weeks. She insists Passkey is hers. Billy leaves to speak with the reporters.

Summer tells Mariah that Jack fired Luca and has no idea why she defended him. Her family hates him but there is this thing she feels for him. She says Luca is different and Kyle has a whole new life in New York. Mariah says there will be highs but the lows will rip Summer’s heart out.

Vicky stops Jack and says she thought they were after peace. Jack says this is business and Jabot needs this. Vicky asks him to stop this. Jack tells her not to do what Victor would do.

Luca returns and tells Summer that Jack, Billy and Phyllis will face a new set of problems and Jack made a mistake firing him. Jack is going to need his help.

Phyllis and Billy make an announcement about Passkey. Natalie tries to explain Passkey but Kevin steps in and translates what she was trying to say. When Billy finishes his speech, Vicky slaps him and calls him a liar and a thief. She says Jabot stole Passkey from NE. Billy defends his actions saying he had Passkey before Victor. Vicky says he now has a war and leaves.

At the jail Bobby tells Victor he can be a good friend to Victor. Victor says he is not there to make friends. Bobby says he is going to need one there. Victor asks Bobby if he knows who he is. Bobby says he does. He says Victor has no power here but he has money and a target on his back. He says he can protect Victor for a price. Victor says he doesn’t need protection because he has taken down tougher men than him. Later, Victor is reading when Bobby threatens him with a weapon and says he warned Victor would need protection. Victor clocks him and asks him who he needs protection from. The guard takes Victor away. Back in his cell, Victor gets a visitor. He smiles and says ‘so it’s you, I should have known.’

At Sharon’s, Mariah says there is no way Sharon caused Sage and Nick to lose the baby. Dylan walks in and hears Sharon say Shawn had her baby. Mariah leaves. Dylan makes a call and says Shawn and baby are okay. The baby is small but strong. He is not happy that Sharon has inserted herself into Sage and Nick’s life. Sharon apologizes. She thinks this adoption has triggered her nightmares. Dylan says he went to see Patty and wonders what made her snap. All she kept saying was ‘the baby.’ He spoke to some of the staff at Fairview and no one remembers Sharon giving birth and no outside doctor was called in. He asks her to recall the night of Sully’s birth. Sharon remembers Dr. A putting Sully in her arms and remembers a nurse being there.

At Memorial, Shawn wants to see her baby. Nick tells her they are not keeping anything from her and the doctors are trying to stabilize David. Sage assures her that David will be fine. Shawn tells Sage this is her baby and she has a right to see him. Outside Shawn’s room, Sage is very upset and tells Nick if Shawn sees the baby she will want to keep him because she will get caught up in the moment. Sage accuses Sharon of destroying this adoption. Nick says Sharon only tried to help.

Shawn is with the baby and wants to hold him. She says the baby looked right at her like he knows she is his mom. Sage leaves and Nick follows. She tells him they are going to lose the baby. Nick says they have to give Shawn the time she needs to make sure she is making the right decision. Sage realizes she has been making this all about herself and says that isn’t right. The nurse comes to take David. Shawn will not allow her to take him.

Day Ahead
- Dylan tells a nurse he wants to ask her some questions
- Jack tells Billy to find Vicky and work things out
- Vicky asks Michael if he would come back to Newman for half a million dollars

MONDAY US SPOILER

At home, Sharon tells Dylan the nurse wore GC Memorial scrubs. She thinks this nurse and Dr. A were connected. Dylan says they have to find the nurse and they are going to check the files at Memorial.

At Memorial, the nurse tells Shawn that babies born early may have complications. Sage remembers the same nurse saying that to her about Christian the day he died. The nurse assures Shawn he will be brought back once the blood tests are done. Shawn is afraid she will never see David again once the papers are signed. Nick reassures her they just want to keep David healthy. Shawn cries in Nick’s arms. Sage tells Shawn they can have an open adoption. Nick and Sage leave. Outside, Sage assures Nick this is a good solution because she can’t take a child away from its mother.

Sharon and Dylan arrive at Memorial and Sharon spots the nurse. Dylan goes to ask the nurse some questions. He questions her about Patty and if Patty had a breakdown before or after Patty killed Dr. A. The nurse says she does not work at Fairview and can’t help him. He asks why she was there the night Sharon went into labor. She was Dr. A’s neonatal nurse and was there to help, but Dr. A delivered the baby herself because things went so fast. Dylan asks her to let him know if she thinks of anything.

Sharon finds Nick and Sage. Sage tells her the adoption is happening. Sage says they have decided on an open adoption. Sharon says it will be nice that David will have two moms. Sage says she will be his only mom.

Alone with Nick, Shawn asks how this open adoption works. He says he doesn’t know but they all have to make it work. Nick doesn’t want her to think they are forcing her. She says Nick and Sage will adopt David and says they have been great to her. She doesn’t want to hurt them. Nick says to forget about them, what does she want?

Sharon finds Dylan and he confirms everything was above board. Sharon says this nurse is lying.

Nick comes out of Shawn’s room. Sage is gushing after seeing David. Nick says Shawn may be changing her mind. Sage wants to talk to her. Nick insists that they let Shawn make a decision. They can’t push her.

At GCAC, Jack says they are pulling Passkey until Billy straightens things out with Vicky. Jack tells Billy to work things out with Vicky. Jack says they have destroyed any peace between the Newmans and the Abbotts. Billy says it’s too late for him and Vicky and refuses to go after her.

Billy invites Phyllis to celebrate with him. Phyllis needs to stay with Jack. Billy leaves. Phyllis tells Jack this success doesn’t matter if Jack is not with her and she will give up her revenge if he asks her. Jack says it means a lot to him that Phyllis is putting her vendetta behind her.

Michael meets Vicky in Victor’s office. She asks if Michael would work at NE for half a million dollars. She says Michael would need to be loyal to her not Victor. She tells him about Passkey and that Billy stole it. She wants to sue Jabot and every Abbott that comes in site. She says this would be his pay back as well. He asks if she really wants to send someone she cares about to prison. Billy never had the money for Passkey. Michael says the best way to resolve this is to sit down and talk. He says not to start something she can’t win and leaves.

Ian Ward comes to see Victor. He bets Victor wishes he killed him when he had a chance. Ian says he is a paragon of power around the prison and offers Victor protection. He says there are bigger and tougher guys than Bobby and Victor is a large target. If Victor is going to survive, he needs him. Victor doesn’t need Ian for anything. Ian says Victor is at the bottom of the food chain here. Victor tells Ian not to bother him and he will not bother Ian. As Victor walks away Ian reminds him he is all alone.

Victor is mopping the floors when Ian and another inmate arrive. Ian tells the inmate to make sure Victor is left alone. He is going to protect Victor whether he wants it or not.

Victor is asleep and dreams he goes to his office. He reminds Vicky she is the reason he is in prison. She asks for his forgiveness. He opens his arms and forgives her. He wakes in horrific pain. He was stabbed.

Vicky arrives at Billy’s and he offers her some champagne. Billy says he accepts her apology. Vicky says she didn’t come to apologize. She says she wants peace and suggests that NE and Jabot split the profits from Passkey. Billy thinks she wants a merger between them and kisses her. Vicky breaks away and says she came here on business, nothing else. She says he is drunk and leaves.

Day Ahead
- Vicky asks if Billy brought flowers for NE funeral and to take them out. He says not until she hears him out
- Jack says the best way to calm the waters is to get them back together. Phyllis says that’s a terrible idea
- Nikki tells Nick someone tried to kill Victor

So first off...Victor....he is such high profile that I don't think they would leave him in the general population of prison because of course this would happen....not to mention blackmail for money and so on.....

Im not a fan of this new Billy...not chemistry at all.....and IM SO TIRED of Billy having to apologize to the greay Victoria for everything he does or does not do...UGH....she is so much like her dad when it comes to well you know....

OPEN ADOPTION....wont work not with how possessive Sage is....as I said before....I think that Shawn will pull out of the adoption just as Sage gets her son back from Sharon....

Vicky is going to run the company just as her dad would. PERIOD.

Phyllis is out of control and Billy is along for the ride....Poor Jack has had enough and just wants to run the company....what I dont get is how Phyllis and Billy can do all this without permission from JACK the CEO! Jack needs to fire them both because that is the only way to stop them from taking Jabot down in efforts to destroy NE...

TUESDAY US SPOILER!!!

Nikki comes to see Victor at Memorial. She tells him a guard found him and he was brought to Memorial. She asks who did this to him. He says it’s none of her business. She says she is his wife and she loves him. Victor accuses of her betraying him and tells her to leave.

Sage tells Nick se is sure Shawn will agree to an open adoption. On their way to see David, they run into Nikki. She says someone tried to kill Victor. Nikki says this is her fault for testifying against him. Nick says they need to put him where he will be safe. Nick wants Victor in another prison so this wouldn’t happen again and knows who can help.

Nick and Sage go to see Shawn. Her room is empty. The nurse tells them Shawn and the baby were discharged and gives them a note from Shawn. The note says Shawn is sorry for hurting them but she loves her baby and wants to be his mom. Sage is devastated.

At GCAC, Phyllis tells Jack the reviews for PassKey are incredible. Jack is happy the news is about PassKey and not about Vicky and Billy’s fight. Phyllis says they have won. Jack says the win came at the expense of Vicky and NE. He says Vicky is trying to fill Victor’s shoes but she is still in love with Billy. Jack wants Billy and Vicky to get back together. Phyllis says that’s a terrible idea because they have too many issues that love alone can’t fix. She thinks Billy and Vicky should negotiate a settlement for PassKey. Billy arrives and tells them Vicky is going to sue them and Michael is her lawyer. Jack says this is Billy’s fault. In anger, Billy says he will handle this and leaves.

Nikki arrives and Jack offers friendship. Nikki says she thought they were doing the right thing and it almost cost Victor his life and updates Jack. Nikki thanks him and he offers to be her sponsor.

At Newmans, Vicky is determined to take PassKey back from Jabot. Billy arrives and apologizes for the way he acted last night. He admits he was wrong. Vicky says she is going to sue him for every penny rightfully hers and the lawsuit is going to involve a lot of people. Billy says whoever is giving her legal information should be disbarred. Michael arrives. Vicky tells Billy to get a good lawyer. They argue. Michael says they don’t need a lawyer or referee; they need to get a room. Billy leaves. Michael tells Vicky to settle out of court. Vicky says no because Billy is convinced he is absolutely right. After Michael leaves Vicky pours herself a drink and tells Victor’s portrait she will get their rightful share, whatever it takes.

Sharon has another nightmare. Nurse Stevens tells her she can’t breastfeed Sully because of the medications. She wakes up and she tells Dylan this was too real. She says this seemed to be a memory and that Nurse Stevens was trying to take Sully away from her. Sharon wonders why that night keeps recurring in her dreams. Dylan gets a call from Nick who tells him about Victor. Dylan says the baby seems to be a little warm and leaves. Sharon takes Sully to the doctor as she is concerned about his fever.

Dylan arrives at Memorial and tells Nikki he will see what he can do. He goes to see Victor and tells him that the camera outside his cells was turned off indicating someone was determined to kill him. Dylan asks who it was. Victor says he was asleep when it happened. He tells Dylan to tell Nikki that she and the family testified against him and he is on his own and will take care of himself. Dylan wants the law to protect him. Victor has no faith in the law and says he will take care of himself on his own time. Dylan asks what he should say to Nikki. Victor asks “who is Nikki?”

Sharon has seen the doctor and the doctor says she will contact Sharon with the results. Nurse Stevens wants to see Sully. Sharon asks if she could tell her what medications she was on. Nurse Stevens says she has no idea. She says she would like to hold Sully. Nurse Stevens starts to sing and this jogs a memory for Sharon. Nurse gives Sully back and leaves. Dylan arrives and asks why Sharon was with Nurse Stevens.

At CL Sage asks if Nick is relieved. He says he is but not because he didn’t want the baby, he did but because the waiting is over. He says Shawn stepped up because she learned from Sage how to be responsible. Sage says Shawn gets a life lesson and a baby to raise, what do they get? Nick says they will get through this and they have a lot to be grateful for.

Phyllis comes to see Billy at the mansion. Phyllis asks him to make things right with Vicky, professionally and personally. Billy wants to toast their success. Phyllis agrees to one drink and says she is going home to Jack and leaves.

Day Ahead
- Hilary accuses Devon of sabotaging her and says he is no better than her
- Ashley tells Abby she is recovering. Abby should have been told her Ash was sick
- Adam comes to see Victor who asks Adam to avenge him

GCAC, Hilary is livid that Neil will not allow her on the board. Devon says he asked Neil to keep her off the board. She asks how he could do that when he knew how much she wanted this. He is questioning why she wants this so badly. She tries to butter him up then says Devon can call Neil and tell him Hilary can be on the board. Devon refuses because he doesn’t like what this is doing to her. Angry once again she says she will not be judged or controlled and leaves.

Paul meets Nikki. She assures him she is not drinking. She has to do something to help Victor even though he doesn’t want to have anything to do with her. She wants Victor transferred to another prison. Paul asks if Victor knows who attacked him and says that even if Victor tells who it was, there is no guarantee he would be transferred.

At CL Nick and Sage agree to get through this together. Chelsea arrives and Sage says she is available for as many hours as Chelsea needs her. Chelsea is surprised but Chelsea and Sage leave.

At the lab Abby tells Ben she is upset that no one told her about Victor. Ben assures her that Victor is fine. She gets a call and tells Ben it was someone from Dr. Morris’ (radiologist) office. Ben asks if Ash was sick. Ash arrives with Simon. She says she was sick but she is better now thanks to Simon. Abby is upset Ash didn’t tell her. Ash defends her actions and Simon takes the blame and says Ash never stopped fighting. Ash says she was diagnosed with an inoperable brain tumor after her surgery and before the NE fire. Ash says she didn’t want her family as terrified as she was. Abby says that’s why she stepped down as CEO. Hilary and Devon arrive. Ash says Hilary knew she was sick and took over as CEO. Devon asks if Hilary used this secret to take over as CEO. Everyone asks if Hilary blackmailed Ash for this position. Simon says that is what Hilary did. Hilary informs them that she fast tracked the FDA testing.

Devon accuses Hilary of using Ash’s illness to take over as CEO. She says Ash couldn’t handle the job and she could. She accuses Devon of sabotaging her. She says he is no better than her and she did this for him. She says it’s a good thing she is running the lab and if he can’t see what that, then he needs to get out of the game. Devon reminds her that he funded this project and she is not going to push him out. He is going to save her from herself.

Ben and Simon leave. Abby tells Ash this could have been the last year together. She says that planning the wedding and doing all the extras was Ash’s way of saying goodbye. Abby asks if Ash if she would have pursued Ben had she not been ill. Ashley assures her that Ben is in her past and assures Abby there are no more secrets.

At Memorial, Sharon tells Dylan that Nurse Stevens approached her and that she felt very unsettled the whole time. She tells him they are there and after she saw the doctor Nurse Stevens approached her. Dylan feels Nurse Stevens has nothing to hide.

Adam arrives at Victor’s request. He reminds Victor he doesn’t want anything to do with him and he doesn’t want to run NE either. Victor says it’s a matter of time before he is attacked again. Adam suggests Victor spend his money on protection. He says Ian wants to protect him but may kill him. Adam asks why he’s here. Victor wants Adam to avenge him should anything happen to him. He says he will either be killed or he will kill whoever is after him and he will either be buried or in prison for the rest of his life. If Ian kills him he wants Adam to kill Ian as penance for bringing Ian and Paragon into their lives. Nick arrives and asks why Adam is there. Victor says the family is dead to him so no need to be concerned about him. Nick says Nikki is trying to help. Victor says Nikki’s testimony put him behind bars. Victor assures Nick he is okay and has the situation handled. Victor tells them to leave. Alone Victor sees his wound is bleeding.

At Chelsea’s, Sage admits the adoption fell through. Sharon arrives. She and Chelsea sympathize with Sage. Sharon offers to leave but Sage says she finds being around Sully very comforting. Sage holds Sully and cries.

Dylan joins Nikki and Paul at GCAC. Dylan admits Victor told him nothing and said he will handle things his way. Nikki leaves. Dylan wants to help but Paul doesn’t want him to get involved in the Newman’s mess. He says there isn’t much they can do.

At Memorial Ben and Simon are seeing the results. Ben says the results are solid. Simon questions Ben’s feeling for Ash because his treatment is very delicate. Ben realizes that Simon is falling in love with Ash.

Day Ahead
- Nick tells Vicky he is there to offer his help so she won’t do this alone
- Chelsea asks Adam what Victor wanted Adam to do. Adam asks to talk about it later but Chelsea wants to talk about it now.

And yay for Ash and Simon! It's a bit sudden that all of a sudden she's miraculously healed, but whatever.

Can't believe we are going to have to watch Sharon and Sage hand over a baby. I hate those kinds of storylines.

THURSDAY US SPOILER!!!

At Memorial, Nick asks why Adam came to see Victor. Nick assumes Victor wants Adam to run NE. Adam says no. Victor is being sent back to prison. Nick asks how they can send him back to prison and says he knows why Victor called Adam. He is positive Victor wants Adam to keep Victor’s chair warm at NE until his release from prison. Nick will not allow Victor to push Vicky aside and he will protect her. He leaves.

At GCAC Dylan tells Vicky that Victor had been stabbed but is being released from hospital. She becomes hysterical and insists that Dylan do something. She accuses Dylan of not helping because Victor will not accept him. Dylan reminds her how everyone fought to get Victor convicted. She apologizes. Vicky says Victor is in prison because of her.

At Chelsea’s, Sage is holding Sully and says she always knew Shawn might walk away from the adoption. She admits she ignored the warning signs and it was a shock when Shawn left with the baby. Adam arrives. Sharon leaves. Adam says things are going to change for Sage with a new baby. Sage tells him Shawn had her baby and left with the baby. Adam hugs her. Sage thanks them and leaves. Chelsea says he was supposed to be in Chicago. He says Victor summoned him to the hospital. She wants to know what Victor said or what Adam agreed to. He says Victor wants him to avenge Victor if he is killed. Victor thinks he will die in prison. Chelsea says she is sick of trying to show him what Victor does. She tells him to go and do whatever he needs to do. Adam leaves. Anita arrives. Chelsea fills her in about Victor and the opportunity Victor took to suck Adam back in. Anita reminds her why she fell in love with Adam. She says NE is Adam’s birthright and Chelsea should be encouraging him. Chelsea says she and Adam shared a dream. Running Victor’s empire wasn’t part of it. Anita says Chelsea’s dreams will go up in smoke if she walks away and she wind up alone.

At NE Nick tells Vicky he doesn’t understand how Victor can be taken back to the prison after what happened to him. He thinks Victor has a plan. He thinks Victor wants Adam to come after her. Nick says he is there to help her. He says he now has something to focus on since the adoption fell through. He says Sage is handling it really well and she is working with Chelsea. Nick says Vicky has worked hard and deserves to be running NE. Vicky says this could get ugly if Adam is involved. Nick says he is ready for it. Later, Adam arrives and says he wanted to talk about the family business and they owe everything to Victor for it. Vicky asks if Adam is there to take over and dethrone her. Adam says Nick misinterpreted everything. He tells her what his conversation with Victor was about. He says she needs to stabilize NE and tells her she has to focus on NE. She needs to be as ruthless and unforgiving as Victor has been. If anything happens to Victor, the company Victor spent his life building can’t fall apart. Vicky asks if Adam wants to be part of NE. He says he is not interested being part of NE. He says this is all about her. She asks where his loyalties lie.

Ian comes to see Victor in his cell. Victor says Ian did not scare him but if Ian kills him then someone will come after Ian. Ian admits he had nothing to do with the attack. He does not want Victor dead. Victor does not believe Ian. Ian says he would be flaunting this if he had anything to do with the stabbing. Ian assures Victor they will find out stabbed him. Victor put Ian into prison and thinks Ian wants pay back. Ian suggests they work together.

At home, Sharon tells Dylan about Sage and that the adoption fell through. She let Sage hold Sully and it helped calm her down. She told Sage to come and see Sully any time because she is really good with Sully and if this helps her she is all for Sage visiting.

Sage arrives at CL and remembers her conversation with Nick and how they are going to get through this together and how lucky they are. Nick arrives and she says she feels very close to him. He felt the same way and he is proud of her. She says she blew it when Sharon showed up with Sully and everything came flooding back. She held Sully thinking it would comfort her but it didn’t. Sharon was great and said Sage can see Sully at any time. She is very grateful to Sharon. Nick tells her about Victor and that he went to Vicky and he will be helping her run NE because he thinks Adam is going to make a power play. He thinks Adam is risking everything for Victor’s approval.

Day Ahead
- Abby tells Hilary she better run fast before she takes Hilary down herself
- Nick tells Summer to tell the truth. Summer says Nick wants her to incriminate her mother

so she will remember this and that will compel her to give the baby back to sage.....UNLESSSS...the baby gets so sick they they find that the blood type is no match ...and than we have Adam that will come out as the father not Kick...UGH I have a headache...ADND WHY DID this type so small...how do I fix that...loi

At Billy’s, Kevin, Natalie and Mariah are concerned about being deposed about PassKey. Billy says they lie. Kevin is afraid of going to prison if he is caught. Billy says Victor has to prove they took PassKey from NE. Natalie says Victor has no right to this program. Billy says if one of them cracks they all go down.

At GCAC, Lily says Abby had every right to be angry with Hilary. Devon says he told Hilary crossed the line and she is making amends. He is not excusing what Hilary did but he is defending her. Devon says Hilary has changed. He is grateful to have her back and does not want to jeopardize that. He wants everyone to move on and leaves.

At the bar, Phyllis is angry at Michael for being subpoenaed about PassKey. Michael reminds her he is being disbarred. Phyllis says they took a gamble to take Victor down and they lost. Michael asks what she lost. She says she needs him. Michael laughs and asks her sarcastically what he can lose next and what he can do for her today. He asks why she never mentioned PassKey to him and all the millions she could make. She says she wanted Victor in prison for what he did to her and Jack. Michael says he is tabloid fodder and will not help. He leaves. Jack says he is going to straighten this out and leaves. Billy arrives and tells Phyllis that Kevin, Natalie and Mariah are nervous. Phyllis says that Jack and Summer can blow them out of the water and Jack has gone to see Nick.

At CL Summer is on the phone with Luca and says she doesn’t know what to do about the deposition since she has direct knowledge of Natalie faking Victor out. Nick arrives and says he is back at NE and why she has been subpoenaed. Summer accuses Nick of caring more about the company than about Victor in prison. Nick tells Summer to tell the truth. She says Nick wants her to incriminate her mother. Nick says Phyllis has done some illegal things. Phyllis could end this by handing PassKey back to NE and he leaves. Natalie, Mariah and Kevin discuss what they should say. Summer arrives. Kevin says Summer will rat them out. Summer says if she deposes she will be incriminating her mother. Michael arrives and overhears the conversation. He says this will get them into more hot water. They can be charged with perjury and wind up in jail. Michael tells Kevin the Abbots and Newmans are out for blood and tells Kevin to protect himself. Natalie says PassKey is all she has and asks Summer to stand with them.

At the lab, Abby calls Hilary is a ***** to Ash and Ben. Ash says she feels great. Hilary arrives and tells them to stop chatting and get to work. Abby says Hilary better run fast before she takes Hilary down herself. Abby says they don’t need Hilary and she calls Hilary a two-faced opportunist. Hilary says they need to focus on the upcoming FDA testing and plans a splashy announcement. Ash wants to announce Simon’s project and wonders where he is. Ben says Simon is in love with her. Ash says they are just friends and if Simon loves her where is he? Ben says Simon doesn’t think she feels the same way. Ash says that when she stopped fighting for her life Simon fought for her. Hilary demands that Ash get into her office now. Hilary says that Simon is behind the scenes type of guy and does not need to be included in the press conference. Ash says Simon saved both their lives and deserves the credit and people may be interested in what he has to say. Hilary says they will be interested the minute she walks into the room. Devon arrives and Hilary says “the man who funds this project needs to make the decision.” Devon does not want to hide Simon in the shadows as that will undermine their credibility. Hilary is shocked. Alone with her, Devon says she needs to stop alienating people. She asks if he knows who she really is. She says she is reaching for everything she ever wanted and is going after it. She says this is the real her.

Jack comes to see Nick at NE to make a deal in order to keep the peace. Jack offers to split the profits from PassKey. Billy walks in and says to forget Jack’s offer. Billy says PassKey is his. Jack says the Natalie’s contract is with Jabot not Billy.

Back at GCAC Jack and Billy are arguing. Billy says PassKey is theirs because of him. Billy says Jabot is afloat because of PassKey. Phyllis reminds Billy that Jack is protecting all of them. She asks Jack if Nick will accept Jack’s offer. Nick arrives and says PassKey belongs to NE and they want sole ownership. Jack blames Billy and says he better hope they win. He and Phyllis leave.

Day Ahead
- Dylan tells Adam Victor is willing to take matters into his own hands
- Victor tells Ian he is strong as ever, grabs Ian and asks if Ian wants to find out

MONDAY US SPOILER

Michael serves Jack with a subpoena at GCAC. Jack accuses Michael for selling them out to work with Vicky. Michael says he is trying to right a wrong and they both know who started this. Jack leaves. Lauren is looking over Chelsea’s line but Chelsea is distracted. Chelsea says they all feel Victor’s reach, even from prison and how Adam went running to him after the stabbing. Lauren says all the Newmans run to Victor no matter what he does. Later, Lauren finds Michael at the bar. He says he is working against friends and is now paying a personal price. Lauren reminds him the Abbott and Newmans have been battling for years and will continue to do so.

Sage arrives at Chelsea’s only to find Adam alone. She admits she doesn’t know if her heart will ever heal after losing Christian and the adoption. Nick thinks they should get a new birth mother but she is not ready for that. She feels was just trying to please her with this adoption. Adam reminds her Nick grieved for Christian as much as she did. Adam has a flashback telling Chelsea he was Christian’s father.She says Adam is always there for her and thanks him.

At home Dylan says Adam asked to meet him at CL. Sharon seems a bit off. Dylan asks if Sully’s birth is still upsetting her. He assures her they found nothing suspicious about that night. She says her dreams seem real. Dylan reminds her how he had to fight through his night terrors.

Nikki and Nick are with Vicky at NE. Nikki is terrified every time the phone rings fearing something has happened to Victor. She blames herself for putting him in jail and Nikki leaves. Vicky says Nikki has every right to be concerned. She tells him about her conversation with Adam. She says Adam did not want anything and was really concerned about Victor. Jack arrives and asks Vicky to reconsider his offer. Vicky says her decision is final. Jack reminds her she wanted to end the feud. He asks if she is doing this to get back at Billy. Vicky throws him out. Jack tells Nick if this goes to trial this will make things worse between them and is afraid that Vicky is turning into Victor. Later, Nick says Jack’s offer is a good one and she needs to consider all the ramifications if they go to trial. She says if they give them a pass this time what happens next time. She says Adam is concerned about family and NE. Nick doesn’t trust or believe Adam doesn’t want something.

In jail Ian tells Victor that the stabbing seems to have sucked Victor’s vitality away. Victor tells Ian he is strong as ever, grabs Ian by the shirt and asks if Ian wants to find out. Ian leaves. The warden arrives and asks Victor who stabbed him. Victor says he has no information and leaves. Victor and asks Ian what he knows about the Warden. Ian says the Warden cares about the inmates. Ian sees the overwhelming fear and the love for his family. Ian envies Victor his family. Ian says he has no one waiting for him but he is getting out of jail. Alone, Victor remembers the good times with Nikki. The lights go out and a voice says “you’re a dead man Newman” and a laugh.

At CL Adam tells Dylan this is about Victor and his impending death. Victor made it very clear to him that this was a one way trip. Ian is also there. He is sure Ian will hire someone to kill Victor. Victor asked Adam to avenge him if he is killed. Adam knows how he will react if this happens and asks Dylan to do whatever it takes to keep Victor safe. He doesn’t want Victor to die in prison. Dylan calls the Warden and tells him Victor’s life is at stake and to keep an eye on him.

Nikki arrives at GCAC. She sees an abandoned drink and drinks it. She spots Chelsea and Sage talking, interrupts them saying she is so sorry to hear about the failed adoption but with her money they can find a new birth mother or find another baby for her. Sage explodes and says a child is not an accessory. She and Chelsea leave. Michael asks if Nikki is okay. Nikki says Victor hates her and so does Sage and runs out.

Sharon finds Sage waiting for her at her home. Sage thanks her for letting her see Sully. Nick arrives. Sharon assures him Sage has settled down.

Adam comes home. He tells Chelsea he asked Dylan to help Victor and keeps him out of this. Chelsea says Victor will see this as a betrayal when he finds out Adam went to the police. He doesn’t care if Victor is upset but he did what he had to. He assures her he has moved on.

Jack comes to see Nikki at Memorial. He knows she has been drinking. She says she ran into the street as the light changed and a car was coming…...

Day Ahead
- Billy is sworn in at the deposition while staring at Vicky
- Nikki asks Jack for his help. He says she is asking him to lie to cover her mistakes
- Victor asks Ian if he has a plan to get out of jail and Ian says Victor is now paying attention huh
