I thought the same thing! So much re-writing of history. And I also love how it's all or nothing -- there is no scenario in which Victor doesn't abandon is family but is just a nice guy who doesn't commit crimes in the name of business? What would their lives be like if that happened ;p

I know I was thinking the same thing...what if Victor took the road more used instead of the road less used? what if they showed that scenario....that he went as a good guy how happy everything would be in his family? the writers went a strange way....if they are going with the road less chosen and shows him as today....why not show the other road?

MONDAY US SPOILER!!!

NE
Nikki and Vicky are in Victor’s office. Victor arrives and accuses Vicky of trying to steal his company from under him. He tells her to get out of his chair he has work to do. He says she should have defended him. She asks if she was supposed to bury evidence and become part of his conspiracy. She tells him she loves him but can’t cover up his lies. He hurt people. He says this is as close as Vicky will get to his chair. Nikki says he won’t be in that chair for long. The Board of Directors will vote and have him thrown out of NE. Vicky says she is doing what is best for the company since its taking a hit already. He calls them traitors and yells, get out.

Elise Moxley arrives and Victor says she has been assigned to his case. He says she knows what that means and what he expects. She knows exactly what she has to do and leaves.

GCAC
Phyllis asks Michael to throw the trial. Jack hears and says that is not the way to handle Victor. She says it’s the only way. Phyllis has no confidence in Chris. She says they need someone who can get down and dirty like Victor. Michael explodes. Phyllis says Victor will use his power and connections to get the charges against him dropped. Jack says Victor is out on bail. Phyllis begs Michael to defend Victor. Michael will not open himself up to be disbarred. Michael says he supports her and Jack but she is asking too much. Jack tells Phyllis he has had it with her reckless attitude. She says if Victor weasels out of this it will kill her. Jack assures her that everyone has turned on Victor and they will get justice.

Ben asks Michael to help him because he may lose his son.

Memorial
Sage asks Nick why he told Shawn to look at the ultrasound. Sage is afraid Shawn will become attached to the baby and admits she wants this baby. Nick admits he wants this baby too. Shawn returns to get her purse. Sage invites her to have a bite to eat with them.

Sara Fox, the Social worker, tells Max he will be safe and he goes off with a doctor. Dylan introduces himself. She says Max told his teacher Ben has been mistreating him and the doctor is going to examine him. Dylan defends Ben.

Ben asks Sara Fox for information. He explains that Max’s came to him after his mother died. He has been trying to help Max adjust.

After the nurse leaves Dylan says Max’s dad is in trouble. Max says maybe he deserves it. Dylan says he knows his dad is doing everything possible to help him adjust. He says this is a serious situation and that Max may have to live with foster parents.

Dylan asks everyone to come into Max’s room. Max has something to say. Max says he exaggerated things to his teacher. He admits Ben never hurt him. Ben is told that Max cannot be released to his care until they get a judge’s approval. Ben assures Max he will always protect him.

Abby asks Michael if they are going to have a Social Worker in their life all the time because of this. She is worried Max is going to be a problem in their lives and their marriage.

CL
Sage tells Shawn all the things they would do with the baby. Nick tells her to back off a bit. Nick gets a call from Vicky and leaves.

Shawn wants a donut. Sage says she knew she had to make healthy choices when she was pregnant. Shawn says Sage doesn’t have to come down on her because she will not do anything to hurt the baby. Shawn apologizes for being touchy. Sage says Shawn’s little boy means so much to her.

NE
Jack and Phyllis arrive. Victor tells Phyllis to worry about Jack and reminds him about the ship. Jack has confessed to Chris and discovered no one died as they were paid to stay in hiding. No charges against him but Victor will be in jail for the next 30 years. Victor says he will not do any jail time.

Tower
Nikki and Vicky see Judge Moxley arrive and believe she saw Victor. Vicky calls Nick.

Nick arrives. Vicky asks for his help. Nick says no because he and Sage are trying to adopt and have already met the birth mother. Vicky says NE is in crisis and needs him. Victor has to be forced to step down. Nick says they should let the company consume Victor and he will see what he lost.

As Elise is about to leave she tells Nikki that she has tremendous faith that everything will turn out exactly the way it’s supposed to.

Jack and Phyllis get off the elevator and Phyllis asks if that was Judge Moxley leaving the Newman table.

Elise makes a statement to the press admitting she had an affair with Victor years ago and must recuse herself from Victor’s trial. Everyone watches on their devices.

Victor slams the lid of his laptop down.

Day Ahead
- Neil to Devon: Hilary has reverted to the old Hilary
- Jack to Phyllis and Billy: a lot has been going on behind his back
- Summer to Vicky and Victor: Natalie was in touch with Billy behind their backs

And Summer...her husband was murdered because of Victor and her mother was bedded by that murderer because of Victor. Really, she is going to be the new Victoria and side with him???? Good Lord! I never could understand why Victoria ever forgave Victor for the crap he pulled, I think it was her wedding arrest, that led to her miscarriage.

Glad that the Judge came clean...it was only a matter of time because if she kept covering people would have known she was being a dirty judge....wonder what that means for Noah?

I think Ashley stepping down is ridiculous...even in the situation she is in I don't think she would roll over so easy and give over the reins to a blackmailer....

Si will Victor or wont Victor get jail time????? have a feeling they set it up for Christina once again top LOOSE.

I just cant get use to this new Billy...no chemistry between Victoria and him....

Any news on when Sharon starts to realize that that is not her baby?????? and when SAGE figures it all out????

TUESDAY US SPOILER!!!

NE
Summer doesn’t understand how Victor’s family can abandon him. She says this family needs him. Victor checks his computer and sees Jabot is projecting huge revenues and wants to know how that is possible.

Vicky says the vote is going ahead. Victor asks Vicky what Billy has been up to. She doesn’t know what he’s talking about. It looks like Billy has Pass Key. Vicky reminds him he fired Natalie. He asks if she conspired with Billy. Summer says Natalie and Billy have been in touch behind their backs. She didn’t say anything because Phyllis asked her not to. Phyllis and Billy have been working together. Vicky defends Billy. Victor asks if she is still questioning Billy’s culpability and says Billy of being a gambler, a drunk, betrays her. How does she keep going back to him? Vicky says Nikki asks herself that question every night and leaves.

GCAC
Jack arrives and tells Phyllis and Billy that a lot has been going on behind his back. He knows nothing about Jabot launching a new internet privacy project. It sounds like Victor’s project. Natalie arrives. Billy says Victor fired her and he hired her. Jack asks how the news got out. Luca arrives. He says they can thank him later. Billy says this is what he wanted for Jabot all along and now it’s happening. Phyllis gets a call from Summer.

Jack asks if Billy and Phyllis have been working together. Jack questions Natalie’s ethics. She says she could not work for Victor.

Jack does not want a Santori in his company. Luca says he is no longer with his family or with Victor. Jack asks if Billy thinks Victor won’t notice this is his project and Billy stole it from him. Billy says this is the least he could do after what Victor did to Phyllis. Jack doesn’t need Billy to defend his wife. Billy says someone has to. Jack leaves. Vicky arrives and accuses Billy of lying to her again.

CL
Abby is trying to make plans with Max and asks him what would make him happy. He is uncooperative. She asks him to give them a chance to be a family. He accuses Abby for his mom’s death and she wants Ben for herself. He runs onto the patio and Abby follows. She gets a bad pain and asks Max to help her. She asks him to call 911.

Memorial
Ash and Simon wait for her MRI results. Simon returns with her results that show she is worse. He promises he won’t stop until he develops a protocol that works for her.

Abby is fine. Ben asks her if Max upset her. She says she wanted Max to know she wanted them to be a family but Max accused her of wanting to have Ben for herself. When she was in pain she asked Max to call 911 but he stood staring at her. She was afraid he wasn’t going to help her. Abby tells Ben she was scared. Max comes in and says he was scared too but he is happy she and baby are okay.

Lab
Hilary and Devon arrive in her new office. She wants to christen it and starts to undress. She says she is going to make this project a success. Neil arrives and asks why Hilary is in Ashley office. Hilary says Ashley stepped down and put her in charge. Hilary leaves.

Devon says Hilary is very committed. Neil says this was Ash’s project and Hilary has no issue with collateral damage on her way up. He says she is playing people, playing angles and Hilary is back to her devious ways.

Ash and Simon arrive. Neil tells them about his and Jack’s foundation. He wants Ash to head it up. Hilary says it’s a wonderful opportunity. Simon reminds Hilary this project would not exist without Ash. Ash turns Neil down. Hilary demands to see Simon in her office.

Hilary is worried about his lack of progress. Ash is a distraction to him and says his emotions impact his research. She says he is useless to her unless he produces results, he better not be useless to her.

Summer’s
Summer tells Phyllis she told Victor everything. She didn’t want to let Victor down. Victor was yelling at Vicky so she told him. Phyllis blames herself for putting Summer in the middle. Phyllis says Summer’s choice may affect Billy and Vicky’s relationship may not survive.

Luca and Natalie arrive. Summer accuses Luca for giving the information on Victor. She says she ratted Phyllis out. Luca say whatever happened is Victor’s fault.

Tower
Phyllis and Jack are arguing. Neil arrives and says that Ash refused to join the foundation.

Victor arrives. He accuses Phyllis of plotting against him. He accuses Phyllis of potting with Billy to steal his deal from him. Victor tells Jack he should have crushed him the last time Jack was on the ground. Jack says Victor tried but failed and lost. Victor says when he loses he comes back stronger and next time he will grind Jack into the dust.

Day Ahead
- Sage accuses Nick of looking for ways to sabotage the adoption
- Jack asks Paul to lock Victor up; he is out of control
- Vicky tells Billy she thought he was a better liar after all these years

WEDNESDAY US SPOILER!!!

Chelsea’s
Chelsea notices that Sage seems off. Sage says she is walking on eggs shells around Shawn and worries one wrong move could lose this baby. She is also wonders if Nick wants this baby. Chelsea reminds her that Nick was born to be a dad. Chelsea says Adam is committed to distancing himself from Victor and NE. Sage says with Adam gone, the Newmans are trying to recruit Nick.

CL
Nikki asks Nick if he will come to the Board of Directors meeting. He says he is not going to get sucked back in and wants to concentrate on adopting Shawn’s baby boy.

Dylan sees Nikki and Nick. Paul says Nikki has been through a lot. Sharon points out that Nikki was aware that Victor was ruthless, yet kept marrying him. Paul gets a call. Jack says Victor is out of control and needs to be locked up again.

Nick tells Sharon that Vicky wants his support to get Victor away from NE. Sage doesn’t want him involved. Sharon tells him not to listen. He is holding her hand when Chelsea and Sage walk in.

Sage says Nick is not as committed as she is about the adoption. She scolds him for walking out on her and Shawn for something more important. She thinks Nick is looking for ways to sabotage the adoption. Nick explains about NE. He admits that subconsciously he has been fighting this adoption. He doesn’t think she is ready and thinks she is trying to replace Christian. She leaves.

GCAC
Vicky questions Billy about Pass Key and asks how long he has been planning this. Billy says they have discussed this. Summer told her about the texts between him and Natalie. He says Phyllis went out on a limb for him. He wanted to walk away but Phyllis already had the ball rolling and he got caught up in trying to get his life back. He didn’t want Phyllis to go after Victor alone. Vicky is angry and leaves.

Tower
Jack tells Victor he tried to crush him but lost. Victor calls Phyllis a barracuda and he is going after her. Michael and Neil separate them. Victor warns Michael to be careful. Victor says he wants and expects people to get hurt and it starts with Phyllis. Phyllis wants Victor locked up for good. Jack says he has a way to stop Victor.

Phyllis says Victor needs to be put down. Lauren agrees and is afraid he will get off. Phyllis asks Michael to stop this cycle. Jack says Victor needs to be stopped any way possible.

Billy tells Phyllis Vicky got to him. She says Summer confessed everything to Victor. Billy is sure he is going to lose Vicky. Phyllis says she is going to talk to her.

Michael tells Lauren he cannot throw Victor’s case. He says he hates what Victor did to Phyllis. Lauren asks what if Victor did it to her. Michael says he would kill him.

Phyllis arrives and tells Jack that Victor is behind bars, bail revoked. Jack says he talked to Billy. She says no matter what she said in Billy’s defense, Vicky wasn’t buying it. Jack accuses her of lying so why would Vicky trust her. For that matter, why should he.

NE
Paul, Dylan and Nikki arrive. Victor asks Nikki how many ways can she betray him. Paul says that Victor threatened Phyllis violating the terms of his bail and is arrested.

Nikki asks Neil why he stood up for Victor. Neil says he needed to make up for his terrible year and tells her about the foundation. Nikki tells him about the board meeting to remove Victor from NE and she is certain he will fight this. She knows she has lost him and has always known he is ruthless but this time Victor looks broken.

GCAC
Vicky tells Phyllis to stop destroying everything she touches. Phyllis says Vicky should blame her father. Vicky asks why Phyllis had to bring Billy down with her. Vicky says Billy made his choice. Phyllis pleads Billy’s case. Vicky says Billy wants to make sure Victor becomes dust. Phyllis says Billy loves Vicky more than anything.

Billy asks Vicky to find a way to forgive him. He says this time it’s different. She says it sounds like the rest of his apologies. He assures her he is there for her and the kids and they belong together. She says she can’t forget the lies. She says the wedding is off.

GCPD
Victor’ lawyer wants to limit his sentence but he maintains he did the right thing. He will not plea bargain. He says he doesn’t like her and fires her.

Michael arrives and says he heard his attorney had been fired and offers his services. Victor asks why Michael wants to represent him since Phyllis is his friend. Michael says Phyllis is his friend but everybody deserves a fair trial. Michael says there are challenges taking on his case and his family are his best chance of helping him and they will come around. Victor hires him. Michael leaves.

Day Ahead
- Ash says the life she is living is not the life she wants and tells Simon to stop treating her
- Vicky heads up the Board of Directors meeting and asks them to vote whether they agree to throw Victor out of NE

Soooo Michael IMO will have second thoughts on NOT giving Victor a fair trial...Michael will have an awakening and in the middle of working to destroy Victor he will get him off.....just wait and see......and By an awakening he will do what is right and present and let the chips fall where they may....he will not sabotage the case...and he will find something that will exonerate Victor....

I think he will go with mental stress, mental breakdown, mental something that will land him in Fairview instead of Prison.....because after all....its Victor and the writers will not have him leaving the show to be in jail for 30 years.....but will have him in why he takes his long needed vacation.....they are setting him up to be Nuts....

On to Hilary.....she is back to her old nasty self....i don't think she ever remembered her feelings for DEvon...it was all a way to get with him to have power and $$$$$ because otherwise she would have nothing after Neil through her to the curb...and when Ashley finally is healthy she will kick her to the curb as well.....and take her position back....And also think that Devon will realize this and throw her to the curb as well....

So when Victor is thrown out of Newman...and he will be.....at least for awhile...who will take over the company? will it be Victoria and will she be like Daddy? or will Adam be voted in instead?

How old is Summer anyway...5?

I think that Stitches son Max killed his mom ...maybe by them fighting and he grabbed the wheel or something...i think he is going to turn out to be a little psychopath.....I think he will be out to figure a way to kill her and Abby will continue to tell Stitch the stuff Max is doing and Stitch wont believe her...until he walks in one day as Max is trying to kill her and saves Abby just in time....there is more wrong with that kid than just a jealous little boy...he's NUTS!

Sage is starting to freak me out...me thinks she is going to start stalking this mother...or if the mother says that she cant have her child after all Sage will steal the baby when it is born because she is in love with it already....she will get more and more unstable.....

Victoria is named CEO of Newman Enterprises. Victor is arrested, his recurring dizzy spells seem more serious than others think

THURSDAY US SPOILER!!!

• At GCAC Sage tells Nick she needs his support. He feels she comes across as desperate. He wants this baby as much as she does. Shawn arrives. Nick leaves. Shawn noticed they seemed to be arguing. Sage says it was an emotional conversation. They are still healing from the loss of Christian. Shawn asks if her baby is to save their marriage. Sage assures her their marriage is fine and they are working through their loss. She assures Shawn they will love her baby unconditionally. Nick returns and assures Shawn they are in a good place. Shawn is reassured

• At GCPD Summer comes to see Victor. He gives Summer his proxy and calls his family traitors. They live in the lap of luxury because of him. Suddenly Victor seems to be having an attack.

• At Chelsea’s Adam tells her how exciting the interview was. He says if he gets this job they have to move to Manhattan. Now he has to go and do his last official business at NE. Chelsea says something happens to him when he walks into NE and she won’t allow him to step into the NE building again.

• Abby is upset about removing Victor from the company. She asks Vicky and Nikki if they have thought about the fallout. Nikki says they have to stay strong for Victor and assures Abby this is not a punishment but saving Victor from NE, which has become toxic for him

• Summer arrives and says Victor is in hospital. Nikki says Victor is faking it. What better way to manipulate everyone from proceeding with the meeting.

• Adam attends the meeting via telephone and apologizes for not being there. Vicky assures everyone Victor is fine. She asks for their vote to remove Victor out of NE. Nikki says this needs to be done because of Victor’s unspeakable actions. He doesn’t seem to understand the reality of his situation. The vote is 6 for dismissal (including Adam), Victor voted no and Nick abstained. Victor is removed. Vicky is nominated as CEO. Adam asks if no one is going to oppose Vicky’s nomination, he congratulates her and hangs up. Summer is happy that Vicky will take over.

• Vicky tells Nick that his timing for the adoption sucks. She tells him she broke up with Billy and called off the wedding because Billy and Phyllis were working together and brought Pass Key into Jabot. She needs him as back-up at NE. She never should have trusted Billy again. He tells her to make sure she comes out on top. He passes on returning because she doesn’t need him or anyone else. It’s her time to shine

• At Memorial Ash tells Simon to stop treating her because the life she is living is not the life she wants. She wants control of her life. Simon refuses to let her stop her treatment. He knows he can find the solution and her quitting is not an option.

• Max and Ben arrive. Ash offers look after Max while Ben checks on Victor. Ash goes to see Victor and finds him sitting up and looking healthy. Ash asks him to be the father Abby deserves and not shut her out.

• Ben tells Victor he is fine but will run some tests. Victor asks if Ben holds him responsible for Kelly’s death. Victor says Kelly was obsessed with Jack and that’s what led to her demise. Victor tells him to put all his energy to supporting Abby. Ben says Victor can try and deflect the blame, but they both know the truth. He says he and Abby are fine. He will have another doctor assigned to him.

• Abby, Summer and Nikki come to see Victor. They tell him he was voted out. He does not blame Summer or Abby. Nikki and Vicky showed their disloyalty to him. Alone with Victor, Nikki tries to tell him why they have taken this action. Victor doesn’t want to be seen with her and tells her to get out.

• Vicky comes to see Victor. He tells her not to get comfortable behind his desk because when he gets out he will take his rightful place and she will never come back to NE

• Ben tells Abby that Victor is getting a new doctor and explains what Victor said to him. She asks about Max and he tells her Max is with Ash. He asks if Abby feels Max is interfering in their marriage.

• Max is with Ash and Simon at Jabot lab. Ash and Simon go into her office. He reminds her that Max may be the only grandchild she will have if she doesn’t keep up with her treatment. She agrees and hugs Simon. Simon asks Ash if it’s Max that has her charmed or because of her affection for Ben. She says Ben is in the past and he is married to Abby. Max hears this.

Day Ahead
- Adam and Chelsea are happy; Adam got the job and he says no more NE, no more Victor
- Billy asks Vicky to celebrate with green beer because green champagne is disgusting
- Michael tells Phyllis after what Victor did to her, he will get him convicted

Had a crazy thought--Victor goes to jail, keeps having dizzy spells or whatever, prison doc gets involved and consults Simon, Vic has a brain tumor or whatever, Simon treats him successfully and boom, he gets out of jail because no way he could be held accountable because of the tumor. Hmmm...

FRIDAY US SPOILER

• At GCAC Billy tells Jack the roll out for pass key will be huge. Jack says Victor may sue them. Billy assures him NE has no interest in pass key. He offered part of the profits to Vicky and she refused. He says Vicky called off the wedding. Billy found out what Victor did to them. Vicky is going to forgive Victor but won’t forgive him. Phyllis says Vicky will come around and encourages him to fight for her. He leaves. Jack says Billy can’t fix things with Vicky, he’s told too many lies. Billy got pass key for Jack. Jack thinks this was dirty play. Phyllis admits she kidnapped Adam. Phyllis says she is going to fight until she gets her self-respect and dignity back and if he is not going to fight with her, then he better get out of her way.

• At Memorial, Victor tells Vicky not to get comfortable behind his desk because he will be back and she will be out permanently. She says he created this destruction. Vicky asks how many times she has stood behind him. He asks about her suing him for $500M and turning evidence over to the police. She reminds him how he had her arrested on her wedding day. She says she is working to protect his legacy. He says he protects his own legacy. Michael arrives and Vicky leaves. Victor wants Michael to file a motion dropping the charges for lack of evidence. Michael disagrees and outlines how he is going to destroy everyone in Jack’s family and make the Newmans admit their love and devotion to make Victor look like the epic hero. Victor asks for Michael’s phone to make a call.

• At Memorial Abby tells Ben she knows what Max is going through because of his loss. Max doesn’t want to share Ben with her or the baby he will do anything to keep Ben’s attention on him. Abby wants to help Ben and Max become a family.

• At CL Phyllis is overjoyed that Michael is defending Victor. Michael says if he blows this he may go to prison. He needs to focus on his part but after what Victor did to her. He will get him convicted because it’s the right thing to do.

• At the lab, Ash and Simon talk about the fire at the tower and how she and Ben were trapped. Max listens and asks what fire? Max asks if Ash and Ben helped each other while being trapped together. Ben and Abby arrive and hear what Max’s said. Ben says Abby saved them. Abby invites Max to the tower for lunch. Max asks Ashley to go and ignores Abby.

• At Chelsea’s, Adam says he got the job and they start making plans for their move. After they make love Adam goes for a shower. Adam’s phone rings. Chelsea answers and Victor tells her he wants Adam to get to the hospital right away. Chelsea says that’s not going to happen and hangs up. Michael arrives and says he is Victor’s lawyers. Michael says Victor wants to see him before he goes back to jail. Chelsea worries Adam will be sucked in. Adam leaves. Chelsea asks Michael to put her on the stand and she will make sure Victor is found not guilty because Adam will never be free if Victor is in prison.

• At NE, Vicky finds Mr. Pollard in her office. He accuses her of giving Pass Key away and the Abbott’s stole it. Vicky says Victor had Pass Key and NE is going in a different direction and shows him out. To Victor’s portrait she says she is always cleaning up his mess. Billy arrives with a huge stuffed dog. He wants her to go for a drink with him. She says she wishes Billy thought before lying to her again. He says this was his chance to fight back after what Victor did to the Abbott’s. He makes mistakes but he was trying to make a life for Vicky and the kids. Vicky says this is about lies. She says Billy doesn’t love her. She tells him to leave.

• At the tower, Max is enamoured with Ash and ignores Abby. Abby leaves. Max looks pleased. Ash goes to check on Abby. Max says it’s so weird that Ash is Abby’s mom and wants to spend time at the lab. Abby tells Ash that Max hates her and he is manipulating Ash and Ben. Ash says sooner or later Max will realize that he and Abby love Ben.

• Adam arrives at Memorial and asks Victor what he wants. Victor asks why Adam didn’t fight Vicky for the CEO position. Adam says he doesn’t want it and that he and Chelsea are moving to NY. Victor says he wants Adam to run NE. Adam says Vicky is more than capable and he has a job in NY. He tells Victor to enjoy prison. As he is about to leave, Victor says NY is a great place but knows Adam won’t go. Later, Victor is taken back to prison!

• Adam returns home and tells Chelsea he told Victor they were leaving. Chelsea is happy believing they are moving.

Day Ahead
- Phyllis asks Jack if he is going to tell Adam she kidnapped him
- Elise tells Nikki it’s time for the Newmans to be a little afraid
- Noah says the biggest regret of his life was listening to Victor.

I was thinking the same thing about the brain tumor...HOWEVER...what Victor did was long ago with Marco...but in the soap world one can never tell......I can see a brain tumor making him be nuts recently....but not his whole life...and what ever happened to him having epilepsy?????and the second dog he got after his first dog died? the one that can ell when he is having a seizure? that is what I was thinking it was...a seizure....but no mention forever about his epilepsy....strange....

wonder if they will find a way to link his seizures to a brain tumor that no one ever found and has been growing ever since? like over the last 20 years...lol....making all his decisions for being a corrupt vengeful man responsible....UGH

And poor Noah...will they get him off or will Christina get him put into prison? poor Christina....lol

I have to say the Soap has been interesting ...I look forward again to watching and like the stories they have come up with...even Neil has been ok...and no need to fast forward through Neil's family because most are not there...there is such a skeleton crew these days....

I really like Dr. N.....he is one of my fav characters as of late he would be perfect for Ashley....he will cure her....of course..... than Hilary better watch her back!

MONDAY US SPOILER

• At GCAC Natalie asks Jack where Billy is and calls herself a genius. Jack says he is killing the project.

• Phyllis comes to Billy’s suite with a hangover cure. She says she knows things did not go well with Vicky. He assures her he did not drink and he lost Vicky because of the choices he made.

• Phyllis and Billy find Jack at the bar. Natalie says Jack is killing Pass Key. Phyllis tells Jack this is Jabot’s last chance. Billy leaves. Phyllis tells Natalie not to make a move until she hears from her. Natalie leaves. She says there is no proof that she stole Pass Key from Victor. He says she could be charged with kidnapping. She asks if he is going to tell Adam she kidnap him. She is his wife and he would not put her at risk. Phyllis says this is a legitimate win. He feels Pass Key was gained in an underhanded way. Jack wants to keep business above board. She says that’s not the way the world works.

• At the Tower, Noah asks Leslie to postpone the trial so he can marry Marisa. Leslie says he confessed, and Marisa was caught on video getting rid of evidence.

• At CL, Nick tells, Sharon, Sage and Dylan, the last thing he thought he would see is Noah on trial. Dylan is a witness for the prosecution and leaves. Sharon assures them that family comes first and Dylan will help Noah. Sharon and Nick leave.

• Sage is left with Faith. Shawn arrives. Shawn says her apartment was broken into. Sage says she is going to notify Dylan to investigate. Sage wants Shawn to move in with them.

• On the patio, Natalie tells Luca Pass Key is dead. Luca says he is a partner and can't do this. Luca wants Natalie to walk away from everyone and to work with him to launch Pass Key together. She calls him a snake who likes to stab people in the back. She says she will take her chances and leaves.

• Luca tells someone on the phone this is a travesty and something has to be done.

• At the courthouse, Nikki asks Elise for fairness with Noah. Elise says Nikki is looking for mercy. To stop the blackmail Elise had to make her affair with Victor public. Her marriage is over and her kids are confused. Elise says it’s time for the Newmans to be a little afraid and leaves

• Noah, Marisa, Nick and Sharon arrive. Nick tells Noah the family will support him, no matter what.

• The trial begins. Dylan is questioned first by Chris and Leslie. Marisa is questioned next. Chris accuses Marisa of helping Noah cover up what he did. Billy says it was an accident and bears no ill-will. Noah didn’t know Billy was there. Chris says she is surprised by Billy’s forgiving attitude given his history. Billy asks if she really wants to go there. She withdraws. Leslie asks Noah why he didn’t come forward immediately. He took the advice of someone he trusted and it turned out not to be the case. Victor convinced him that this would heartbreaking for Vicky. Victor knowing how Noah felt, held this over his head to do his bidding. Noah says the biggest regret of his life was listening to Victor. Chris asks if Noah is saying that responsibility of his actions lie with Victor. Chris says Noah has to be held fully accountable on all charges. Elise adjourns to review the evidence

• Noah thanks Billy. Billy tells him not to trust Victor. Noah says if he is going to jail he is not spending the next couple of hours in the courthouse and he and Marisa leave.

• Shawn is at Sage’s and Faith mentions Sage was in Fairview and Sage helped solve a mystery. Faith goes upstairs. Sage explains what happened. She says she did not lose touch with reality but it was soul wrenching. Shawn says if her soul can take it. Nick arrives and Sage explains what has happened and she invited Shawn to live with them. Nick is not happy. Sage says she wants to help Shawn. Nick asks if Shawn is going to stay with them after the baby is born. He asks if Sage realizes how hard that is going to be on Shawn watching them bring up her baby. Shawn hears and says she will leave.

• At CL, Sharon is upset and says Dylan did his job. She says he is an amazing husband and detective. Dylan hopes Noah doesn’t serve a day in jail

• Billy returns to GCAC and says the rollout should to proceed. Noah hung Victor out to dry and the family has turned against Victor. Billy says they agreed to run the company together so her decisions are up for a vote. Jack is floored that they would go against him and leaves.

Day Ahead
- Victor to Vicky: You thought you could run this whole thing without me. Are you getting nervous now?
- Faith to Shawn: If you miss him you could always come to see him, right Sage?
- Elise asks Noah to rise for sentencing as she has made her decision

TUESDAY US SPOILER

* After Shawn tells Nick and Sage that she is leaving, Sage and Nick agree she should stay. Sharon arrives and says Judge Moxley has her verdict.

* Shawn says she has a year to change her mind about keeping the baby. Then to her horror, Faith says Shawn can visit the baby any time. Shawn assures Sage she would not visit. Sage says she knows Shawn will do the right thing for everyone.

* Phyllis tries to convince Billy that they should precede with Pass Key. Billy wants her to step away because he doesn’t want her to lose Jack. He wants her to fix things with Jack before it’s too late. She says they have worked hard on this deal and she is not ready to give up. Billy suggests they wait until Victor is in jail before they roll out Pass Key. Billy gets a text that Noah’s verdict is in. He leaves.

* Jack tells Neil he knows why Phyllis hates Victor and the constant need to top each other has to stop. Neil says you can’t save someone from themselves, they have to want it. Phyllis hears this and says Neil is right, and she wants to fix this. She says she will not apologize for wanting to hurt Victor and was willing to throw everything away, but realizes she was wrong and apologizes. She gives Billy credit for getting her to fix things with Jack. He asks about the project. They still believe in the project but will hold off until Victor is in jail before rolling it out. Jack agrees.

* Summer tells Luca that he is partially to blame for Victor’s situation. Luca says people don’t like Vicky’s management style. Everyone thought Adam would take charge. Luca wonders why Adam passed up the chance to be CEO. Nikki arrives and asks Summer to be there as support for Noah. Summer defends Victor again.

* Vicky tells Victor she is having problems with some of the department heads and wants his help. He laughs and says she thought she could run this thing without him. He knew she would run into problems. She says he just needs to call a couple of people to reassure them. He refuses.

* Luca tells Victor that some department heads are coming to him with concerns about Vicky’s leadership. Luca asks Victor to let him be COE of NE. Victor laughs and says he doesn’t trust Luca. Luca says everyone was surprised that Adam didn’t take control. People wonder where NE is going. Victor says he doesn’t give a damn. Luca says he is Victor’s insurance policy and he will keep Newman in the black. Victor says he will allow Luca to take over when hell freezes over.

* Nikki gives Victor the news about Noah. He says Noah can move on with that woman. Nikki says Noah is very much in love with Marisa. Victor accuses Nikki of throwing him out of his company and she is going to regret that. Nikki assures him NE will keep running. He says Vicky’s leadership is in question and when the company falls apart she only has herself to blame. He will not forgive her for this. She leaves.

* Nick and Sharon arrive and Vicky says she saw Victor and asked him for Help. Nick assures her has this under control and leaves. Billy arrives and asks if she is okay. She tells him she is far from alright.

* Court is in session. Noah tells the judge he misled the court. He claimed it was Victor’s decision to hide his crime. He says that’s wrong and he solely responsible for what happened. He cannot blame others for his actions. Elise asks Noah to rise for sentencing. She finds him guilty but sentences him to 12 months’ probation, and 60 hours of community services.

* Billy tells Vicky they can get over all that has happened. Vicky says she doesn’t want that. She wants what she can’t have and they need to go their separate ways. Billy sitting in the courtroom and gets a text from Phyllis saying that things are okay with Jack and hopes he gets his happy ending.

* Noah says that Leslie is pretty sure the DA will drop the charges and Marisa can get her divorce. He asks her to marry him.

* Sharon and Nick are very proud of Noah. Sharon says they are all starting over, she and Dylan with Sully and Nick and Sage are adopting. Nick says Sage wants Shawn to live with them but he says this would be cruel.

* Summer tells Luca that Noah is free and he can move on with Marisa. Luca says she is still his wife. Noah and Marisa arrive and Noah says he is keeping Leslie on retainer for the divorce. Luca will not stand in her way as long as this was her idea. Noah accuses him of stalling

Day Ahead
- Cane tells Lily he has to make a choice, he either loves her enough to trust her or he doesn’t
- Chelsea tells Nick that Adam doesn’t care about NE anymore. Nick says leopards don’t change their spots

WEDNESDAY US SPOILER

At GCAC Marisa wants Luca to sign the divorce papers so they can move on. Luca asks what’s in it for him. Marisa says he is free to live his life and she can live hers. Luca says she was the love of his life. Noah says that is a colossal load of crap. Summer jumps to Luca’s defense and asks Noah to give Luca a chance to adjust to the idea. Marisa and Noah leave. Luca needs to talk to someone and asks her to stay with him. He thanks her for coming to his defense and asks why she defended him. She knows what it like having someone you love taken away from you. He wishes he met her months ago. Summer says that he needs to let go and move on, but only when he is ready.

At Nick’s, Sage says Shawn is brave because she is putting the needs of her child first. Dylan arrives and tells Sage about Noah’s outcome and tells Shawn he filed a report about her break-in, checked her apartment and changed her locks. Shawn finds it weird how all the ex’s get along. Dylan explains that it took a while.

At the Top of the Tower, Nick tells Sharon he wants Shawn safe but living with them is not the answer. Nick says Sage is waiting from become a mother based on a pregnant teenager. He wonders if Shawn is doing the right thing. Sharon reminds him she gave up Cassie because that would be best for her. Nick spots Chelsea and wants answers about what Adam is up to. Sharon and Nick sit down with Chelsea and he asks why Adam didn’t come to the board meeting. Chelsea says Adam doesn’t care about NE anymore. Nick says leopards don’t change their spots. Chelsea says Adam has. She asks when he started caring about NE. Nick’s concern is that Adam will try to push Vicky out. Chelsea says Adam has a job and he will commute between Chicago and GC. Chelsea offers Sharon a job at Chelsea 2.0. Sharon accepts. Sharon leaves to call Dylan. Nick asks Chelsea if she would hire Sage. He feels Sage needs to focus on something other than the baby and stop sabotaging it. Sage texts him asking him to help get Shawn’s stuff and move it to their condo. Nick asks if Chelsea will help him. Later, Sage meets Chelsea. Chelsea offers her a job. Sage turns her down because of the baby, and then becomes suspicious. She asks if Nick put her up to this. Chelsea says she thinks this would be a good opportunity for her.

In Marisa’s suite she says Luca is turning this divorce into a contest. Noah assures her they will marry. She wants to have something that would make Luca to back off. Noah says there is but he is damned if Luca is going to get it. Later, Summer arrives and says Luca is hurting. Marisa says Luca is snowing Summer and he is punishing Marisa for leaving him. Summer asks if Luca is that heartless. Marisa says yes. Summer asks why Marisa went back to Luca. Marisa says it was a mistake. She thought Luca had changed. She warns Summer not to fall for him.

Lily, Cane and the twins arrive at CL. The twins ask if Cane is coming home. Cane gives Lily a necklace as a belated anniversary gift. Cane says he is miserable without her and the kids. He asks if they can start again. Lily tells the twins Cane is coming home.

On the patio, Shawn thanks Nick for helping her with something her boyfriend should have done. He explains how he feels about being a father and it’s the greatest thing ever. She admits giving up the baby is the hardest decision she ever made and asks how he will feel if she changes her mind. He says he would not be upset. She has to be happy with her decision. She is worried about Sage. He says this is not about Sage. This is her baby and she has every right to change her mind. Sage overhears the last part of what Nick said and is stunned.

At home, Sharon tells Dylan she can’t take this job. She needs to be with Sully. Dylan says he will support any decision she makes. He says if this job means something to her then she should take it. They make love. Sharon has a nightmare about Sully and goes to him.

At the GCAC bar, Noah tells Luca to stay away from Summer. Luca asks what he would want with Summer. Noah says to get close to the Newmans and that is never going to happen. Luca says he is sounding like Victor and Adam. They don’t own him and don’t call the shots. He says pretty soon he will call the shots at NE. Luca says no one knows Marisa like he does and no matter how hard Noah hangs on to her, he is going to lose her. Luca says Marisa doesn’t love him and Noah isn’t man enough to satisfy Marisa. Noah punches him.

Day Ahead
- Marisa asks Summer how Luca got an invitation, Summer says Luca is her guest
- The Abbott/Winters foundation holds a gala
- Vicky comes to see Phyllis and sees Billy doing up his pants
