ooooookay .....soooo since when has Vitoria EVER been scared to take on anyone at Newman????? SERIOUSLY! and run to Daddy in tears ......oh please daddy they don't like me can you say something to them like me and make it all better!!!!! oh come on writers....Victoria knows that business inside and out...and has ran it before and has never had a problem.....so Im waiting for her to go to Adam and ask hime to help her run the country...that is the next step Im sure.....

Sage needs to listen more clearly....this young lady is not going to give her baby up or give it away for free.....and as she said has a year to change her mind....RED FLAG RED FLAG!!!!! she is a strange puppy as well....we really have no idea about her....is she waiting for $$$$ has she given away any other babies?????? MONDAY US SPOILER!!!

At the Top of the Tower, Vicky tells Michael that Victor is still not speaking to her. Michael asks if the family really want Victor acquitted. Michael promises her that justice will be done. Lauren arrives and can’t believe Vicky hopes Michael will get Victor off.

Phyllis comes to Billy’s suite. She pulls out a suit and tells him he is going to the gala. As Billy gets dressed, Vicky arrives and apologizes since she wasn’t aware they were in a meeting. Phyllis says she was trying to get Billy to go to the gala. Vicky leaves. Phyllis tells Billy to go after Vicky. He says it’s time to move on. Phyllis says he needs to find a home. He says he has one.

At the lab, Hilary and Devon kiss. Ash enters. Hilary tells Ash to knock next time since this isn’t her office any more. Ash gives her the report and leaves. Hilary tells Devon to make a contribution to the Foundation because this can’t just be about the Abbott’s. The Winters need recognition and she is going to see they get it.

Outside Hilary’s office, Abby tells Ben that Max didn’t want to go to the gala until he heard Ash was going.

Summer meets Luca at Memorial. He has his eye checked. Noah and Marisa arrive. Luca says he could press charges against Noah. Summer asks him not to. He says he won’t only because she asked. He tells Noah and Marisa he is not signing any divorce papers until Noah proves he will treat Marisa right. Luca says he will see them at the gala. Marisa asks how he got an invitation. He’s Summer’s guest.

At GCAC, Cane and Lily tell Neil that Cane has moved back home. Jack arrives and Lilly and Cane leave after Jack congratulates them. Jack asks Neil what John Abbott would say if he saw the fault line in the Abbott’s. Neil assures him that John would be proud. Neil wants to put their Board of Directors together. Devon and Hilary arrive. She goes to Jack and says she wants to be part of the Foundation in a leadership role. Hilary becomes annoyed when Jack gets a call from Phyllis.

Simon, Ash, Ben and Abby arrive with Max hanging on to Ash. While Simon speaks Max glares at Abby who is at the bar talking to Ben. Ash joins Abby. Abby is excited says her baby moved. Abby worries about Max shutting her out. Ash says he just wants attention. Abby says he wants attention from anyone but her. When the lights flicker Max rushes into Ash’s arms.

Hilary approaches Neil and says she knows this Foundation will be a success. Neil says he knows Hilary wants a seat on the Board and walks away.

At the bar, Jack tells Vicky he is sorry things didn’t work out with Billy. Summer arrives and tells Vicky she can’t understand how Vicky can turn on Victor. Vicky asks why Luca is there. Summer says he is her guest.

Jack asks Ash to be on the board of the Foundation. Hilary overhears and asks Devon to do something about it. Hilary refuses to let Ash upstage her. She says if Ash wants a fight she’s got one. Devon is taken aback. Ash accepts and Neil welcomes her to the Foundation.

Jack and Neil make a speech about the Foundation and all it encompasses. Hilary interrupts and makes a donation of $1M. She pointedly looks at Ash and says she is sure the Abbott’s would also like to contribute. Ash smiles and matches Hilary’s donation. When Summer takes a picture, Hilary says “game on” to which Ash replies “the game is definitely on.”

Vicky is surprised to see Luca and asks why he was talking to the Newman Executive Director. She asks if he is trying to undercut her position as CEO. He says she needs to start living up to her reputation as the tough business woman everyone thinks she is or she may find herself following Victor out the door. Michael asks if there is a problem. Luca leaves. Vicky tells Michael she needs to see Victor right away.

Hilary asks Devon if he saw the way Ash looked at her when she called her out about the donation. She says it’s only a matter of time before she is asked to take a seat on the board and who knows, she may wind up running the whole thing.

Billy brings Phyllis to the Chancellor estate. He says Jill signed the estate over to him and he now owns Catherine’s home. He has to keep a room for Jill and Colin for when they are in town. Phyllis says what better tribute to Catherine than to bring life into this place. He thinks Johnny and Katie are going to love it here. They leave for the party but are unable to leave because the storm blew a tree across the driveway and they can’t get out. The lights are out and no service to their phones. They sit by a fire with a bottle of wine.

Day Ahead

TUESDAY US SPOILER

At the mansion, Phyllis and Billy are waiting out the storm. Billy is happy he has a place to raise the kids in. He knows Vick doesn’t want him anymore and this is the best he has felt in a while. She says after what Vic did to her and Jack she lost her humanity and now she wants Vic to lose his. She says it’s written in stone that Victor will be convicted. There is no other possibility. Billy knocks his bottle over. Phyllis reaches over to help him and they lock lips. Phyllis says this can’t happen again. They open the door to leave and an officer says he saw Billy’s car and is there to help.

At the fund raiser, Hilary tells Ash that she is happy that she inspired Ash to make a donation. Ash says that as the newest member of the board it was her pleasure. Devon suggests they leave. Ash tells Simon she wants to tear Hilary to shreds. Simon says he wants to run a test on Ash immediately to see what has brought the color to her cheeks.

Michael arranges for Vicky to visit Victor. Lauren asks if that is a good idea and Michael says he has to maintain his façade of the devoted attorney to get Victor free. He says if Victor knew what Michael was doing, he would make sure that Michael was disbarred. Michael is not happy to see Summer with Luca.

Jack thanks Devon for his generous donation. Hilary says this is important to their immediate families as well. She wants to help. Devon and Hilary leave. Ash tells Jack that Hilary makes her spiral to a dark place. Jack says he knows Hilary wants to be on the board. Jack asks Ash to come back to Jabot and she refuses. Simon and Ashley leave.

Luca asks summer why Michael is defending Victor but also friends with the enemy.

Luca tells Jack he knows Michael is going to throw Victor’s trial. Jack warns him not to say a word.

Billy and Phyllis arrive. Luca tells Phyllis he has her back. He knows about Michael’s plan to get Victor convicted. Jack warns Luca again not to say another word to anyone. Summer interrupts. Luca says he has to do something and leaves. Jack asks where and what she and Billy have been doing. Billy says Jill signed over the mansion to him and he showed it to Phyllis and leaves. Summer says Luca was asking about Phyllis and Michael and if they were close. She says there are things she likes about him, others she has to think about.

At the tower, Lauren says Victor has to pay for the despicable things he did to Phyllis and Jack. Michael says disbarment wouldn’t be the worst thing in the world and maybe it’s time to go in another direction and their adventure is just beginning.

Vicky tells Victor there is a threat to NE and the family. Victor doesn’t want to hear it. She says Luca is trying to get a toehold into NE. He says Luca is s pompous flea, an *** and a fool and says Luca came to him suggesting he could save NE. She says Luca is manipulating Summer, staying with her and went to the fund raiser with her. He says he wants Adam to take over as CEO. H is the only one who could run NE for him. Victor hopes Adam steps up in time to save the company. She says she was elected her CEO. He says he will remove her. She tells him to go to hell. She thought she could work this out with him but will never be that stupid again and leaves. Later Luca tells Victor that Michael is setting him up for a conviction. Jack, Billy and Phyllis know. Luca says he can be useful to him. Victor warns Luca to stay away from Summer. He accuses Luca of betraying who he is working for and calls him a two faced SOB and tells him to get out.

At Nicks they are playing games and Sage remembers hearing Nick tell Shawn that he would not be angry if she decided to keep the baby. Nick takes Faith to Sharon’s and Shawn gets a pain. Sage takes her to the hospital.

At the lab Simon takes a blood sample from Ash. After he runs the test he tells her she is recovering. They kiss.

In Devon’s suite Hilary says that went well but it could have gone better. She could have gotten a seat on the board. She says if Jack is smart he will put her on the board and she says she is going to run this town.

At Memorial, Shawn is cleared to go home but Sage wants her to stay. Nick says that what happened with Christian is not what is happening here. Sage is worried about all the things that could go wrong.

Vicky follows Billy into his suite and complains about Victor. Billy asks why she is there. She says Billy knows Victor and what he is capable of and wanted to talk to someone who understands and leaves.

Devon finds Neil and asks him not to put Hilary on the board.

Day Ahead
- Dylan tells Paul he has questions about the day Sully was born
- Vicky tells Nikki if anyone changes their testimony it could all fall apart. Nikki asks if Vicky thinks she is the one who will cave

WEDNESDAY US SPOILER

Chris comes to see Adam. Chelsea says he is in Chicago and will not be testifying. Adam arrives and assures Chris that he will do whatever it takes to put Victor in jail. After Chris leaves, Adam assures Chelsea he is not going to get sucked in by Victor. Chelsea leaves for her appointment with Sharon.

Vicky tells Nikki that Victor has to be held accountable but it could fall apart if there is a weak link. Nikki assures her she will not cave. Nikki admits she has been lying for Victor for a long time, but Victor’s sole is dying and she has to fight to get Victor back. Vicky states it’s going to be hard to condemn Victor. She says Victor will never forgive her. She will never be able to lean on him again. Nick and Noah arrive. Vicky says Victor will find a way to divide them and they have to be prepared. Chris arrives. They assure her they are united and will answer questions honestly. Chris assures them Adam wants Victor brought to justice as well. Later, Vicky is alone and begins to cry.

At GCAC Michael tells Phyllis he will not allow Victor to elude justice again. Phyllis wants to know if Summer’s testimony will hurt. Michael is more concerned about Adam’s testimony. Michael is worried about Adam’s testimony.

Phyllis comes to see Adam and he assures her that Victor is fresh out of blackmail with him. He says the family, except Summer, will testify against Victor. Adam knows Phyllis will not be satisfied with just jail time. Phyllis says she and Jack suffer every day. She wants justice and for Victor to lose the love of his family.

Nick and Sage leave to spend some alone time. Shawn finds a paint brush and she smiles.

Sharon has a nightmare about Sully and knows something is wrong. She unwraps the blankets and there’s no baby and wakes up. Dylan asks her to tell him about her dream. She tells him about the day Sully was born and Dr. A handing him to her and he didn’t look like Noah did and they she uncovered him and there was no baby. Sharon remembers her appointment with Chelsea and leaves.

At GCAC, Nick tells Sage he doesn’t want their lives to be all about the baby. She says she panicked because the hospital is where Christian died. Nick says because she wants this baby so badly, she is overbearing. He says Shawn has to make the right decision and to see who they really are and that they would be good parents for her baby.

Chelsea sees Sage and tells her the job offer still stands. Sage agrees and they go to meet with Sharon. They discuss business and Sharon asks Sage how things are going with Shawn. They discuss how they felt the first time they held their baby. Sage asks if Sharon felt that way. Sharon says she did with Faith and Noah. Sage asks what about Sully.

At GCPD Michael tells Victor he is going to undermine Chris’ witnesses on cross-examination. No matter how damning their testimony is he will turn it around with each family member and will force them to acknowledge what a wonderful husband, father and grandfather he has been and how much they owe him. Victor knows Michael will do his best to get Victor off. Michael says if Victor doesn’t trust him he can get another lawyer. Victor says he knows Michael will prove to the Judge that he is innocent.

Adam tells Victor that Phyllis came to see him and she can be dangerous. Adam says there is a way to avoid this trial and tells Victor to plead guilty. Adam says Victor is forcing his family to testify against him. Victor might cop a plea provided Adam takes over as CEO. Victor says Adam is ruthless like he is and is not afraid to make the tough decisions.

At CL, Paul tells Dylan that Chris has a very strong case and he wants to go over their evidence. Dylan tells Paul about Sharon’s dream and the day Sully was born. Paul asks if Dylan thinks there is more to it. Dylan says he never got any clear answers after Dr. A’s death and Patty taken away. Dylan says Sharon has been having these weird dreams. Paul says Dr. A’s murder overshadowed what should have been a happy day for Sharon.

Sharon arrives elated about her first day at work. She tells Dylan the meeting was great until she asked Sage about Shawn. She started thinking about her dream again. She put complete faith in Dr. A. She says was so foggy when Dr. A gave her the baby. Dylan assures her that Sully is real and he is theirs.

Nick and Sage return home and see that Shawn started painting the baby’s room. Nick and Sage tell Shawn that Sage has anxieties about Christian. Sage will try not to be over protective. Shawn apologizes for judging Sage. Shawn says she could not imagine better parents for her baby.

Michael returns to GCAC and tells Phyllis that Victor is on to him and is suspicious. Chris watches.

THURSDAY US SPOILER

At GCPD Victor tells Michael there might not be a trial as his fate may already be settled. Michael will not have to lift a finger to see that justice is done. If Adam takes the path Victor believes he will, then Victor will plead guilty. He says he knows what Adam will do.

At home, Adam tells Chelsea the future of the Newman family lies in his hands. He tells her about Victor’s offer. He says he would be running NE but Victor would be out of the picture. She says Victor is manipulating Adam from prison and hopes he isn’t getting sucked in. Adam says if he heads up NE then Victor will get jail time. Chelsea says if Adam does this then he will be the one sending Victor to prison. He says she is very smart and they leave.

At the Top of the Tower, the family gathers and Abby asks if this is the day everything comes down for good. Abby says she stopped by Victor’s office and they discuss Victor’s portrait and what it means. Nikki says too many people have been hurt in the name of that portrait and Victor has to pay. Abby asks if Vicky is going to replace it with a portrait of her. Abby is concerned about testifying and looking Victor in the eye. Vicky says to keep her eyes on family. Michael, Adam and Chelsea arrive. Adam tells everyone that Victor will plead guilty if he runs NE. Adam says he wants to hear everyone’s opinion. He says he is willing to take this job and put Victor away if this is what the family wants. They wonder what Victor’s angle is. Abby asks what Adam’s angle is. Adam says he wants any suggestions. Vicky says Adam is doing this for Victor to spare him having to watch everyone testify against him. Adam says she is right and it would break all of them. Adam asks Michael to tell Victor he is not taking the deal. Everyone leaves except Nick and Vicky. Vicky says she hurt Victor deeply. Nick assures her she did the right thing. Nick asks if she regrets her decision because he doesn’t. He says Victor will always love her.

Luca comes to see Marisa and hands her the signed divorce papers. Marisa says this is too easy. He says all he wants is her happiness.

At GCAC, Phyllis says she wants a front row seat at Victor’s trial. Summer arrives and says they all want Victor behind bars. She asks if there is something about the trial they know that she doesn’t. Phyllis says that they are happy that Victor’s day of reckoning has come. Victor is responsible and if Summer doesn’t want to watch his entire family, except Summer, turn their backs on him, she suggest summer avoid the trial completely. Summer says she is testifying for Victor. Phyllis asks how Summer can betray her like this. Summer says she was subpoenaed. Phyllis says Victor is using Summer’s sweet face to sway the jury. Summer says she is going to tell the truth. Phyllis asks whose truth, Victor’s? Jack and Billy leave. Phyllis accuses her of straddling the line between the Newman’s and the Abbott’s for years. She says this is about people who have been scarred because of Victor. Summer is not only giving Victor a pass she is helping him escape. What kind of woman does that make her? Summer says that’s not fair and Phyllis asks if it was fair to Courtney and Austin. Summer says Victor had nothing to do with those murders, Harding was. Phyllis says had Victor not brought Marco to GC they would not be dead. Summer says Phyllis is being harsh. Phyllis says what is harsh is going to bed with one person and waking up next to a stranger and not for just one night but months of sharing the most intimate moments. When Summer tells everyone what a wonderful grandfather she has, she should remember that because it messed with her mind and made her doubt her sanity. She leaves.

Summer tells Luca that Phyllis has been deeply hurt because of Victor but she doesn’t want Victor to do this alone. Luca tells her to do what she thinks is right. He says he signed the divorce papers because of her.

At the courthouse, Michael tells Lauren that Victor is acting suspicious. Lauren says Chris was asking why Michael is representing Victor. Michael goes into the courtroom. Victor asks Michael what Adam decided. Michael says it was a family decision. Everyone goes into the courtroom. Marisa tells Noah that Luca signed the divorce papers. They both think he has an ulterior motive. Summer says even when they get what they want they still aren’t happy.

The trial begins with Chris’ opening statement to the jury about Victor’s arrest and his obsession of winning no matter the cost. Michael makes his opening statement saying Victor was faced with a threat, the Paragon Virus and was acting in self-defense. Phyllis says that’s a lie. Jack was never behind Paragon.

Day Ahead

FRIDAY US SPOILER

Michael is making his opening statement when Phyllis yells that Jack had nothing to do with the Paragon Virus. She is silenced by the judge. Michael says the threat was extreme and Victor had to take action. Victor tells Michael that he is making it sound like the kidnapping was just for the fun of it all because of a computer virus. A short recess is called. Victor goes to the holding room. Summer leaves. Nick warns Luca not to hurt Summer. Adam tells Chelsea that Michael’s opening statement seemed lackluster.

Summer asks Victor to give her a reason why she should go on believing him. She accuses him of leaving out all of the things he did. He admits he hurt Phyllis and is sorry for what happened to her but he did it for his family. He thought Jack was behind PP but later discovered it was Adam and by then Marco was there. He says Phyllis is about to spin out of control. He tells her Phyllis rented a car and tried to run Chris down. Phyllis got passkey and she kidnapped Adam. Summer asks if he didn’t have her arrested because he felt guilty about Marco. He agrees he was trying to make up for Marco.

Jack and Billy warn Phyllis to dial it back or she will sabotage herself.

Marisa is called to the stand. Marco told her Victor was behind the whole scheme and paid Marco to impersonate Jack. Victor bribed the warden at the prison and schooled Marco about Jack. Michael does not cross-examine which upsets Victor.

Paul is next. He says there is a video outside the Peru prison showing Victor with Marco and the warden, Santiago. Paul admits he did not go to Peru to investigate but he can produce reports from the people in Peru who investigated.

Jack is next. He admits Ian Ward was behind PP, not him. He says he and Victor have locked horns over the years but this time Victor went too far. Chris asks why Jack didn’t go to the police when he returned. He explains about the ship blowing up killing everyone on board. He later found out it was not true and this was Victor’s way of keeping Jack quiet about Victor’s hand in this. Victor asks Jack about Kelly. Jack explained how Kelly treated him, how she withheld food and water from him and kept him drugged. One morning he woke up and she was dead. He doesn’t know how she died. Michael does not cross. Victor asks him why. Michael insists this is part of his strategy.

Phyllis is next. She saw differences in Jack’s behavior and describes them. She ignored them at first because Jack had been in a building collapse and she thought this was the after effect. She says it was months later that she found out it was Marco in her bed and violating her repeatedly. Victor knew this but didn’t stop it. Phyllis loses it and is escorted out of the courtroom crying hysterically. Victor tells Michael to get Phyllis back on the stand immediately. He says Phyllis resurrected PP because she wanted revenge.

The rest of the family testifies. Noah says that Victor always has an ulterior motive for what he does. Nick doesn’t think what Victor did was self defense. Vicky admits she turned Victor into the police but he left her no choice. Adam says his relationship with Victor was adversarial and Victor’s actions were criminal. Victor calls Adam a pathological liar. Adam says he wanted Victor’s approval but he now washes his hand of him. Nick says Victor has to stop putting the family into the path of danger.

Phyllis tells Billy that Victor has brainwashed Summer and berates herself for being so weak on the stand. Billy assures her she will come out of this a winner.

Nikki is next. Nikki tells the court this feud started decades ago and admits that Victor has had scrapes with the law. His excuse has always been that others resent his success. He has no respect for authority and has his own code and set of rules that she has been forced to adhere to. She prayed Victor would stop taking things into his own hands. She says Victor has been the love of her life but she doesn’t know him anymore. Michael does not cross but as with the other witnesses he wants to recall her. A short recess is called.

Victor tells Michael his strategy stinks. Michael says he will call Summer. Victor tells Michael he is not to call Summer but to call Luca. He gives Michael a note with the question he wants Michael to ask Luca. Michael says he doesn’t like it.

Michael calls Luca asks what Luca knows about the defense. Luca says that Michael is deliberately trying to throw this case and that he overheard a conversation Michael had with Lauren. Victor fires Michael and says he will defend himself. He calls himself as his first witness.

Day Ahead
- Luca asks if he was supposed to lie and Michael accuses him of lying right now
- Chris tells Jack that Victor is going to call him to take the stand
- Paul asks if Victor is ready – Victor says he is more than ready

MONDAY US SPOILER

Victor tells the court he is not hiring another attorney. Chris objects. Victor accuses Phyllis of starting this whole thing which disrupts the court. The judge orders the court to be cleared except for Victor and Chris. Chris accuses Victor of trying to sway the jury. The judge asks if Victor is trying for a mistrial. Victor says he wants the trial and promises to act as respectfully as he can. The Judge allows him to defend himself.

Jack accuses Luca of not keeping his mouth shut. Luca asks if he was supposed to lie on the stand. Michael asks if Luca went to see Victor and told him but Luca no and Victor found out some other way. He asks if Summer believes him. Summer says she doesn’t know who to believe and leaves. Michael tells Luca to leave because no one in GC is going to believe him.

Chris tells Phyllis she may have sabotaged the case and all Victor has to do is convince one Juror he is the victim and he could possibly walk. Phyllis asks Chris not to go after Michael.

At the Top of the Tower, Nikki, Abby, Vicky and Nick discuss their testimonies. They feel guilty going against Victor. Later, Nikki tells Nick she thought Victor would see the error of his ways just being in court but he was defiant as ever. Nick gets a call from Sage and walks away. Nikki spots a bottle of vodka, pours herself a drink and downs it.

Summer goes to Victor in the holding room. He tells her that once those who betrayed him what a mistake they made the jury will see he is innocent and he will be free. He asks her to stay away from Luca. All they have is each other and she shouldn’t forget that. She leaves. Paul tells Victor it’s almost show time. He asks if Victor is ready. Victor says he is more than ready.

At CL Adam tells Chelsea this will be weird being cross-examined by Victor. He says he does not regret his testifying against Victor. His priority is Chelsea and Connor.

Summer meets Luca at CL. He thanks her for believing him. She asks if he knew about the plan to throw Victor’s trial and told Victor. He admits he did and he did it for her. She asks what he had to gain for tipping Victor off. Luca says he thought Victor deserved a fair trial. Summer asks why he cares and Luca says because she does. Now Victor has a chance to defend himself against all those people playing dirty. Noah and Marisa arrive and Noah says that all Luca does is play dirty and asks if he went to Victor out of compassion. Noah asks what Luca wants from Victor.

Vicky joins Billy at the bar at the GCAC. She asks if he was part of Phyllis’ plan. He found out after the fact and says there is a mountain of evidence against Victor.

Court resumes and Victor calls Phyllis to the stand. He asks her to tell the jury how they brought down a common enemy, Ian Ward.

Jack says he and Phyllis suffer every day all at Victor’s hand and Phyllis is still suffering. Victor says they have fought, challenged and bullied each other. He asks if this plan concocted by Phyllis, him and Michael was any worse than what happened to Jack, since Victor may have to spend his life in prison.

He asks Summer if she voted to get Victor out of the company. She said no. He points out that he was the one to get Phyllis out of her coma.

Abby admits she voted him out. He says he was the only one who supported her as COO.

Nick felt like a stranger when he was in the company. Victor says he was the one who proved Nick’s innocents Matt Clark’s murder.

Nikki admits Victor took her away from stripping. She says she loved her life but winning was all that mattered to him. He why she turned to the bottle, if he ever turned against her. He can smell the vodka on her breath now.

Vicky says she voted to oust him out of NE hoping he would see the errors of his way. She says he knows what buttons to push and what words to say. He says he loves her and it saddens him that she turned against him.

Adam admits they have had a turbulent relationship. Victor asks if Adam asked him to help him stay out of prison. Adam says Victor offered but he did not ask. Victor says blood is thicker than water, booze or phony business betrayal.

Chris gives her closing statement and says Victor broke the law and brought pain to numerous people in this court and asks for a conviction.

Victor makes his closing statement and says his family and company was attacked and in the process of protecting both he may have stepped outside the law. He tells the jury he grew up in an orphanage and grew up without family. He will do anything to protect his family and has a deep love for them.

Day Ahead
- Nikki tells Nick that Victor is going to get away with it. Nick says they don’t know that
- Vicky tells Victor that everything he said about loving her wasn’t true
- Jack accuses Phyllis of being consumed by this and she is pushing family, friends and him away

TUESDAY US SPOILER

The Judge charges the jury. Nikki tells Nick Victor is going to get away with this and there will be retribution for all of them. Nick says she doesn’t know that. She admits she had a drink. She insists that Nick go home to Sage.

Before Victor leaves the court, Vicky asks says despite what he said earlier he hates them all. Victor says he did what he has always done, loved and protected his family. Adam says Victor has a warped sense of the truth. Victor yells saying Adam chose this and to remember that. Adam says he does.

Outside the courtroom Noah says Luca couldn’t wait to expose Michael for throwing the trial. Summer defends Luca. Nikki says they should have let Adam take over as CEO then they wouldn’t be in this position. Adam says he is sure the jury will send Victor to jail.

Chris tells Jack, Billy and Phyllis they all blew it and in particular Phyllis. She thinks Victor may walk because of them.

Jack says Victor may walk and Michael disbarred because of Phyllis. He accuses her of being consumed by this. She is pushing family, friends and him away. She asks why he can’t see that she has been torn apart by this and leaves. Jack tells Billy that Phyllis will not be happy no matter what sentence Victor gets.

After Sage, Shawn and Faith finish painting the baby’s room, Faith asks what the baby’s name will be. Shawn says she would have named him David and why. Sage says she likes the name. Nick arrives and Sage says that Nick has a say about the name. He says David it is. Sage takes Faith to Sharon. Shawn asks how things went in court. He says he made the best decision for him and his family. She says her father didn’t want her around if she was going to keep this baby. She says she doesn’t get how family treats each other. Nick says you need to surround yourself with the right kind of people and that takes work. It’s not just the big things but the little things. She says that is the sweetest and most beautiful thing she has ever heard. Sage returns and sees the closeness between Nick and Shawn. Nick explains he was telling Shawn about happily ever after, like theirs. He gets word that the jury has reached a decision, kisses Sage and leaves. Sage goes upstairs but returns to hear Shawn talking to the baby saying she the baby can forgive her for walking away.

Vicky is in the holding room and asks Victor what his intentions are if he is released. He says if she forgives him for what he has done, he will forgive her as well. She says the board voted him out. He says a good word from her to reinstate him, everyone will follow. She asks if he will go back to his callus decision that has put them into this mess. He says he will run the business as usual. She will not have any part of it. Victor tells her she will be barred from NE and she will be disowned. She accuses him of lying about loving her. He says he will never stop loving her but this is business.

At home Chelsea she is proud of him and that this is over. Adam admits Victor got to him. She asks if he is going after the CEO at NE. Later on the news, Adam hears that NE is taking many losses and the family has turned against Victor.

At the Top of the Tower, Vicky accuses Nikki of drinking and asks if this is her way of proving her loyalty to Victor? Victor showed he stands behind her even though she is drinking. Vicky is alone when Jack arrives. She is worried about Nikki since she accused her of helping Victor by drinking. Jack says he is sorry about what Phyllis and Billy have done. Billy has been trying to prove himself for a long time. Phyllis talked Billy into going after passkey. He says Billy said they are beyond reconciliation. She says he’s right but she goes to him when she needs to talk. She asks if Jack thinks Billy has changed. He says to give Billy time. She says if Victor is put away will head up Newman and will put an end this war. Jack says he has lost his taste for that battle but Victor’s has only grown.

Nikki arrives at GCAC and orders a drink. Jack arrives and says she doesn’t need a drink. She says they were absolute fools to think they could get Victor convicted.

Billy finds Phyllis on his couch with a drink. She says Victor admitted he broke the law. Phyllis admits she shouldn’t have brought Michael into this and she made Victor look like the injured party. Billy says Phyllis needs to forgive Victor. Phyllis insists Victor has to pay. She doesn’t know how to forgive Victor or make her feelings go away. Vicky arrives and sees Phyllis crying in Billy’s arms.

Day Ahead
- Vicky tells Jack she went to Billy’s and he was there with Phyllis. Jack asks if she thinks they are up to something.
- The judge says, Victor Newman, on the counts of kidnapping and fraud the jury finds you…………

If Victor gets off from what he did than this soap has gone nuts...a few things:

1. SERIOUSLY!!! did Michael really not see that he was throwing the case...could he have made it more obvious???? he did not even try one bit to hide what he was doing....Does he want to no longer be a lawyer as he kinda mentioned to his wife?

2. Victor being his own Lawyer...oh come on already.....I know he is a narcissist but he is smart enough to know that that is a bad idea!

3. Enough is enough with Billy and Phyllis...why are the writers even going there when we know how much she loves Jack and he Victoria...UGH

4. Nikki drinking AGAIN!!!!!!! STOP with this writers PLEASE! stop making all the woman like WEAK prey!

5. Summer is just the writers making another woman stupid when it comes to Victor...really she chooses him over the death of her fiancé and everything?

Im glad that Sharon is starting to remember about her baby....but will she do the right thing right away or not say anything till the baby is 19 years old? I think she will do the right thing...I think that Shawn will pull away from the deal and sooner than later Sage get her son back....Sharon does not have that bond she should feel and it's starting to come to why......

I miss all the older actors from this show...I don't need to name them.....not just older in age but older in years on the show....the only 2 left on here are Nikki and Victor...all the rest are just gone....why has the show gotten rid of all of them????? UGH

curious to see what the ratings are how low they have sunk...I will have to look...

OMG, I totally agree with you. Monday's episode was the MOST FRUSTRATING THING I"VE EVER WATCHED. Why on earth would the Judge let him get away with endless lines of questioning that have NO RELEVANCE. I don't care how nice you've been, or how mean other people have been, that may be handy testimony when handing down the punishment, but not in deciding guilt. It should take the jury all of 2 seconds to come back with a guilty verdict when Victor did not dispute a single shred of evidence against him. The orphanage story has gotten old, grow up and take some responsibility already.

And I can not believe that NO ONE -- not Billy, not Jack, not even PHYLLIS thought that Michael deserved to be warned that Lucca was on to him. They all told Lucca to keep his mouth shut, but none of them tipped of Michael? What horrible friends to let him get blindsided like that.

If Victor doesn't get some come-uppance soon, I'm going to have to take a break from this show. It's not even fun to watch anymore because he always wins no matter how EVIL he gets. I've enjoyed that in the past, but this storyline -- and the complete lack of empathy, guilt, or punishment, is really sapping all of the fun out.
