Just realized maybe Adam is sticking around to do what Nicki wants him to do.

MONDAY US SPOILER!!!
GCAC
Billy wants Jack to go to the police. Jack says he has too much blood on his hands and tells him about Kelly and the ship. Billy says this was Victor’s. Jack wants to avoid the media frenzy. Billy says if Jack isn’t going to give her the pay back she deserves, then he will and leaves.
Tower
Vicky meets with the wedding planner and wants her wedding to be less memorable than the previous ones.
Billy tells Vicky what Victor did to Jack and Phyllis. She claims Victor does things out of love. He gives her the disc and asks if love that made Victor kidnap Jack and replace him with a look-a-like. Vicky reads the information. Jack was held prisoner. She says documents can be forged. Jack and Phyllis confirmed to him all this happen. He says he loves her so will not report Victor.
Phyllis’
Summer says Billy and Natalie are texting a lot. Phyllis asks if she thinks Billy is trying to out-maneuver Victor. Summer insists she has to tell Victor since she was to keep an eye on Natalie. Phyllis admits she is helping Billy.
Phyllis tells Billy she hopes Summer doesn’t expose her. Billy admits he knows about Marco and Luca told him as leverage to join them in the program. Jack told him why Phyllis wants to stay quiet but he is wants to go to the police. Phyllis asks if she should waltzes into the GCPD and tell them about the doppelganger. The first question will be - how did she not know it wasn’t Jack. She ignored every instinct because she wanted to be a good wife. Billy is sorry she went through this. Victor is not sorry and this is not going to go away and it will ruin everything between her and Jack. Luca has a disc of everything that went on between Victor and Marco. If he takes Victor down, he will lose Vicky.
Jack asks Phyllis to forgive him. She admits she was wrong. She didn’t want to face what happened to her. Jack was right to tell their story. She feels liberated. Jack is proud of her. She says together they are going to make Victor pay.
Summer’s
Natalie and Luca watch Victor talking to Luca's father. Victor says he is sending the money back with interest and fired Luca. He hangs up and sees a red light on Natalie’s computer in his office. Luca says there is no going home. She says he is on Victor’s most wanted list and can’t stay there. When they look again, Victor is gone.
Victor arrives and Luca hides. Victor asks her how the camera in his office works. She demonstrates. Victor fires her and takes her computer. He leaves and Natalie smiles.
Luca asks how she can be so calm after Victor took her computer and program. She laughs. She is now free to work on the program for Billy and Phyllis. Victor took the flawed program. She gave the real program to Billy. Summer rushes in and calls Natalie a trader. She says Natalie is not going to get away with this. Summer is furious because she can’t tell Victor anything without ratting out Phyllis. She throws Natalie out.
She tells Luca she wanted to prove to her family she could be a part of the family business and botched it. Luca hugs her.
Chelsea’s
Chelsea suggests moving to Paris and there are no secrets but Adam still refuses to walk away. He says Nikki and he have a plan to push Victor out. Chelsea yells No! no more plans. She asks if he doesn’t care about her and Connor anymore. Adam says she and Connor are the reason he breaths. He says he wants NE to be a legacy for his family. She asks what if Connor doesn’t want to be part of the business or becoming what Adam is on the verge of becoming, a newer, shinier version of Victor. Adam denies and is doing everything not to be like him. He says Nikki, Abby, Nick and Noah are turning against Victor. She asks if he feels the same way.
GCAC
Jack sees Chelsea is bothered by something. She and Adam are finally together and she is still losing him. She says Adam is now free to live his own life, but he refuses to walk away from Victor or NE. Adam is turning into the very thing he hates.
NE
Victor tells Adam he doesn’t think Luca got on the plane. Adam says he did what Victor asked and now wants to leave. Victor says Adam needs to find Luca or else he will have to talk to Chelsea. Adam says he already told Chelsea. Victor calls him a fool. Adam wants to leave but Victor says he knows that Adam wants his chair and NE so Adam better do exactly what he wants. Adam says wants nothing to do with NE or Victor. Vicky arrives and produces the disc. She is angry, has defended him for years and now wants an explanation about Marco.
Day Ahead
- Phyllis tells Dylan she has a serious crime to report
- Chris says it’s been happening for years and she is sick of it. Sharon asks if she is trying to make an example of Noah

I was surprised to hear Nikki walk away AGAIN.......she told Jack she satys because she loves him....and told Adam that she wants to save Victor from himself and have time for just them.....than she walks in and confronts him and I thin Victor smug attitude about poor Phyllis was enough to make her end it.....
And what the heck is up with Victoria.....she really cant see her dad doing a thing wrong.....she is so her fathers daughter.....Nick was the smart one to get out of Dodge why he still could...I want to see Adam take over the company but I think Nick will come in AGAIN and help Victoria keep it.....but will Niki side all the time against her kids with Adam?????
Show has been good lately.....heck even Neil has me watching what happens to him.....

I think that Victor will use Luca.....Luca said that he needs to get on Victors good side and help him someway.....seems the writers are setting him up to do just that.....

TUESDAY US SPOILER
**Im an election official this year! I have to be at the polls at 5am, and I won't be able to leave until after 9pm! I'll do my best to post tomorrow's spoiler!
NE
Vicky asks Victor to explain himself about Marco. Victor says it's all fabrication. Adam says he should see what’s on the disc. Victor says Adam is bitter because Victor just fired him. Adam says no he left of his own accord. Vicky accuses Adam of knowing about this and helped cover it up. She says he belongs in a cell right next to Victor. Victor orders Adam to get out. Victor is hurt that Vicky feels he should be in prison. She says the disc shows photos, videos and payments to Marco. She can’t believe he did all this. She says he doesn’t care if he trashes people’s lives. He says he was protecting NE and his family. He says Jack was behind paragon but instead discovered Jack was happy to protect who was, Gabe Bingham. He says Luca gave her the disc because he wants NE and Billy is out for blood. He begs her not to let these people tear them apart.
GCAC
Phyllis tells Billy she is going to the police with the information about Victor. Phyllis says Jack is with Michael working on his defense. Billy says he told Vicky and she may be the one to take Victor down because she can’t get behind Victor after seeing the evidence. Phyllis is afraid Vicky might be helping Victor leave town as they speak.
Sharon and Dylan are with Chris and Paul. Sharon is defending Noah. Chris says the Newmans get away with everything and she is sick of it. Sharon asks if Chris is trying to make an example of Noah. Sharon says what Noah did was an accident. Chris says he covered it up. Everyone agrees that if Noah came forward earlier, they may have been able to help him. Sharon and Dylan leave but Phyllis stops Dylan at the door and says she has a serious crime to report.
Phyllis tells Paul everything that happened. Paul wants proof. Billy says there is proof and Marisa can verify everything. Phyllis wants to have Victor arrested. Paul leaves to talk to Victor.
Dylan comes to Marisa’s room to questions her about Victor. Marisa says she knows nothing. Dylan thinks Marisa is protecting Noah. Noah tells her to tell Dylan everything. Marisa tells Dylan how you couldn’t tell Marco and Jack apart. Dylan is worried how Nikki and Vicky are going to take the news.
NE
Paul arrives and asks Victor what he knows about Marco Anicelli or Kelly kidnapping Jack. Victor wants Vicky to tell Paul none of these accusations are true. Vicky says she can’t do that. She gives Paul the disc showing the dealings between Marco and Victor. After Paul sees the evidence he arrests Victor. Nikki arrives. Victor doubles over and she says he is faking it.
Victor wants to go to the hospital. Nikki doesn't believe there is anything wrong with him.
CL
Nick and Sage meet Shawn about adopting her baby. Shawn asks why they don’t have their own. They explain about Christian. Sharon arrives and confirms Nick and Sage would be good parents. Shawn says she wants a solid couple for her baby. Nick gets a call from Vicky about Victor. Sage thanks Sharon for her help. Dylan arrives and tells them Victor may be facing prison time.
Memorial
Abby arrives and Vicky explains that Paul has arrested Victor. She tells Abby everything but says that Abby can’t share this information with Ben yet because this involves his sister, Kelly. They worry that if Ben knows he may not give Victor the care he needs. Abby is upset after hearing what happened and asks how Victor can do something like this.
Vicky tells Billy she wishes Billy never gave her the disc. She says she gave Paul the disc and now she is the reason Victor is here.
Family is gathered in Victor’s room. Ben says Victor is fine and his dizzy spell was due to stress. Victor tells them all to go, he needs his rest. He accuses the Abbotts of doing everything to bring him down. Vicky says Billy didn’t do this. Nick says Victor put Marco into Summer’s orbit. Victor says Summer was never in danger. Noah says Summer’s husband is dead and so is Cortney because of Marco and his accomplice. Victor says he had nothing to do with that. Noah can’t listen to this and leaves. Victor gets angry saying Noah has left and thinks he can do without him. He starts pulling out his wires. He yells for them to get out. He doesn’t need them. They all will be nothing without him
Chelsea’s
Chelsea asks Nikki to make sure her plan fails to have Adam head up NE. Nikki isn’t going ahead with that. It would hurt too many people. Adam will have to get NE on his own.
Adam arrives and says Vicky knows and is with Victor. Adam tells Chelsea he has turned his back on NE and Victor. He says they can finally be happy together. They make love. Adam gets a call about Victor. Chelsea tells him to go to Victor.

Memorial
Victor yells at everyone that they will never amount to anything without him and they are all traitors. Paul handcuffs him. Victor says they will find out what their lives will be without him.
GCPD
Summer tells Victor that Phyllis told her what he did. She asks him to deny it. He says at her age he was successful and met Nikki. They had children and could have walked away. He reflects on the mistakes he made during his lifetime and says he just wanted to protect his family. He says maybe he should have walked away from his family.
Scenarios of life without Victor.
Victor tells Summer he kept his family safe. Summer says Phyllis was not a threat to him. She was violated and humiliated because of him. He hoped Phyllis would realize Jack was an imposter. Summer asks if he is saying that what happened to Phyllis is her fault. He says unforeseen events result in problematic consequences.
Victor says he took risks to save Phyllis’ life. She says he then put Phyllis’ life at risk. She says Austin and Cortney died.
Summer accuses him of coming between Vicky and Billy because he thinks Billy isn’t good enough for her. He says Billy is a gambler and an alcoholic. He says he protects his family. He says he feels terrible about Noah but he doesn’t want Noah with Marisa. He says family has been his guiding force and he will do everything to protect them.
Summer says Victor goes to extremes. He says he knows his children are better off for the choices he made.
Victor says Vicky is the most like him and the most loyal to him but she betrayed him. Summer says he went too far this time because of the choices he made. She asks him to admit what he has done and asks if he is sorry it happened. She realizes Victor will never admit it and leaves. Victor cries.

- Billy interrupts Vicky who is flirting with Ben. She tells him to deal with it. He tells her to get over Victor abandoning her. She leaves. She finds Luca in the Tower playing the piano and flirts with him. He kisses her. Billy arrives and tells Luca to get away from Vicky and points a gun at him.

- Nick says it’s nice to meet his brother Adam for the first time and his stunning wife Chelsea. Adam says he never met Victor and tells Nick about the family farm. Nick offers to buy the farm at a generous price. Adam says he hoped he and Nick could be partners. Nick says he doesn’t do partners. Adam refuses Nick’s offer because he cares about his family. Chelsea wants Adam to accept the offer. Adam says Nick will make a couple of changes and the farm will be worth twice what Nick offered. Chelsea tries to convince Adam to take Nick’s offer. Adam asks if she really wants him to sit behind that desk and screw Nick over.
- Vicky and Billy are arguing when Adam arrives. He tells Billy to put the gun down and go home and kiss Delia good night. Billy shoots him.
Summer says Victor goes to extremes. He says he knows his children are better off for the choices he made.
- A hysterical Chelsea accuses Billy of killing Adam. Billy calls Vicky a slut as Paul arrests him.

A reporter asks how Phyllis didn’t know she wasn’t sleeping with Jack. Ben gets rid of the reporters. Abby tells Phyllis to speak to the security guard about the reporters. She is afraid Phyllis may say something about Kelly.
Jack tells Chris how Kelly kidnapped him and about the boat explosion. He asks if he is going to go to prison for this. She says he may be facing extradition. He says he never meant to hurt anyone. Chris gets a call. She ends her call and says the deaths never happened. Everyone was paid to be onshore by a rich man. Jack is furious and knows Victor did all this. As for Kelly, it’s self-defense.
Phyllis is furious when she hears what Victor did. Jack says Chris is not going to let Victor go free. Phyllis says she got the impression that Ben doesn’t know about Kelly. He says Ben needs to hear from him.
Ben meets Abby. She tells him Kelly drugged and kidnapped Jack while he was on his honeymoon so Marco could take his place. She faked her own death, but has since died. Ben says Jack pushed Kelly over the edge and killed her. Jack and Phyllis arrive. Ben asks how Kelly died. Phyllis says Kelly held Jack captive, drugged him, held water back from him and told Jack that she was dead and Victor orchestrated this. They don’t know how Kelly died. Jack says Victor never wanted Jack to come back and apologizes for what happened to Kelly. Ben is angry and leaves.
Chris comes down and the reporters ask her for a comment. She says she has no comment. Phyllis approaches and asks Chris to tell them how she is going to bring Victor down. Chris makes a statement then asks if Phyllis is satisfied and leaves.
Phyllis wants Victor to pay and she wants to make sure he pays. Jack wants her to back off a bit which angers Phyllis and she leaves.
Lab
Hilary brings suits for Simon to try for his photoshoot. Ashley and Devon arrive and Ash tells her to leave. Hilary says she is head of PR and needs to do her marketing. Hilary accuses Ashley of being preoccupied with her ex-husband’s case. Ashley says her personal life has nothing to do with Hilary overstepping. Simon and Ash go into her office.
Devon tells Hilary that Ash is not going to start taking orders from her. Devon says she has to meet Ash halfway. Devon leaves and Hilary goes into Ash’s office and finds her asleep on her desk. She picks up the vial of pills, slams her hand on the desk and wakes Ash. Hilary figures out that Ash is a patient as well. Ash asks to keep this between them. Hilary agrees. Ash says she owes her. Hilary says yes she does and Ash can step down and let her take over the company. Ash accuses Hilary of attempting to blackmail her. Hilary threatens to tell Ash’s family. Devon and Simon return and Hilary says all is good. Ash says she is stepping down and Hilary will take over.

I can't decide if he belongs in jail or the looney bin. I'd take either one at this point. I've always loved to hate Victor, and never really minded that much that I knew he'd win, but the Jack/Marco storyline was over the edge for me and I need some reckoning!!
I can't believe I'm saying this, but I'd kind of like to see Adam run Newman. Nick has never wanted much to do with the business and that shouldn't change now. I love Victoria, but she's been so blind to her father for so long, I think she needs some distance. Focus on Billy, maybe even work at Jabot, and refocus a bit.

Agree...Id love to see Adam run Newman over Victoria...Victoria is way to much like Victor...not sure if they are setting her up after turning in Victor to take over the company.....maybe make us think that she would run it differently by showing us that she turned the tape over to the cops and as of late showing a crime is a crime and people should pay for their mistakes...Victor, Noah and so on... ..HOWEVER, she is way to much like Victor and would run the company just like dear old daddy...
As for Adam running it....that would be nice...but Victoria will end up having no one run it but her....and she is the only NEWMAN that he will want running it...after all he himself said " She is most like me" and that is why he was so upset that she turned him in..
On another note...the "What if Victor was not around" scenario was stupid...first off, he was around to give birth to them so he would have had to pay every wife and Ashley bookhoo bucks...Nikki in a divorce would have gotten so much $$$ that she would have to drink herself to death before spending it all....not just that but she would have been a Rich drunk like Catherine was...
Vicki and Billie would be happier and she would be working at Jabot and not be a drunk....
Adam was a big business man before he ever came to Newman, so would never be a farm boy....his mom would have gotten a lot of $$$ in the divorce as well as she did.....sending him to college....
Nick was left the company but Nick was never the way he was portrayed...he is not that kind of person...
I could continue on but you get my drift...I found it a bit stupid.....even if it were coming from Victor and Summers twisted minds.....Victor is about Victor and always has been....and if his family got in the way he had no problem trying to destroy them....as long as it served his purpose he found login in doing so....still does ...I want to see him in prison or Fairview and let the company be run differently and when he comes back fight to get it back....or change...but they have to give him a hiatus....maybe that is in their plans....maybe he is planning a long vacation....he is due....

I thought the same thing! So much re-writing of history. And I also love how it's all or nothing -- there is no scenario in which Victor doesn't abandon is family but is just a nice guy who doesn't commit crimes in the name of business? What would their lives be like if that happened ;p

Sage points out that Sharon made her look bad in front of Shawn, but gave a glowing report on Nick as a father. Nick is concerned that Shawn may change her mind. Sage is convinced they were meant to have this child.

Noah tells Sharon that Victor will do anything to stay out of jail. Dylan arrives. Noah says he wants to make sure Marisa is not penalized for protecting him. He says that Marisa did a lot to help him and he wants Marisa to go free. Dylan promises to do what he can to keep Marisa out of jail. Noah leaves.
Dylan tells Sharon he doesn’t want Noah going to jail. He says he is crazy about Noah and family always comes first. Sharon kisses him and then remembers she has to take Sully for his shots.

Marisa and Phyllis meet Michael. Phyllis asks Michael to take Marisa’s case. Marisa asks Michael to keep Noah out of jail. Michael assures her Noah will not do any jail time. Phyllis says Marisa helped Jack and they have to help her.
