Sharon, Summer
Sharon walks into Nicks house and Summer follows her in. Sharon says she needs to talk to Nick. Summer tells her to stay away from Nick and that she has hurt him enough. Sharon tells Summer she has to talk to Nick because Faith is their child. Sharon apologizes to Summer for what she did and reminds Summer how she stood behind her regarding Austin and how she tried to help. Summer explodes accusing Sharon of taking Nick away from her and then taking her mother. Sharon says Phyllis fall was an accident. Summer tells her she will not let Sharon hurt Nick again. Sharon says she loves Nick and would never hurt him intentionally. She accuses Sharon of hating Phyllis and Sharon tells her it was the other way around. Summer tells Sharon to leave and Summer leaves. Sharon gets a call from David Sherman and she tells him Nick has not been around. David tells her this can go against Nick in his lawsuit.
Sage, Adam Constance
Bugatti is barking at Adam and Sage offers to take him for a walk. Constance still finds it strange the way Bugatti is behaving. Adam tells her the man he was trying to save that night died and says that the man he used to be is also gone. He tells her not to make excuses for him. He knows who he is and what he has to do. He says he was bent and broken but hopefully in better shape now. Outside Sage is following Bugatti and finds Nick. She cant open the trap and goes for help. She asks Adam to help with a guy in the woods who is caught in a bear trap and there is a lot of blood. Adam is reluctant but finally goes with her. Adam sees who the injured man is and says Son of a *****.
Avery, Michael, Joe, Lauren
Avery is walking down the hall and Michael bumps into her spilling his coffee all over her. She goes into her office to change her top and Joe watches her. After she changes her top, she turns and sees Joe watching her. She tears a strip out of him for watching. Avery tells Joe she is going to stop him from acquiring the warehouse district. After Joe leaves, Summer comes to see Avery. She tells her Nick has been hurt by Sharon and now no one has seen or heard from him and she is worried. In the meantime, and angry Joe charges into Michaels office and tells him to fix the situation and leaves. The doctor calls Michael. Lauren comes to see Michael and chews him out for not telling her about Joe trying to level the warehouse district.
Dylan, Ben
Ben comes into CL and tells Dylan the paternity test is in. He tells Dylan that he told Vicky the truth about his dads death and what really happened that night. He tells him his mother was responsible. He says it was his choice to take the blame and he was going to take it to his grave until he met Vicky. Later Dylan comes back to CL and tells Joe he was not welcome there. Joe asks Dylan if he knows how much pressure Dylan is putting Avery under and how she is always fighting for lost causes, like Dylan. Later a rock is thrown through CL window.
Vicky, Doctor, Ben, Billy
Vicky is at the doctors office and he has the paternity results. Ben arrives. Vicky asks the doctor to give her and Ben a moment. Vicky tells Ben she has been trying to figure out who the baby looks like. She also tells him she feels terrible about the way she treated him and knows he is a good man. Billy arrives. The doctor comes back and Vicky asks to see the results first. The doctor announces that Billy is the babys father. Ben congratulates Billy and leaves. Vicky and Billy choose Katies middle, Katherine Rose Abbott. Billy calls Chelsea to tell her the baby is his and he is going to help settle Vicky and the baby at home. Chelsea is worried. A heartbroken Ben goes to the AC for a drink.
Jill, Colin, Lauren, Dylan
Jill and Colin are at the AC waiting for Lauren. Lauren arrives she tells them she had been given a great opportunity to expand. Jill tells her its not a good idea because it involves the warehouse district and Michael is Joes lawyer. Lauren says she didnt know. Dylan comes in and explains what Joe is doing.
Billy, Chelsea, Anita
Billy wants Chelsea to come with him to hear who the babys father is and she refuses. Chelsea asks Billy if he will be okay with the outcome. He tells her he really wants this baby to be his but no matter what, it will not change anything between them. Chelsea is not so sure. Later Anita arrives and asks why Chelsea didnt go with Billy. Anita warns her that Vicky is a Newman and manipulates people. Chelsea throws Anita out.

Hope everyone had an awesome Thanksgiving
thats what it sounds like....however maybe he is not and he was there to hold the baby to say good bye when She told him that Ben was the DADDY.....but it better be Billy or a lot of folks will really be disappointed including me
Dylan is getting more and more boring and so is Avery....they are falling into the Neils family boring :laundry:
So will Nick forgive Sharon? After all he did the same thing...keeping what could have been Jacks daughter secret for 18 years....and he was not even sick.....not to mention all the times he cheered on her and got another woman pregnant.....and he was terrible to Sharon when she lost Cassie....should I go on
Wonder how Adam is going to bring himself back into GC? maybe with Nicks help since he helps Nick.....and than how back into ChelCs life unless Billy goes back to Vicki.....than she is wide open....

Nick, Adam, Sage
Sage sees the strange look on Adams face and accuses him of knowing Nick. Adam tells Sage they have to leave him there, leave and let someone else find him. He tells her Nick is his brother. Adam tells her Nick will recognize him. He helps her get Nicks leg out of the trap and leaves. Sage leaves to call for help. Adam wants to know why Nick is so close. Sage asks what Nick ever did to him. He tells her its in the past. He recalls Nick saying it does not matter how many bullets he takes for his dad, Adam will always be on the outside looking in. In the woods, Sage leaves just before the ambulance arrives.
Dylan, Avery, Paul
A brick is thrown through CL window and Dylan runs out to see who did it. Avery calls Paul who arrives just as Dylan returns and says he did not see who did it. Avery tells Paul the fight for the warehouse district has gone public. Later Avery asks Dylan if he has seen Nick, because Nick missed an appointment with her and has not returned her calls which is not like him. Later Paul comes back to help Dylan and Dylan asks Paul to help him a legal demonstration but that he is going to do it with or without Pauls help.
Paul, Ben, Chelsea, Victor
Paul comes to the AC and asks Ben if he has seen his mother. He has to arrest her for locking Vicky in the Janitors cupboard. Paul tells him Victor explained that Ben did not kill his father but Ben practiced medicine without a license. He says he needs to find his mother to verify this. Paul gets call from Avery and leaves. Chelsea arrives and Chelsea tells Ben that Billy is not going back to Vicky. Ben tells her not to put Billys name on the mailbox yet because he saw the look between Billy and Vicky. Chelsea tells Ben that Billy is committed to her. She says she and Billy are going to move forward and he should move forward Vicky. She says she is going to make sure Billy does not go back to Vicky. Later Victor comes to the AC and tells him to get off his sorry *** and get over to Vickys to stop her from making the biggest mistake of her life.
Vicky, Billy, Victor, Nikki
Vicky and Billy bring the baby home. Nikki and Victor come to see Vicky and Victor asks what is Billy doing holding his granddaughter. Vicky tells him Billy is Katies father. Nikki and Vicky take the baby to the nursery. Billy tells Victor he should be happy that he is the father instead of a murderer. Victor tells him Ben is not a murderer but a hero. Billy tells Victor Ben was an idiot for giving up half his life for a lie. Victor chews him out by pointing out all of Billys indiscretions, putting his wifes life in danger etc. and never to compare himself to Ben. Nikki gets a call from Maureen asking Nikki to meet her at the park. Nikki leaves. Baby cries and Billy goes to her. Victor tells Vicky the name on the birth certificate is Newman, as it should be, not Abbott. Victor tells Vicky he thinks she is softening towards Billy and that Ben is far more worthy of her. Later Billy tells Vicky about Victor telling him what a standup guy Ben is and rubbing his face in it. Chelsea comes to see Vicky and shows Vicky a drawing of a Christening dress for the baby. Billy and Vicky thank her.
Paul, Joe
Paul comes to the AC and asks Joe where he has been in the last couple of hours. Joe tells him. Paul explains there was an incident at CL and tells him he finds it difficult to believe that after the article came out in the paper that he did not send a threatening message.
Maureen, Nikki
Maureen has flashback to pushing Vicky into the janitors cupboard. Nikki arrives and asks Maureen if for a reason not to call the police. Nikki tells her Billy is the babys father. Maureen tells Nikki perhaps she should just turn herself in to the police now because she didnt know how to fix what she had done. Nikki offers her a large amount of cash to leave town and not come back. Maureen asks Nikki if she is buying her off. Nikki tells her she has stopped drinking so Maureen has nothing to hold over her head. Maureen tells Nikki she is going to use that money to get herself back on her feet and become the person Ben and Kelly deserve and leaves.
Avery, Joe
Avery leaves another message for Nick and walks into her office and Joe is there. He asks her why she accused him of throwing a brick through CL window and denies doing it and leaves.

Michael, Phyllis, Doctor
Michael meets Phyllis in the park. Phyllis tells him she is going to reclaim her life. Phyllis tells him there is no reason for Jack to keep things from her. Michael says he is happy that she and Jack are on the same page. She says she knows Jack dated while she was in a coma and Michael asks how she feels about that. Phyllis asks him how he felt when Lauren was with Carmine. Michael tells her its not the same thing and Phyllis says that it is for her. Michael describes the lengths Jack went to with her while she was in a coma. Later Michael goes to see the doctor who tells him he has stage 3 cancer so treatment will be required. He explains all of Michaels options. The doctor tells him he needs to start the treatments soon or the cancer will spread. Michael tells him he will start his treatments after the holidays because he will not spoil his familys holidays. The doctor is insisting he start them immediately.
Jack, Abby, Kelly, Phyllis
Abby tells Jack that Billy belongs with Vicky and Chelsea was only keeping Billys bed warm just like Kelly was for him. Kelly walks in and asks Jack if Abby is right. Abby apologizes and says she just wants her family happy. Kelly does not accept her apology and Abby leaves. Jack tells Kelly he didnt want to hurt her. Kelly tells him she loved him completely and felt safe. She accuses him of changing the rules and he told her he was through with Phyllis. Kelly yells You made me fall in love with you and I hate you for that Jack. Jack says he was ready to move on with her because there was no hope of Phyllis coming out of her coma. He tells her he loved her but he loved Phyllis longer. Kelly storms out of his office runs into Phyllis. Jack tells Phyllis he asked Kelly to come to see him. She is having a rough time and explains she had lost her child etc. and told Kelly he did not want her planning his wedding. Phyllis says she heard Kelly was the best and wants Kelly to plan their wedding. She tells Jack she is coming back to work and wants her old job back. She tells him he can give Billy another department to head up. Jack tells her he cannot go back on the commitments he made while she was gone. She wants to know what commitments.
Kevin, Mariah, Summer, Abby, Austin
At the UG Mariah and Kevin discuss Thanksgiving. Austin and Summer come in with Christmas decorations. Summer and Mariah argue over Faith. Mariah accuses Summer of wanting revenge on Sharon and not whats best for Faith. Mariah is really angry and Kevin tries to calm her. Austin and Summer discuss the exchange between her and Mariah. Abby arrives and tells Summer about Kelly overhearing what she said to Jack and speaking of prior loves says she heard Summer spoke to Kyle. Abby asks Summer if she is a little curious about how things might have turned out with Kyle. Summer says she is married and loves Austin. Mariah overhears. Mariah questions Austin how he would feel if Kyle came back to town and he tells her he would be fine. Austin later says to Summer that it might be awkward when Kyle comes home for the holidays since she had been in love with him. She says she didnt know what love was until she met Austin.
Hilary, Devon, Gwen, Lily, Neil
At the AC Hilary and Devon are waiting for Devons date for the family luncheon. When Gwen arrives Hilary is shocked to see that Gwen looked quite different than what she looks like at work. Devon and Gwen get acquainted and Devon fills her in on her role. Gwen is introduced to the family. Neil tells Gwen he wants to know everything about the lady who stole Devons heart. Gwen gives them a bit of her background. Lily asks how Devon and Gwen met. Devon and Gwen answer at the same time with different versions and Lily asks which one. Hilary says both. Lily asks how Hillary knows and Hilary tells them she spoke to Gwen before everyone arrived. Gwen excuses herself from the table and Lily says she feels Devon and Gwen dont really know each other for two people to be so in love. When Gwen returns, she and Devon leave. At the door Devon thanks her and she tells him she will brush up on his family so she will not make any mistakes next time. She tells him she thought he was gay and Devon explains he is not gay but that his family thinks he needs to settle down. She leaves telling him to call her if he would like to spend time with her.
Kelly, Lily
Kelly is at the bar and Lily asks if she ok. Kelly tells her Jack and Phyllis are getting married and Phyllis wants her to plan their wedding.

Abby asks Summer if she is a little curious about how things might have turned out with Kyle. Summer says she is married and loves Austin. Mariah overhears. Mariah questions Austin how he would feel if Kyle came back to town and he tells her he would be fine. Austin later says to Summer that it might be awkward when Kyle comes home for the holidays since she had been in love with him. She says she didnt know what love was until she met Austin.
Hilary, Devon, Gwen, Lily, Neil
At the AC Hilary and Devon are waiting for Devons date for the family luncheon. When Gwen arrives Hilary is shocked to see that Gwen looked quite different than what she looks like at work. Devon and Gwen get acquainted and Devon fills her in on her role. Gwen is introduced to the family. Neil tells Gwen he wants to know everything about the lady who stole Devons heart. Gwen gives them a bit of her background. Lily asks how Devon and Gwen met. Devon and Gwen answer at the same time with different versions and Lily asks which one. Hilary says both. Lily asks how Hillary knows and Hilary tells them she spoke to Gwen before everyone arrived. Gwen excuses herself from the table and Lily says she feels Devon and Gwen dont really know each other for two people to be so in love. When Gwen returns, she and Devon leave. At the door Devon thanks her and she tells him she will brush up on his family so she will not make any mistakes next time. She tells him she thought he was gay and Devon explains he is not gay but that his family thinks he needs to settle down. She leaves telling him to call her if he would like to spend time with her.
Kelly, Lily
Kelly is at the bar and Lily asks if she ok. Kelly tells her Jack and Phyllis are getting married and Phyllis wants her to plan their wedding.

Billy has cigars to hand out at work and Chelsea tells him its ok. Billy confesses he was trying to sneak out with the cigars and was concerned about Chelseas feelings. He tells her that Abby is determined that he belongs with Vicky and thinks others will follow. He tells her he is going to be completely honest with her. Chelsea tells him she supports him, to take his cigars and go and celebrate.
Jack, Phyllis, Billy, Sharon
Phyllis wants her old job back. Jack tells her he cannot renege on the commitments he has made. Phyllis says everyone is keeping things from her and that she is well enough to reclaim her life. Billy arrives and passes out cigars. Phyllis tells Billy she is taking her job back. Neither Jack nor Billy are happy. Jack defends Billy. Billy and Phyllis argue. Billy tells her it is more important than ever for him to keep the job since the birth of Katie. Jack to get Phyllis to head up the fashion department. Phyllis feels Jack was trying to manipulate her. Billy leaves. Jack explains the importance of her being in the fashion line because Chelsea is their big money maker. He tells her its a high profile position and Phyllis accepts the position. Jack leaves and Sharon comes in. Phyllis asks why she is there. Sharon tells her she works there. Phyllis fires her.

Faith tells Sharon she does not want to live at Nicks house. Sharon tells her it will all work out. Faith says she does not understand why Nick is so mad at her. Sharon explains that Nick has good reason to be angry with her. Mariah arrives and sends Faith upstairs to get her stuff so they can play. Sharon thanks Mariah and says she was going to stay home. Mariah asks Sharon if she wants Nick to get full custody of Faith. She tells Sharon that Summer feels Faith should be taken from Sharon. her mom to fight for her. Noah arrives and tells them Nick was back and had been caught in a bear trap. That is why no one heard from him. Sharon leaves and Mariah tells Noah they are going to have to help Faith get through this.

Constance opens and Nick inquires about the woman who saved him. Nick explains why he was there. Constance asks him his name. He says he is Nick Newman. She asks if he is Victor Newmans son. He says yes. She tells him she cant help him and closes the door. Upstairs, Sage reminds Adam that if he leaves, Sage threatens him and says she will notify the police to tell them Adam is alive and well. Adam tells Sage he is leaving. Sage continues to threaten him. Constance calls for Sage and tells her there was a man at the door. Adam asks who it was and Constance says he was a salesman and she sent him away. She sees Adams bag and tells him she cant let him go yet. Adam says he will go for one night. Constance asks him to take Sage with him like he used to. She explains she used to go as Gabriels companion. He tells her to pack a bag because he is anxious to get back to GC. Later, Adam walks into the AC and sees Chelsea. Chelsea sees him and just stares at him without recognition.
Vicky, Ben, Billy
Ben leaves a message for Vicky asking if he could see her. Billy arrives at Vickys with the extra tree he bought and asked if she could use it. Billy offers to help decorate the tree. Vicky finds DDs special ornament and they hug. Outside Ben sees Vicky in Billys arms. Billy tells Vicky he wanted to make things better last year but only made it worse. Vicky says she feels like they are friends again and it feels nice. Billy is hold Katie and Vicky says she is everything they wanted. Billy agrees and looks longingly at Vicky. Billy takes Katie upstairs to change her diaper. Vicky listens to Bens voicemail and wonders why he never came to see her.
Joe, Avery, Dylan, Nick, Abby, Ben, Jeff at the UG
Joe brings Avery a drink and Avery tells him she hates that the real estate deal has become so contentious. She tells him he needs to respect her relationship with Dylan. Dylan arrives and sees them together. Nick arrives and Avery asks Nick why he missed their appointment. Nick tells her about Sharons countersuit and has hired David Sherman. Avery says she can handle Sherman. Nick tells Dylan he hates this suit but has to protect Faith. Later they make a toast to Katie and Ben arrives. Avery takes Nick aside and Ben sits down with Dylan. Ben says he thinks Billy and Vicky are back together. After her conversation with Nick Avery goes to Joes table and says she is glad he and Dylan could be civil. Joe asks her if she finds it difficult to be honest which angers her and she walks away from him. Dylan asks what they talked about and Avery tells him Joe sent her a text wishing her a Happy Thanksgiving. Dylan tells Joe he wants things to stay civil between them but when Avery goes to get her coat, Dylan warns Joe, no more calls, texts etc. or things will be a lot less civil. Abby arrives at the UG and Nick tells her about being caught in a bear trap and the woman who saved him. He says he will not stop looking for her because he wants to thank her. He tells her there was also a man there who looked familiar. Later Jeff comes to the UG and Ben is about to punch him and Nick stops him. Jeff says he was going to drop the lawsuit but is having second thoughts and leaves. Abby tells Nick she has never seen Ben in such bad shape. Nick tells her he is going to need her support over the next few months.
Chelsea, Jeff
Chelsea calls Jeff and asks to meet her at the AC. She gives him an envelope with a lot of money and asks him to drop his suit against Ben. She tells him she is totally secure in her relationship with Billy. Jeff says he will take care of the suit. Jeff realizes she is doing this because she wants Billy in her life and wants Ben free to pursue Vicky.
Ben, Ashley, Abby, Tobias
Ashley and Abby arrive at the lab and Ben tells them he has had a breakthrough with the potion and has completely neutralized it. Ashley and Abby want to celebrate but Ben wants to go to see Vicky. Abby apologizes to Ben and says she knows the truth. She tells him that Billy and Vicky still belong together. Later Ashley tells Abby she should not have been so blunt with Ben. Abby tells her Ben needs to stop dreaming about a future with Vicky and leaves. Later Tobias arrives and Ashley welcomes him to her department. Ashley and Tobias discuss her product. Stitch gets drunk and makes a move on Ashley. On Tuesday, he will get some unexpected news.
The Baldwins invite friends and family to celebrate their wedding anniversary. But Michael is late to the party. Everyone is gone except Kevin and Lauren when Michael finally gets there. Kevin is visibly upset causing Lauren to demand answers. Michael finally tells his wife that he has cancer.
Phyllis and Kelly finally face off. Phyllis tricks her to admitting she had sex with Jack. Phyllis insults her saying that Jack only used her for sex. Ben, Ashley
Ashley picks Ben up off the floor and she tells him she knows the baby is not his. He says he saw Billy and Vicky and they looked like the perfect family. Ashley tells him to shut up and drink the coffee and chastises him for getting drunk the night before an important meeting. Tobias comes in to get his tablet and as he leaves Ashley stops him. There is a look of panic on his face. She tells him she realizes he is trying to put in extra time but its the results that count not the time he puts in. Ashley finds Ben asleep in the chair and then tells him to take his clothes off. She gets him into the shower and turns on the cold water. He grabs her and drags her into the shower with him. They make love in the shower.
Vicky, Billy, Nikki
Vicky listens to Bens voicemail and wonders why he didnt stop by. Billy comes down with the baby. Vicky thanks him for helping with the tree. She gives him Delias Christmas ornament. Billy gets a call from Chelsea inviting him to meet her at the AC and he leaves. Later Nikki comes for a visit and Vicky tells her that Billy brought the tree and helped decorate it. Nikki asks if Billy will spend Christmas with her and she says he probably has other plans. Nikki goes to see the baby and Vicky leaves a voicemail message for Ben.
Chelsea, Adam, Billy, Sage
At the AC Chelsea stare at Adam is interrupted by a business call. Adam tries to go to Chelsea but Sage stops him. Adam tells Sage he does not need a babysitter. He orders a scotch and Sage takes it away from him. Billy arrives, orders a scotch and goes to Chelseas table where she greets him with a kiss. Sage suggests they leave and Adam says he is not going anywhere. As Billy and Chelsea are leaving, Adam hears Chelsea say that life is good and better than its ever been. Later, Adam and Sage arrive at the tree lot and Sage tells him he will get what he wants but has to be patient. In the meantime, Chelsea and Billy are at home and make plans to have a family Christmas. Billy tells her he gave the tree to Vicky much to Chelseas chagrin. Chelsea turns and says she is glad he gave the tree to Vicky. Billy shows her Delias Christmas ornament. They kiss.

Hilary arrives at the UG and is surprised to see Devon having a drink with Gwen. Hilary says she was not aware they were seeing each other. Devon tells her he and Gwen bumped into each other. Devon goes to get drinks and Hilary tells Gwen that Devon is not ready for a real relationship and Gwen can stop pretending. Gwen says who says I am pretending? Hilary tells her she and Devon are grateful for her standing in as his girlfriend. Gwen says she is interested in pursuing things with Devon. Hilary tries to discourage Gwen but only peaks Gwens interest even more. Lily and Neil arrive at the UG and bump into Devon, Gwen and Hilary. Gwen kisses Devon in front of the whole family and Hilary is green with jealousy.
Phyllis, Neil, Jack
Neil meets with Phyllis at Jabot. Phyllis tells him she is trying to find her way through familiar territory with blinders on. Neil tells her he is just working on adjusting to being blind. He tells her that Malcolm came to see him and how he helped Neil work through some of his issues. Neil explains he is in contact with a doctor who may help him regain his sight. Jack arrives and invites them for a walk in the park.
Lily, Kelly
Lily asks Kelly to plan an engagement party but not for Jack and Phyllis. She tells Kelly to take a few days off and Kelly says it would be better if she just quits. Lily tells her Jack always sees Phyllis for who she is and he will come back to Kelly. Lily tells her to take the night off and to get a Christmas tree. Kelly leaves.
Jack, Victor, Nikki, Phyllis
Jack is at the tree lot and picks out his tree. Victor tells Jack that tree was already taken. Jack and Victor argue. Nikki arrives and cannot believe they are arguing and reminds them they are there to help the needy. They discuss Adam and then argue of their respective relationships with him. Jack leaves. Victor makes a call and asks someone to meet him at the tree lot. Later Jack and Phyllis go back to the tree lot and buy a tree. Phyllis tells him the world looks good to her and Jack kisses her. Kelly arrives and sees them.
Victor, Tobias
Victor meets up with Tobias at the park and Tobias tells him things are going as planned and no one suspects him.

Ashley finds Ben asleep in the chair and then tells him to take his clothes off. She gets him into the shower and turns on the cold water. He grabs her and drags her into the shower with him. They make love in the shower.
Vicky, Billy, Nikki
Vicky listens to Bens voicemail and wonders why he didnt stop by. Billy comes down with the baby. Vicky thanks him for helping with the tree. She gives him Delias Christmas ornament. Billy gets a call from Chelsea inviting him to meet her at the AC and he leaves. Later Nikki comes for a visit and Vicky tells her that Billy brought the tree and helped decorate it. Nikki asks if Billy will spend Christmas with her and she says he probably has other plans. Nikki goes to see the baby and Vicky leaves a voicemail message for Ben.
Chelsea, Adam, Billy, Sage
At the AC Chelsea stare at Adam is interrupted by a business call. Adam tries to go to Chelsea but Sage stops him. Adam tells Sage he does not need a babysitter. He orders a scotch and Sage takes it away from him. Billy arrives, orders a scotch and goes to Chelseas table where she greets him with a kiss. Sage suggests they leave and Adam says he is not going anywhere. As Billy and Chelsea are leaving, Adam hears Chelsea say that life is good and better than its ever been. Later, Adam and Sage arrive at the tree lot and Sage tells him he will get what he wants but has to be patient. In the meantime, Chelsea and Billy are at home and make plans to have a family Christmas. Billy tells her he gave the tree to Vicky much to Chelseas chagrin. Chelsea turns and says she is glad he gave the tree to Vicky. Billy shows her Delias Christmas ornament. They kiss.
Hilary, Devon, Gwen
Hilary arrives at the UG and is surprised to see Devon having a drink with Gwen. Hilary says she was not aware they were seeing each other. Devon tells her he and Gwen bumped into each other. Devon goes to get drinks and Hilary tells Gwen that Devon is not ready for a real relationship and Gwen can stop pretending. Gwen says who says I am pretending? Hilary tells her she and Devon are grateful for her standing in as his girlfriend. Gwen says she is interested in pursuing things with Devon. Hilary tries to discourage Gwen but only peaks Gwens interest even more. Lily and Neil arrive at the UG and bump into Devon, Gwen and Hilary. Gwen kisses Devon in front of the whole family and Hilary is green with jealousy.
Phyllis, Neil, Jack
Neil meets with Phyllis at Jabot. Phyllis tells him she is trying to find her way through familiar territory with blinders on. Neil tells her he is just working on adjusting to being blind. He tells her that Malcolm came to see him and how he helped Neil work through some of his issues. Neil explains he is in contact with a doctor who may help him regain his sight. Jack arrives and invites them for a walk in the park.
Lily, Kelly
Lily asks Kelly to plan an engagement party but not for Jack and Phyllis. She tells Kelly to take a few days off and Kelly says it would be better if she just quits. Lily tells her Jack always sees Phyllis for who she is and he will come back to Kelly. Lily tells her to take the night off and to get a Christmas tree. Kelly leaves.
Jack, Victor, Nikki, Phyllis
Jack is at the tree lot and picks out his tree. Victor tells Jack that tree was already taken. Jack and Victor argue. Nikki arrives and cannot believe they are arguing and reminds them they are there to help the needy. They discuss Adam and then argue of their respective relationships with him. Jack leaves. Victor makes a call and asks someone to meet him at the tree lot. Later Jack and Phyllis go back to the tree lot and buy a tree. Phyllis tells him the world looks good to her and Jack kisses her. Kelly arrives and sees them.
Victor, Tobias
Victor meets up with Tobias at the park and Tobias tells him things are going as planned and no one suspects him.

well of course they are....
I also have a theory about Adam and Constance.....if I am right....I think that Constance and Victor way back when had an affair(before Nikki) had a child together and Adams new face is the grandson of Victor.....
this is why she hates and shushed away Nick from the door...and wants not to be found out by Victor.....and she hates all the Newman kids because her child was either denied by Victor or she never told him.....
this will bring Adam back into the Newman family but as another man not as Adam. It will turn out that Constance's child was the first born to Victor....
oh and so much more chemistry between Stitch and Ashley
they will be the next HOT couple.... I like this new Adam...he remind me of Adam....but sure do miss Adam

Its the next morning, Ben wakes up hung over in the Jabot lab. He tries to apologize to Ashley, but she tells him she has no regrets. Abby and Jack walk in. Abby immediately notices Ben is wearing the same clothes from the night before, and they figure out that Ben was drunk at the office. Jack fires him, Ashly and Abby shout "NO!" Jack changes his mind once he realizes Ben reacted badly to the news that he was not Vikki's baby father. Ben realizes that Vikki called his phone, he quickly makes up an excuse and walks out. Jack tells Ashley and Abby that he believes Victor will play dirty to find out about their new product. Later, Tobias finds a file in Ashley's desk, he takes pics of the files and quickly leaves.
Vikki takes her daughter to Katherine's plaque in the park, "This is your name sake"
Phyllis is with Michael at his office. She finds the marriage counselor's business card and wonders why Michael and Lauren are seeing a counselor. Michael tells her his marriage is fine. Phyllis tells him she wants him to make sure her assets are in order. Michael notices that there has been one significant change. Phyllis rants believing that someone robbed her. After Phyllis leaves, Michael is shown clearly struggling with his cancer diagnosis.
The Baldwins and the Williams gather at the AC to celebrate Michael and Lauren's wedding anniversary. But Michael is late. Gloria is trying to figure out what Kevin is up to. She finds his published story online and wonders if he's in trouble again. Jeff tells Chris and Paul that he is interested in dropping the charges against Ben, telling them, "Without me, you have no case." They agree to, but also wonders if they should file charges against Jeff. Time passes and Michael is still a no show. Embarrassed, Lauren sends her guests home. Michael finally arrives to find Kevin and Lauren irritated. They are both upset with him. Kevin tells him to stop lying, tell Lauren the truth, or he will. Michael agrees to talk.
At Summer and Austin's apartment, Summer is stressing, planning a family lunch for Phyllis and Jack. Austin believes she should stop trying to impress everyone. Phyllis arrives and admires the newlyweds apartment. "When were you going to tell me you sold my penthouse to pay for it?" Summer tells her it was Jack's idea. Phyllis gets upset telling her daughter that she sold their home and moved on, forgetting about her. Summer tells her mom that she missed her every second she was gone. Phyllis apologizes; telling her that she's dealing with so much. Phyllis looses her appetite to eat, taking a rain check on lunch. Later Austin asks Summer if its possible that Phyllis knows about Jack's relationship with Kelly.
Ben goes to Vikki's. He tells her that he was hung over. Vikki realizes that he misunderstood what he saw, she's NOT back with Billy. Vikki tells him if they are going to be together, they have to be honest with one another. Ben promises to not let her down. Summer tells Jack about Phyllis being angry about loosing her penthouse. Jack leaves Phyllis a voicemail wondering where she is. Meanwhile, Phyllis walks into the GCAC LOOKING FOR KELLY!

I don't like this new Phyllis...she has no chemistry at all with anyone...mostly Jack.....and she is not sexy like the other Phyllis...this one is just mean...and is a narcissist....I want Jack back with Kelly....they were really good together
I like the actress that is playing Phyllis but not her as Phyllis...she would make a really great Sheila

Maybe Victor got Constance's daughter pregnant (not Constance) and Victor treated that daughter badly and maybe resulted in her falling apart and therefor Constance hates Victor...I hate Victor so it is understandable. But I agree that Adam's cover (what is this guy's name...oh yeah, Gabriel) will be a relative of Victor so he can keep his secret for a while. And then when Victor discovers that his son/grandson, he never knew, died in the car fire while trying to rescue Adam, the son he hated....oh boy.
