Adam, Sage, Constance
Sage calls Adam and tells him that Constance is dying. At home Sage tells him Constance tried to get out of her wheelchair alone and fell. Adam sits down and talks to Constance who tells him that everything his father worked for was for Gabriel. Adam says he knows his father died of a heart attack. She says his father committed suicide and wants him to know who was responsible for his father’s death. She tells him his father’s company was taken over by NE and Victor Newman killed his father. She asks for Adam’s promise to make Victor pay for what he did. Adam promises Victor will get what’s coming to him.

Avery, Dylan, Faith
Dylan and Avery find Faith’s bike outside CL. Dylan finds Faith behind the bar. Faith tells Dylan everything was perfect until Nick called off the wedding. Sharon and Nick arrive and take Faith home. Later Dylan and Avery talk about Faith and wonder what type of parents they would be. Avery gets a text and tells Dylan it’s bad news. Her petition to have the warehouse district classified as a historical site has been denied. Dylan says that someone with a lot of power is controlling this.

Nick, Sharon
Nick and Sharon are looking for Faith when Dylan calls Sharon telling her they found Faith. Sharon and Nick bring Faith home. Faith tells Sharon if Nick would have made up with Sharon she would not have run away. Sharon and Nick tell Faith they love her. Faith blames Nick and goes to her room. Sharon and Nick discuss the situation and Nick says he will not drop the custody hearing. Later Sharon tells Faith things don’t always turn out the way they want but she has two parents who love her. She tells them it’s not the same because they don’t love each other like they used to. Nick tells Sharon he is doing what he feels is best for Faith.

Ashley, Ben, Abby, Tobias, Billy
Ashley and Ben can’t avoid their attraction for each other. They decide to go back to being friends. Abby comes in and tells them Faith has been found. Abby wants them to join the office Christmas party. Ben leaves. Tobias arrives and asks what else he can do. Ashley tells him she is going to give him more responsibilities in the new year. She says to just keep doing what he is doing and he will get what he has coming to him. Later Billy arrives and complains about Katie’s name. Ashley and Abby tells him to trust Vicky that Victor will not be involved. Abby leaves. Ashley asks what the real reason this name thing is bothering him. Billy says that he and Vicky are just friends now and that he is happy with Chelsea after Ashley asks if there is any chance of reconciliation.

Victor, Tobias, Joe
Victor asks Tobias why he asked them to meet and what Ashley is developing at the lab. Tobias gives him a flash drive with photographs and Victor will find out what Ashley is working on. Victor says it’s not good enough and tells Tobias to get more information. Later Victor is at the AC entrance when Joe stops and tells Victor all is going according to plan.

Cane, Victor
Cane sees Victor at a table and asks if Victor would let Joe use his name in his presentation about the redevelopment of the warehouse district. Victor says no. Joe comes to Victor’s table and Cane introduces them. Victor says he will be at the party but his name is not to be used. Victor asks Cane is he is interested in the corporate world and brings up Bonaventure. Cane tells him he is happy doing what he is doing. Victor says he will find out who was at the bottom of the Bonaventure fiasco.

Joe, Cane, Jill, Colin
Jill and Colin join Joe and Cane at the AC. Joe assures her this deal will succeed. Jill tells him this only intensifies her desire and that she and the residents of GC will fight like hell to ruin this deal. Colin tells Joe he came into a bit of money and wanted to invest in a profitable deal. Cane tells Jill and Colin Victor will be at the party.

Billy, Vicky, Ben
Vicky tells Billy she wants to officially name Katie – Kathryn Rose Newman. Billy is not pleased and argues with her and accuses her of trying to get back at him. Vicky compromises and Billy reluctantly agrees on Kathryn Rose Abbott-Newman. Vicky leaves. At home Vicky gets a visit from Ben who came with gifts. He tells Vicky that he has been cut off from his son and Jenna is not answering his calls. Vicky asks Ben to leave because she has last minute preparations to make for Christmas. They kiss and he leaves. Vicky makes a phone call to someone about Christmas.

- Kevin makes a frantic call to Mariah and tells her to get to the precinct right away – he needs her help
- Dylan brings a Christmas present to Nikki

Sharon, Faith, Nick, Mariah, Noah, Courtney
It’s Christmas Eve and Faith says Santa is not going to bring what she wants. Dylan arrives bearing gifts for everyone. They all hear a ho ho ho!!! Nick comes in and Faith is very excited. She knows it’s Nick. He tells her he just came to drop off some gifts and Faith asks him to stay. Sharon agrees that he should stay. Dylan leaves as Noah and Courtney arrive. Victor comes by with a gift for Faith and is not happy to see Nick there. Nick and Victor go outside and Sharon follows. Victor accuses Sharon of manipulating Nick and chastises Nick for not standing up for Faith. Sharon tells him Nick is standing up for Faith and he is there because it’s Christmas Eve. Victor comes in and gives Faith his gift. Mariah comes in as Victor leaves.

Victor, Nikki, Dylan
Nikki comes in from shopping and asks Victor how he can do this to her son. She cannot believe that Victor has a table at Joe’s cocktail party. Victor tries to change the subject because it’s Christmas Eve. This is going to impact on Dylan’s business. Dylan arrives and Victor leaves. Dylan gives Nikki a gift which really touches her. He gave her a box of pictures and mementos from when he was growing up. Then he says Merry Christmas “mom”. When Victor returns Nikki and Dylan hug as Dylan leaves.

Michael, Lauren, Fen, Jill, Colin, Kevin
They sit down to Christmas Eve dinner of lasagna. Fen says that perhaps next year they can all go skiing in the Alps. Michael tells them no more walking on egg shells and time to talk about what’s really going on. Playfully he says the lasagna is dry, not enough cheese or sauce. Then he gets serious and says we all know what they are dealing with and then makes a joke about cancer to lighten the mood. They are dancing and laughing and yelling cancer, cancer. Michael says it’s important to keep their sense of humor. He wants to make sure this illness does not destroy their family. Jill and Colin arrive concerned after hearing all the noise. Michael, Lauren and Fen are still laughing. While Jill, Colin and Fen go to the kitchen to get the champagne, Lauren gives Michael two tickets to an event scheduled for next October. Kevin arrives and champagne is poured for everyone.

Neil, Hilary, Lily, Cane, Jill, Colin, Devon
Neil is happy with the kids running around. Hilary and Lily prepare dinner. Devon arrives and right behind him are Jill and Colin. Colin wishes Hilary and Neil a Merry Christmas with innuendos aimed at Hilary when he says it’s their first Christmas together and it must be very special. Devon tells Hilary he could not bring Gwen because he could not do that to either woman. Hilary tells him they cannot see each other anymore. Neil tells everyone that before the evening is over he will have a surprise. Jill and Colin leave after dinner. Neil asks Cane to keep a secret. He tells Cane he has been accepted into a program which deals with his type of blindness and it’s possible he might be able to see soon. Later they exchange gifts. Lily lights a candle and Neil is able to see it’s light. Neil asks to talk to Lily privately and whispers something in her ear. In the meantime, Devon asks Hilary to meet him on Christmas day. Neil asks everyone to gather around because he has a surprise. He reads Twas the Night Before Christmas to everyone in braille.

Kevin, Mariah
Kevin makes a frantic call to Mariah and tells her to get to the precinct right away – he needs her help. Mariah arrives and Kevin tells her he is looking for the a rabbit which escaped it’s cage. Mariah tells him she will help him find it. They are kneeling and looking under a table very seriously. Kevin gets a call from Harding asking about the bunny. Kevin assures him the bunny is fine. They try to figure out where the rabbit is. Kevin finds the bunny and Mariah finds baby bunnies. Mariah asks if Faith can have one of the baby bunnies when it can be taken from its mother. They wish each other a Merry Christmas and goes their separate ways.

- Phyllis says to Jack this is the information she has been craving and she opens a laptop
- At the UG Nick asks Nikki if there is something she wants to tell him

Billy, Chelsea
Billy and Chelsea are on the floor with Connor admiring their tree. Chelsea tells Billy she never had a traditional Christmas growing up. Chelsea tells him to go see Vicky. After he leaves she tells Conner it’s not easy sharing.

Victor, Faith, Nikki, Nick, Chelsea, Connor.
Faith and Nick are with Nikki and Victor’s. Nick says he is going to leave and Faith will be spending the night with Sharon. Nick shows them a drawing Faith drew of him on a horse as his Christmas present. Faith is sulky and says it’s no big deal. Nick leaves. Later Chelsea and Connor come to see Victor. Chelsea tells Victor that the more time Billy spends with her the less he will spend with Vicky. The lights suddenly go out at the ranch.

Vicky, Ben and Katie
Ben is putting a train set together for Johnny. Ben gives Vicky a locket which will hold pictures of her children. Ben gets a call and was going to let it go to voicemail, but Vicky insists he take it. It was Max calling him. Max tells Ben his mom let him have all the gifts he sent him. Ben thanks Jenna and realizes Vicky did this for him. Ben is overwhelmed at Vicky’s gift. Billy arrives and hears Ben tell Katie that one day Max will come for a visit and then they can all be part of one big family. Billy plays with Johnny and gives Katie a snuggle toy. The lights go out at Vicky’s.

Jack, Phyllis
Jack and Phyllis are on the couch kissing when Summer and Austin come in bringing in gifts. They all present Phyllis with a flash drive. It starts with Summer telling Phyllis that this is all the things she missed while sleeping. Phyllis gets upset after seeing that Adam died and the aftermath. She runs out of the room. Jack follows. Austin tells Summer that being married to her is the best thing that has happened to him in his life. Phyllis and Jack come back and Phyllis apologizes for getting emotional. Summer and Austin leave and Phyllis says this is the information she has been craving and she opens a laptop again. The lights go out at Jack’s. Jack lights candles and warns her that things may get chilly and they have to find some way to keep warm.

Nick, Nikki
Nick is at the UG and looks at the picture Faith drew for him and says to himself that she drew it when Faith thought he was one of the good guys. Nikki comes in and says he still is. They talk about the year they have both had and Nick asks Nikki if there is something she wants to tell him. Nikki tells him she has overcome her demons and so will he. The lights go out at the UG.

Dylan, Avery, Paul, Summer, Austin, Nick, Nikki, Victor, Faith, Chelsea, Connor, Billy, Johnny, Jack, Phyllis
At CL Dylan and Avery are celebrating Christmas alone and Avery realizes why Dylan wants to spend their time there in case there is no CL next year. Dylan brings out a bottle of champagne. Avery wants to plan on celebrating next Christmas at CL and they toast to it. Dylan recalls all the “firsts” for him in CL. Paul arrives to wish them a Merry Christmas. Then Summer and Austin arrive and tell them the lights have gone out all over town. Paul calls to find out what the problem is. He tells them there was an ice storm up north which has affected GC. Nick and Nikki come in saying CL were the only lights working. Austin and Summer exchange gifts. Then, Vicky, Ben, Katie, Johnny, Chelsea, Connor, Victor, Faith come in. Victor gives Nikki a piece of jewellery in the shape of a strawberry to which she has a flashback. Victor tells her she is still his fantasy. Jack and Phyllis arrive and Jack and Victor glare at each other. Everyone is happy with the way this Christmas has turned out, most saying it’s the best Christmas ever. Nick makes a toast to Dylan for having a generator. Dylan says he does not have a generator or any other backup for power. Faith smiles at her globe angel.

Devon, Hilary
Hilary meets Devon at the park and she tells him they cannot be together since Neil is so close to drinking again. Devon opens a paper bag for Hilary and she pulls out a ring and says “it looks like a wedding ring”. Devon tells her he wants her to put it on her finger when the day comes for them to be together. Hilary tells him she loves him and vows to keep the ring safe. The lights go out in the park. Devon says they should take advantage since no one will see them. They kiss. They wish each other a Merry Christmas and Hilary leaves.

Billy, Chelsea, Vicky, Ben
Billy and Chelsea are at CL and Billy tells Chelsea that today is Vicky and his wedding anniversary. Billy tells her its slate cleaning time, kisses her and leaves. Billy goes to Vicky’s and Vicky remembers it’s their wedding anniversary. They reminisce about when they met. They discuss their tattoos and felt that if they made the rings permanent all would be good. Billy says they survived so much until DD’s death and wonders why they couldn’t survive that. Back at CL Ben sees Chelsea and thanks her for getting Jeff to drop his law suits.

Adam, Jack
Adam tells Jack that if he goes to prison so does Billy. He tells him Billy shot him and shows Jack the scar. He tells Jack Billy came to his house and took him at gun point to DD’s memorial site and while he was driving Billy shot him. Adam tells him to ask Billy what happened that night. Adam says he just wants a piece of his life back and not as Victor’s son. Jack asks Adam how he is supposed to help him get Chelsea back when she and Billy are in love. He can’t do that to his brother. Adam tells him that Chelsea loves him and Billy needs to go back to Vicky. He tells Jack he will do what he has to and get a chance to reclaim his life, but if he goes to jail then so does Billy. Adam says he and Chelsea need to be together. Jack tells him he is dead and Chelsea has mourned him and has moved on. Adam asks Jack how things were for him when Phyllis was gone. Jack said he was ready to move on and there was someone else. Adam asks him where is that someone else and points out that he chose Phyllis because they were meant to be together. Jack agrees to help him for Billy’s sake. Jack asks Adam to swear the old Adam is gone and that he will be a better man. Adam swears.

Vicky, Sage, Nick, Adam
Nick and Sage come into the AC Sage go upstairs to find Adam. Nick is standing at the bottom of the stairs when Adam comes in and Nick recognizes him as Gabriel Bingham from boarding school. Sage comes down and Nick asks if they know each other. Nick gives “Gabe” his card and tells “Gabe” to call him so they can catch up and goes to the bar. At the bar Nick looks up “Gabe” in the Boarding School year book and then remembers him being with Sage getting Nick out of the bear trap. He wonders why “Gabe” left.

Devon, Lily, Kelly
Lily asks Devon if he is bringing Gwen to the party. He tells her he does not know and says Gwen may not be in town. Devon tells her he feels guilty about Neil because she figured out that Neil was very close to drinking again and he didn’t. Lily tells Devon if Neil didn’t have Hilary - Neil would not have just thoughtabout drinking. Devon calls Gwen and invites her to the party and she accepts. In the office Kelly checks the guest list and sees Jack and Phyllis were coming and goes off the deep end. Lily tells her she should take the night off and Kelly says no she will suck it up and be a good hostess.

Hilary, Neil, Phyllis
Phyllis comes to Neil’s and tells Hilary they have some business to discuss. She wants to plan a surprise for Jack and needs his schedule. Hilary leaves the room and Phyllis tells Neil she likes Hilary but she needs his help as well. She tells Neil that when she went into her coma Chelsea was married to Adam and was not the designer she is today and needs Neil to fill her in. Neil tells Phyllis he saw a light and shadow on Christmas Eve but does not want anyone to know yet. Phyllis asks if this is his vision coming back. Hilary is in the doorway and hears Neil say he can’t wait to see his wife’s beautiful face again. Hilary brings Jack’s schedule for Phyllis and she leaves. Neil tells Hilary he wants her to throw away her birth control pills so they can try for a baby. Hilary takes the pills out of her purse, keeps the pills but throws out the container.

Ben, Kelly
Ben comes to see Kelly and Kelly asks how things went with Vicky. Ben tells her that Vicky cleared things with Jenna and he got to speak with Max. Kelly tells him she had a quiet Christmas and just needs to get through New Year’s.

Phyllis, Jack
Phyllis comes home and Jack is holding a card from “Gabe”. She asks him about this Bingham guy. Jack tells her he wanted to make a deal and he agreed to the deal. Phyllis wants to know what kind of head games this guy played to get Jack to agree. Then Phyllis tells him she has made reservations at the AC for New Year’s Eve.

At the Abbott home, Phyllis is stressing on what shoes to wear for her NYE dinner with Jack at the AC club. She wants tonight to be perfect for the two of them and hopes a certain party planner will keep her distance. Jack assures her that Kelly wont be a problem for them. Summer walks in and thanks Jack for his support while her mom was away. After Jack leaves the two get dressed and talk about the men in their lives. Summer leaves for her evening with her hubby, and Phyllis leaves to meet Jack.

At Crimson Lights, Anita is debating on which cupcake would be perfect for her grandson Conner. Adam appears and suggests she go with the dinosaur cupcake. Anita thinks he's flirting. On the patio, Dylan and Avery talk about their party plans for the evening. Avery tells him that Joe will be at the party. Dylan tells her he's not looking forward to bumping into Joe, but agree's to give it his best shot.

At the GCAC, Ben walks up just as Ashley is finishing her phone convo. He hears: "Ready and waiting for you, handsome." Across the room, Joe is talking business with Cane. He believes they will remove everyone's doubts tonight. Afterwards, Joe meets up with Ashley. She introduces him to Ben. Ashley and Joe are standing together when Avery and Dylan arrive. Ashley congratulates them on their engagement. Avery wonders if Joe has recruited Ashley for his land developmment. Joe thinks Avery didn't like seeing him with Ashley. He believes she's jealous.

Kelly and Lily are upstairs in the office. Kelly tells her she will not let anything ruin tonights festivities.

Downstairs, Lily has a bad feeling when she see's Jack arrive. Adam arrives at the club on his phone with Sage. Jack approaches him and they discuss working togehter. Their chat ends when Kelly walks up. Adam introduces himself as Gabriel and walks away. Kelly notices Jack's tension, and promises she wont throw champange in Phyllis' face. Ashley introduces Joe to Jack. The two discuss business, Joe is thrilled to meet such a forward thinking businessman. Avery is annoyed watching Joe work the room, they leave the party early. Joe is bothered that Jack wasn't interested in hearing his pitch. But Ashley doesn't want to discuss business. She wants to talk about his ex wife Avery!

Jack approaches Lily and Cane. He's looking for his friend, Gabriel. Lily, "Like the angel?" Jack, "Not exactly."

At the penthouse, ChelC wonders why her mom is late for babysitting duty. After Anita arrives, she tells ChelC about the handsome gentelman she met at Crimson Lights, telling them he picked out and paid for Conners cupcake. Anita thanks Billy for making her daughter happy.

Reed is visiting his mom and meets his new baby sister, Katie. Ben arrives and he tells Reed about his son Max. Victoria hopes that next year they will all be togehter and they could spend the holiday on a beach. Billy stops by to see his kids and play video games with Reed. They soon discover that Katie is running a fever and spitting up. Ben believes she's ok, but Victoria and Billy take Katie to urgent care leaving Ben with Johnny and Reed.

Avery and Dylan head back to Crimson Ligts to bring in the new year together.

ChelC arrives at the GCAC alone looking for Billy. Adam walks up to her, "Are you looking for someone?" They talk about their chance meeting in the park. Adam wonders why she's waiting for a man that's not her husband, but she's wearing a wedding ring.

Jack finds Kelly standing by the stairs and tells her that Phyllis is on her way. Kelly smiles, "we have time to talk then."

Phyllis is in her car driving to meet Jack. She runs out of gas in the middle of nowhere!

Determined to get to Jack. Phyllis gets out of her car and starts walking.

At the ranch, Victor is on the phone talking business with Joe. He hangs up when Nikki enters the room. She tells him she will meet him at the club but she has to go see Katherine first.

At The Underground, Kevin tells the bunny story to Harding, Noah, Abby, Maria, Courtney, Devon Gwen and Summer. Abby is annoyed by her awkward NYE blind date, Lars. So she's happy when Kyle calls her from NYE. She waste's no time handing her phone to Summer. Austin is standing by and watches as his wife chat with her ex. Gwen asks Devon why they are not spending the evening at his club. Devon believes they will have more fun there. Abby admits that she used to have a crush on Devon. She then moves onto Noah and Courtney. Asking him if there's any engagement plans in their future. Noah blurts out there's no wedding plans in their future! Later, Gwen notices that Devon is distracted, but she still tries to get his attention. At midnight, Summer and Austin kiss. Noah kisses Courtney, but she's distracted by her bare ring finger. Harding grabs Abby and kisses her. Mariah and Kevin share a kiss and a shot of liquor.

At the GCAC, ChelC tells Adam she wears her wedding ring to keep guys from offering her free drinks. Adam makes it clear that he wasn't hitting on her and she accepts his free drink. They toast to new friendships. ChelC then gets a call from Billy explaining why he's late and promises to be there soon. She hangs up and chats with Adam about Conner's Christmas. Victor walks in and see's ChelC with a new man. He wonders if ChelC dumped Billy boy. She tells him "No" and introduces him to "Gabriel."

By the stairs, Kelly theorizes that Jack is still in love with her. But Jack doesn't want to give her the wrong impression. Kelly doesn't listen, believing he has a hard time turning off his feelings for her. Jack grabs her hands and asks her to listen to him. Phyllis is watching from the door! Phyllis barges in. Kelly tells her Jack was commenting her on her dress which is identical to Phyllis' and walks off! Phyllis calls her delusional and tells Jack about her running out of gas. Phyllis then walks up to Kelly, "Hi B-word, I know you set me up."

At Vikki's, she and Billy tell Ben he was right about Katie. Billy thanks him and leaves to meet ChelC. Vikki apologizes to Ben for not listening to him. Ben understands and is determined to win her trust. Ben, "I love you." They kiss and make love.

At the park, Nikki talks to Katherine about her drinking. Nikki doesn't realize this but Paul is listening! "You lied to me, Nikki." Nikki tells him that she's sorry she wasn't honest and is ashamed. She begs him to not tell her family. Paul agrees. They hug.

Back at the club, Billy catches up with ChelC. He remembers meeting "Gabriel" at Jacks. ChelC tells him they were keeping each other company. Adam tells him he's going into business with Jack. After Adam walks away, Billy confesses to ChelC that he doesn't like Gabriel.

Across the room, Phyllis accuses Kelly of siphoning her gas and wearing the same dress on purpose. Phyllis, "You want a war? You've got it." Christine is nearby and overhears and is tickled that Phyllis ran out of gas. Chris, "I heard your car ran out of gas. I guess you wont be behind the wheel of a car tonight." Chris also tells her that for Summer and Jack's sake, she hopes that year of sleep made her a better person! Paul arrives before things get heated.

Hilary and Neil are at the bar. She leaves to go to the restroom leaving her phone behind. After she steps away, Devon sends her a text: "Love you, miss you." Neil is able to see the blurry blue screen, but he's unable to make out the words. Hilary returns to learn from her hubby that she has a text message.

Adam finds Jack by the stairs. They talk about Victoria and Billy's new baby. Jack assures him a new baby doesn't erase anything. Adam tells him he wants a job at Jabot. Jack warns him he's playing with fire, but admits he doesn't have a choice.


They countdown to midnight. "HAPPY NEW YEAR!" Christine tells Paul its their year. Paul kisses his wife, but looks over at Nikki. Kelly watches Jack and Phyllis with an evil look on her face. Adam watches Billy and ChelC kiss.

**This is a quick run down. Gotta get ready for tonight. HAPPY NEW YEAR!!!

The Winters gather together to celebrate the new year. Devon brings Gwen which bothers Hilary. Lily mentions that Victor letting Cane go was a stupid business move. But it gives Colin an idea.

Kevin runs into Michael jogging in the park. Michael falls and injures his ankle. Kevin rushes him to the hospital.

At the GCAC Lauren, Gloria and Jill are having a business meeting. Jill seems distracted. Kevin calls Lauren telling her to rush to memorial right away. Gloria goes with her.

Collin finds his wife. They discuss how Victor took over Katherine's company. Jill believes Katherine would want her to fight for Chancellor. Collin convinces her!

At the ranch, Reed visits with his grandparents. He tells them how much he really likes Ben. Dylan and Avery arrive. They go sledding. Afterwards Nikki, Dylan and Avery talk about someone with a lot of connections is trying to ruin all small businesses in GC.

Lauren rushes in to see Michael. The dr tells them he sprang his ankle. Lauren fawns all over him. Gloria doesn't understand what the big deal is. "it's not like you have cancer." Gloria then discovers something is wrong. They tell her. They all hug.

Jack is irritated seeing Adam at his door. Adam reminds him that his name is "Gabriel" and he's there to discuss his new job at Jabot. Jack feels its a terrible idea calling it insane and dangerous, thinking that Adam working so closely with Billy is a terrible idea. Adam gets a call from Sage telling him to get to Constance's bedside immediately. Adam leaves, but makes it clear to Jack that he means business.

At the station, Courtney is trying hard to get Kevin to open up about his relationship with Mariah. He insists they are just friends. Kevin reflects on his kiss with Mariah and continues writing his short story.

At Sharons, Mariah and Noah watch as Sharon frantically prepares for her mediation with Nick. They wonder if Nick has come to his senses in regards to Faith's custody arrangement. Faith walks in and tells her mom that she hopes her parents have a good talk. After Sharon leaves Faith with Mariah and Noah, Summer and Austin stop by. Later, Summer, Noah, Mariah, Courtney and Austin play "The Game of Life". Summer notices tension between Courtney and Noah when marriage is mentioned.

Nick goes to Avery's office to prepare for the mediation meeting. Nick wonders if he will be granted full custody right away. Nick admits that he was starting to have a change of heart after Faith ran away. They agree it's not in Faith's best interest to have a battle. Sharon arrives. Nick asks to speak with her privately. He tells her that he's willing to compromise. Sharon thanks him. At the mediation meeting, Nick immediately offers to pull back on seeking sole custody, but David Sherman stops him. Telling them that Sharon's the one who should have sole custody. This pisses Nick off immediately starts insulting Sharon. This prompts Sharon to say, "Faith has repeatedly said she hates her daddy." Avery then brings up Sharon's criminal history. Nick tells them he's taken the brunt of Faith's anger in return for protecting Sharon. The mediator then wishes them luck in court. Afterwards, Sharon blasts her lawyer for attacking Nick. David tells her, "Nick isn't the man who is willing to compromise."

At the Bingham estate. Sage tells Adam there is nothing more the doctors can do for Constance. Adam wonders what Sage will do without her. Sage believes Constance will find peace because she will be with Gabriel. Before Constance passes she looks at Adam and utters one final sentence..."You are not my grandson." He insists he is, but she says, "No"...and dies. Later, Adam and Sage are looking at her will. Adam comments that Constance loved her grandson very much. Sage encourages him to keep reading. Adam continues discovering that Sage gets half of Constance's estate! She's Gabriel's WIFE!

At Jabot, Billy notices that Phyllis is being extra nice to him. He asks her what's up. She tells him that she needs his help. Not business related, but a clingy conniving homewrecker. Billy jokes thinking Kelly has Phyllis "running scared." Billy warns Phyllis not to play games as it could lead to her loosing Jack. Jack walks up just as Phyllis is telling Billy about her mysteriously running out of gas. Jack doubts that Kelly had anything to do with it. Phyllis wonders about Kelly's past and believes she's hiding something. Jack and Billy refuses to listen to Phyllis. Both telling her that Kelly is a good person. Phyllis believes Kelly is playing games, and she's determined to prove it.

At the station, Mariah and Kevin talk about the mysterious writer.

At the GCAC, Kelly tells Ben about Phyllis accusing her of sabotaging her car. Kelly believes that Jack still loves her, but he will not abandon Phyllis. Ben seems worried, thinking that Kelly should let Jack go. Kelly wonders why he can't just be happy for her. Kelly believes she just has to be patient. But Ben isn't convinced. Ben leaves just as Billy arrives. Billy tells Kelly to let Jack go. Kelly, "I will let go of Jack as much as you have let go of Victoria."

At the GCAC, ChelC tells Billy she wont be attending Katie's christening. Billy tries to change her mind, but she has bad vibes remembering when Victor was blackmailing Adam at Conner's christening. Billy is annoyed that Adam is once again brought up. ChelC is worried that Adam will always be between them. Billy convinces her to come to the christening. A waitress refers ChelC as Billy's wife. ChelC doesn't want Billy to correct the waitress. Billy wonders why ChelC is still wearing Adam's wedding ring.

At Bingham manor, Adam believes Sage is playing a cruel joke on him. She explains that Gabriel had to be married to claim his inheritance. Adam is pissed blaming Sage of blackmailing him. Sage proves herself by showing him the marriage certificate. We see a flashback of Sage remembering Gabriel excited at their plan to get Constance's estate after she died. She explains that they got married, while they were heading home Gabriel heard Adam in the river and went to save him. Adam tells her they will get a divorce and split the inheritance. Sage then tells him to keep reading. Adam learns they have to be married for three years. Adam explodes because he's ALREADY married! Sage tells him he has a widow and invites him to call her and tell her he's coming home!

At the lab, Abby and Ben watch as Joe gives Ashley flowers. Ben remembers Joe as the guy who is trying to ruin Dylan's business. After Abby and Joe leaves, Ben wastes no time calling Joe a snake. Ashley disagrees saying Joe is merely brokering a business deal. Afterwards Abby tells her mom about her date with Lars and Harding kissing her. Ashley tells Abby to take the scents back to the lab. Abby STEALS one!

At the ranch, Victor is having a heated phone call. Victoria arrives with Katie. Victor tells her that he's determined to find out what Jabot is up to. He admits he sent an operative to the Jabot lab but Ashley figured it out. Victor says Reed told him that Ben has been spending the night. Victor believes he has someone else working at Jabot that he could use. Victoria tells her father to back off, leave Ben alone. She then tells her father to be on his best behavior at the christening ordering him to be nice to Billy.

At Avery's office, Avery and Dylan come up with a plan to trick Joe into telling them who he's working with. Joe is standing outside Avery's office door listening to their talk. He calls Avery telling her he set up a meeting with the seller. She leaves heading to Joe's suite at the GCAC.

At the club, Avery tells Michael that she's meeting with the seller in a suite arranged by Joe Clark. Michael offers to go with her, but Avery insists she can handle the meeting on her own. Avery knocks on Joe's door. He opens it telling her it will be just the two of them.

Sharon is upset with how the mediation went. Nick believes Sharon set the whole thing up. Sharon denies having anything to do with David Sherman's plan. Asking him what makes him think she would just willingly give Faith up. Nick starts to loosen up, but is distracted when Sage enters. Sage's entrance pisses Sharon off asking Nick why he doesn't have the time to discuss Faith the moment an attractive woman enters the room.

Gwen is determined to make Devon hers

Dylan discovers something shocking. Mariah visits her twin sisters grave.

Someone unexpected helps Sharon.

Nikki and Victor have an argument

Turns out Sage's marriage to Gabriel was an agreement set by Constance. She wanted her grandson to have a stable life!

Phyllis uses Jacks phone to text Kelly. Kelly shows up excited thinking Jack wants to be with her only to find Phyllis there instead.

Phyllis is nastier than ever....she has no sex appeal, no chemistry with Jack at all...is a narcissist.....and I think she has met her match in Kelly and that Jack is still in love with Kelly....so will he ever leave Phyllis? most likely not.....but they picked the wrong actress to play Phyllis....Kelly would have played a really good Phyllis....

Avery asks Joe why he locked the door and gets up to leave. Joe tells her he has always loved her and asks her for a second chance. Avery tells him she loves Dylan and will marry him. Joe tells her she is only trying to proving a point and she still loves him. She tells him she made her choice and it’s Dylan and walks out of his suite. She goes to CL where Dylan finds her and she tells him she met with Joe. Dylan is angry and says Joe was trying to seduce her. She says Joe wanting her back was just an excuse and she thinks it was more about his redevelopment project. Avery assures him he is the one for her.

Dylan, Sharon, Hilary, Nick, Sage
Sharon arrives at CL and tells Dylan there are a lot of memories at CL for her. She breaks down and says she can’t bear to lose one more thing from her life. She says she will do what she has to do keep Faith. Hilary comes in and reading a text from Devon and smiles widely. She and Sharon chat briefly and she leaves. Nick arrives. He tells Sharon he did not want this to get ugly but Sharon has left him no choice. She tells Nick she is sick and tired of him coming down on her like he is some kind saint. She points out how he abandoned her and Noah and not once but twice and withheld Summer’s paternity for 18 years and asks if that was fair. Nick sees Sage walk in. Sharon wants an answer but Nick says “not now” and walks away to see Sage. Sage tells Nick that Constance died and he tells her to call him if he can help. She leaves. Sharon is livid and asks Nick if chatting with that woman was more important than talking about Faith. She is sure the judge will not see that too kindly. She asks how far he is willing to go and he tells her as far as he has to and leaves.

Nick, Victor
Nick comes to Victor’s office. Victor tells Nick that he has been subpoenaed by Sherman to give a deposition in the custody case. Victor tells him he will not say anything to hurt Nick’s chances but reminds him that Sherman will also bring up Nikki. Nick asks if he is asking him to drop the suit. Victor says no. Nick does not want him bashing Sharon. Victor tells him he will do everything in his power to make sure Nick gets Faith. Later Joe comes in and tells Victor that Avery and Dylan are determined to find out who is behind the redevelopment.

Devon, Gwen, Neil
Devon arrives at Gwen’s room and sees she is almost wearing something and she beckons him in. When Devon does not respond Gwen gets dressed and tells Devon she got the wrong impression and leaves. Neil arrives and he and Devon go to the dining room. Neil tells him that Hilary has thrown away her birth control pills. He tells Devon they have a solid relationship and they do not hide anything from each other. Hilary arrives and Devon leaves and goes to Gwen at the bar and tells her he wants to make it up to her in his private suite. Hilary sees him kiss Gwen and watches as they leave together.

Chelsea, Billy, Adam
Chelsea asks Billy why he hasn’t had the tattoo removed and he asks why she hasn’t taken her rings off. Billy says he will have the tattoo removed. Chelsea arrives at the condo and Adam calls to her saying his realtor is late and wondered if she could show him her unit. She invites him in. Billy comes home and asks what Adam is doing there. Adam tells Billy they will see more of each other as he has a job at Jabot and leaves. Billy shows Chelsea he had his tattoo removed. She removes her rings.

Sage, Adam
Sage picks up the phone and tells Adam to call Chelsea and tell her he is coming home. He hangs up the phone and tells her he will not be held hostage nor kept away from the woman he loves. Adam asks her if anyone would miss her if she disappeared since she has no family or friends. She says she has nothing to lose and he should be careful. Adam says Gabe conned her to get the money. She tells him they need to be together for 2 years, 2 weeks and 1 day and it can’t come fast enough for her. Adam tells her he will win Chelsea back and no one will stand in his way including her.

Michael, Kevin, Dylan
Kevin comes to Michael’s office and asks when he will start his treatments. Dylan comes in and asks if Michael if he knows of Jerolamo. Kevin says he can find out. Michael warns Kevin not to hack.

Avery arrives at the AC and says she wants to get married right away. Dylan tells her Joe got to her. She asks if he is ready to make her Mrs. McAvoy and he says no. Dylan tells her he will not let Joe dictate when they will marry. Avery tells him she has been waiting a long time to marry him and if she has to, she will wait because she loves him. Dylan agrees to get married now. Later Kevin arrives at CL and tells them that Victor is behind the redevelopment.

Kevin, Nikki, Paul
Nikki comes to see Paul and tells him she is only going to the AC to hear what Joe has to say and report to Dylan. She was hoping there is something Paul can do to help Dylan. Kevin says sketchy Joe should not be able to close down the warehouse district. Kevin finds it interesting that the one spearheading the project has not shown his face. Kevin says he has work to do and leaves. Nikki thanks Paul for not outing her about her drinking. Paul is concerned and asks what will happen the next time she is in a stressful situation. Nikki tells him that she is looking for a new sponsor. Paul gets a call from Cane telling him he is concerned about the crowd gathering outside the AC. Paul and Nikki leave. Kevin is at his desk searching Jeralamo.

Cane, Lily, Jill, Colin, Joe, Victor, Paul, Nikki, Dylan, Avery
Jill and Colin arrive at the AC and tell Lily and Cane that they are concerned about the crowd gathering outside in protest of the redevelopment. Joe explains to Lily how people will see how much good the redevelopment will do for GC. Jill sees Victor come in and warns him that Nikki would not appreciate him siding against Dylan. Jill accuses Victor of being disrespectful to Nikki, Katherine and Chancellor Industries. Victor tells her to run Fenmores and he will run CI. Later Joe tells Jill that he is confident his deal will go through. He is so sure that he is now looking for a permanent home in GC and walks away. Lily approaches and Jill tells her that if she had CI she could stop Joe’s project. Lily tells Jill that Cane recently talked about CI and that Jill should talk to him. Joe tells Colin he has been accepted as an investor and that by the end of the evening there will be many investors. Paul arrives and tells Victor he is there to make sure the crowd outside remains peaceful. Later Joe speaks to the gathering and outlines the plans for the redevelopment. Dylan and Avery rush in and Dylan goes straight to Victor and accuses him of selling everyone out and lying to everyone. Nikki asks if this is true. Victor says this is a business transaction and no one will stand in the way of it.

Mariah, Austin
Mariah and Austin are at the UG and Mariah complains to Austin that she is not happy cleaning up after all the rich and entitled people. She says he has no idea what is going through her head. He says he does and that she is trying to sort through her feelings of spending the holidays with people who cared about her. Austin tells her that Summer changed his life. Summer arrives and tells Austin she has decided to go back to school. Austin is very happy for her. Kevin arrives and tells Mariah he was hoping she could make this a better day for him. Mariah walks away. Kevin looks for Mariah and tells Austin that Mariah has been acting weird. In the meantime Mariah goes to Cassie’s gravesite and says “happy birthday sis”.

Jack, Summer
Summer comes to Jack’s and asks for his advice about her future. She tells him she wants a job she earned and not one that was just given to her. Jack suggests she go to college and she agrees this is a good idea.

Kelly, Phyllis
Kelly comes to Jack’s office saying she received his message that he wanted to see her. Phyllis says no, she wanted to see her. Kelly accuses Phyllis of sending the text. Phyllis tells her she is putting her on notice and to back off Jack and if she doesn’t she will be very sorry. Kelly tells her that she has not been trying to undermine Phyllis and Jack’s relationship. Phyllis shows her the ring and Kelly asks her if she is sure that Jack didn’t put it there because of guilt. Phyllis says Jack loves her and Kelly asks “then why are you worried about little old me?” Kelly calls Phyllis she is a vindictive monster. You hear a slap. Jack comes in and Kelly tells him Phyllis slapped her. Kelly tells Jack what happened and leaves. Phyllis denies that she slapped Kelly. Phyllis tells him Kelly needs time in therapy. Jack tells her to stop this because he loves her and they are getting married. Phyllis tells him she always has to fight for what is hers.
