So is it Phyllis that has a double personality or could it be Kelly? they are both obsessed with Jack. I hope they dont drag this on for 9 months
Could Kelly had poisoned herself to put blame on Phyllis? I have a feeling we are going to be thrown off and it will be Kelly that is a nut and always has been......

I dont think that Abby would do that to her mom....be the spy for Victor....

I also like Mariah and I like her with Kevin

I hope Sharon goes for Kicks Juggler if he does not back down!

Adam, Sage
At the AC Adam tells Sage that he wants to speed things up and get back to Chelsea. He pushes Sage to keep pumping Nick for information.

Nick, Faith, Sage, Sharon
Faith asks Nick if he loves Sharon. Nick explains to Faith that things happen and things don’t always work out they want. He points out that some of her friends have two dads. Faith goes upstairs and Sage comes to see Nick. Sage produces a year book from Nick’s last year at school. Faith comes down and Nick introduces Sage to her. Faith is unfriendly and takes her hot chocolate upstairs. Sharon comes to see Nick and asks what all the fun is about and sees Sage. Sharon said she brought Faith’s dolls clothes. Nick asks Sharon not to just drop in and to call before she comes to see him. Sharon leaves. Sage and Nick go through the yearbook. Nick tells her Gabe was a screw up in school but sees a big change in him. Sage knocks over a vase of flowers and spills the water over her pants. Nick tells her to get out of her clothes so he can dry them and Faith is listening. Nick puts Sage’s pants in the dryer. Faith calls Sharon and tells her she needs to come to Nick’s right away.

Chelsea, Sharon, Adam
Chelsea asks Sharon if she is prepared to play dirty and unless she is ready to fight with everything she has, Sharon’s love for Nick is going to cost Sharon her daughter. Chelsea tells her that she has to be uncompromising. She tells Sharon they will heartless about her. Sharon tells her she saw Nick and Sage and that she knows they are not seeing each other but it was creepy. Adam arrives to see Chelsea about the marketing plans. Sharon leaves. Chelsea says Jack told her he came with a great resume. Adam discusses his marketing vision and says she has come a long way from sitting at the club pretending to be a guest and Chelsea asks him how he knows that. He says he read about it in an interview she gave. She tells him she needs her space and perhaps they should meet at Jabot from now on. He agrees.

Lauren, Michael, Kevin
Lauren and Michael are at the CL and Michael suggests they try and live as normal a life as possible. He had his first treatment for his cancer. Kevin comes in and Lauren leaves. Michael says he needs Kevin’s help but could not say anything in front of Lauren. Michael tells Kevin he wants to rewrite his Will naming Kevin executor. Kevin asks why Michael wants to rewrite his Will now and is there is something he is not telling him. Kevin is upset and asks why him because he is not trustworthy. Michael goes through the list of people to be executor and he is the best choice. Kevin agrees to be executor.

Cane, Jill, Colin, Neil
Colin tells everyone that one of his investments is about to pay off big and Neil says there is only one place he would get that. Cane questions Colin where his investment is and Jill takes Colin aside. Neil tells Cane that Devon is out of town and does not know where he is. After his chat with Jill Colin joins Neil and says Devon got all this money and wonders if he can handle it. Neil tells him that Devon is fine and is seeing Gwen. Lily comes back to help Cane with a hotel problem. Colin leaves to make a call. He later receives a text saying his secret is safe with them.

Jill, Lauren
Jill asks Colin to tell her everything about this investment when Lauren comes in and Colin joins Neil at the bar. Jill sees Lauren is upset. Lauren tells Jill that Michael has cancer and Jill tells her that the lack of sex will bother Michael. Jill tells her that this will be the elephant in the room. Jill tells her their love has carried them through before and will carry them through this.

Hilary, Devon, Lily
Lily comes back from the spa and opens the door. Hilary asks why Lily is back so soon as Devon hides. Lily says her massage was moved to the afternoon and she is going to take a walk. She would like Hilary to go with her so they can get to know each other better. Hilary tells Lily that she and Neil have decided to hold off having a baby. She tells Lily she just can’t have a baby with Neil and starts to cry. Lily comforts her. Devon is listening. She tells Lily she needs to put Neil first and is worried Neil may start drinking again and needs to support him. Lily gets a call from Cane about the problem with a booking at the AC and Lily tells him maybe she should go home. With Lily gone Hilary tells Devon they cannot seem to end the affair. Devon says this is a once in a lifetime love and he cannot turn his back on it. They make love.

I just saw where Beau Kazer (the actor who played Brock, Katherine's son) died. I remember him from way back. Sad.

Jack, Phyllis
Jack apologizes to Phyllis and she accuses him of not trusting her and falling in love with a crazy woman who they are now stuck with. Later Dr. Cutler is back at Jack’s and Jack ask him about his other patients. Dr. Cutler says he cannot give him any information and had no idea the family did not give permission to treat Phyllis. Jack tells him a good lawyer could disclose what Dr. Cutler is did. The doctor asks if Jack is threatening him and Jack says not unless he tells Jack what he wants to know. Jack asks if any of his other patients are experiencing any side effects. The doctor says some have shown mood swings or lack of emotion and have lost their filters. Later Phyllis comes home and Jack says he wants the arguing to stop and Phyllis says she does not know if it is possible. Kelly walks in and tells Jack Phyllis poisoned her.

Kelly, Ben
Kelly wakes up and asks Ben what’s wrong with her. Ben tells her she had poison in her system, but not enough to kill her. She says this was not an accident, it was Phyllis. Ben tells her that is attempted murder and he will call the cops. She tells him she tried to make peace with Phyllis but had to step out and thinks Phyllis may have put something into her tea. Ben tells her that no man is worth her life. Kelly says Phyllis is making it impossible to rise above it all and that Phyllis can’t accept that Jack fell in love with someone else. Ben says Jack has moved on and Kelly should do the same. Kelly says she can’t let Jack marry that awful woman. Ben tells her to back off. Ben leaves. The doctor comes in and Kelly tells him she had handled some chemicals and obviously did not wash her hands properly and asks if she can leave.

Sharon, Faith, Nick, Sage
Faith calls Sharon and tells her she needs to come to Nick’s immediately. She cuts the call off when Nick and Sage come back. Faith asks Sage why she is wearing her daddy’s robe. Sage explains what happened. Faith tells her she shouldn’t be there because this is her time with daddy. Nick tells her to go to her room. Nick tells Sage that Sharon changed the paternity test. He says he does not want to turn Faith against Sharon. Sharon rushes in. Nick asks what’s going on. Sharon says Faith called saying it was an emergency. Nick tells her she needs to stop bursting into his home and needs to leave. Faith comes down and says she wants to go with Sharon. Nick asks Faith if she shouldn’t be punished for being rude and tells Sharon that Faith called her after she was sent to her room. Faith says she had a tummy ache and leaves. Nick tells Sharon to stop undermining him in front of Faith. Sharon sarcastically tells them to enjoy their evening. Nick tells her to knock next time.

Summer, Fen, Kevin
At CL Summer tells Fen marriage is going great and would be better if Mariah would keep her hands off Austin. Summer says Fen doesn’t know Austin and Fen says she doesn’t either. Summer accuses Fen of being judgmental. Fen tells her that the best thing that could happen is for Austin to cheat on her then she will see him for who he really is. Summer is very angry and leaves. Kevin comes to CL and Fen tells him he told Summer she made a mistake marrying Austin. Fen says some nasty things about Mariah. Kevin spots Mariah on the patio and goes to her.

Mariah, Austin, Kevin
Austin comes into the UG and tells Mariah her if she is not careful she might screw things up with Kevin. Kevin walks in and asks what about him? Mariah explains Austin was covering for her and says she has not made any passes at anyone since then. Kevin says good and she wants to know why he cares. Kevin tells her if he keeps her in check he can stop himself for imploding as well. Kevin leaves. She tells him they are just friends. Summer comes in and verbally attacks Mariah. Austin overheard her and tells her she did not have to be so mean to Mariah.

Phyllis, Victoria
Phyllis comes into the AC and tells Vicky she is looking for Kelly. Vicky says she has not seen her. Vicky says that Kelly only had a one night stand with Billy and admits she was upset at the constant contact between Billy and Kelly. Ben arrives and tells Vicky about Kelly and Phyllis. Ben tells her that Kelly is in hospital after being poisoned. Vicky defends Phyllis . Ben is also on the defensive. Vicky says Phyllis can be vindictive but there is something else going on here.

Faith, Sharon
Sharon asks what Nick and the woman were talking about. Faith tells Sharon that Nick told the woman to take off her clothes.

Jack, Phyllis, Kelly
Kelly tells Jack Phyllis poisoned her. Jack tells Kelly to leave. Kelly gives Jack her papers from the hospital as proof. Kelly explains to Jack how she was poisoned. Phyllis calls her a looney *****. Kelly produces what’s left of her tea and tells Phyllis to have a drink of it. Jack says NO and Kelly says “thank god you believe me Jack”. Jack says he is not taking sides. Kelly admits all she had in the cup was tea. Jack asks her to leave. Kelly tells him to be careful. Phyllis asks him if he believes she is capable of murder. Jack tells her he spoke to Dr. Cutler and the doctor said some have come out of the coma with a negative personality change. Phyllis says he is accusing her of being a psycho killer. She is so enraged she deliberately knocks a vase off the mantle and cuts her hand. Jack is stunned at her reaction. Phyllis is in tears and tells Jack she has issues and self-control and has been wondering why she is always angry. She asks him if she is losing her grip and asks if she could possibly have poisoned Kelly and not remembered. Jack tells her they will see this through and he will be by her side always.

Cane, Joe, Avery, Dylan
Cane comes to see Joe and tells him the community does not want to see CL and other mom and pop shops to disappear. Much later Avery comes to Joe’s suite and accuses Joe of being behind the threats which he denies. She tells him they are going to settle this before someone gets killed. She asks Joe what he wants and he tells her he wants her. Dylan bursts into the room.

Dylan, Avery
Avery asks Dylan to back off because he has been threatened. He tells her he is prepared and shows her he has a gun and says it’s legal. Joe comes in. Avery tells Joe he is not welcome there. Dylan gets another threatening call. Joe says they now know he did not make the previous call and leaves. Avery says the Joe just played Dylan. Dylan says he just played Joe. Dylan says this is going to end tonight and he does not want her to be any part of it. She leaves and Dylan gets the gun.

Jill, Colin, Lily, Cane
Jill explains to Colin how she can liquidate some of her assets and Colin tells her he can get the money for her to get CI. Colin tells her his investment is coming from a legitimate source. Later Cane and Lily tell Jill their best bet is for the warehouse deal to fail which would leave Victor strapped for cash. Lily asks Cane to check on a room with her. Colin comes back and tells Jill this time he is going to come through for her with his investment. Later Colin presents Jill with the money on a silver platter.

Lily, Neil, Cane
Neil tells Lily that he is going to surprise his wife. Cane joins them and Cane says that may not be a good idea. Neil realizes he has other commitments and choses to stay. He tells Cane he wanted to tell Hilary about the flashes of light but will wait for information from the doctor.

Hilary, Devon
Hilary and Devon are in bed and decide on a night out on the town. Hilary goes to change and Devon sees the message from Colin “hide and go seek, my favorite game, let’s play, by all means”. Hilary comes out and Devon tells her Colin is blackmailing him. Hilary says they both take care of Colin. Devon calls Colin. Colin threatens to tell Neil, who is steps away. Devon asks how much he wants. Later Devon meets Colin and tells him they are family and asks him to drop this and leave him and Hilary in peace. Colin says he has been protecting him and Hilary. Colin says he is only asking for a small portion of Devon’s fortune to protect Devon’s secret. In the meantime Hilary comes home and Neil tells her that he almost went to surprise her at the spa. He wants to make love to her to feel close to her. She says she is too tired.

Cane, Lily
Lily and Cane are in one of the suites and Lily strips for Cane and they make love. Later Cane and Lily bump into Devon and they ask if Devon will help with CI. Devon tells them his money is tied up.

Joe
In the park Joe pays the person who made the call to Dylan. He tells this person that he knows what to do next.

Lily, Kelly
Lily sees Kelly at the bar. Kelly tells her that Phyllis tried to poison her. She says she thinks Jack will handle it privately. Lily asks if she thinks Jack will come back to her after this. Kelly says the only thing that matters is to get Jack away from Phyllis.

Day Ahead Spoiler
- Chelsea tells Billy Gabe stopped by her studio and Billy wants to know what is with that guy constantly dropping in on her
- Sharon admits she betrayed him horribly and asks if he can get past it and Nick says he will try

But how did Phyllis know to go to suite 802 and not 702, which was hers? I think I missed that somehow. And how was Kelly able to jump on the hotel suite and flowers plan so quickly? It's not like she could've have a ton of time to plan and implement such a sinister plot!

Billy, Chelsea, Adam, Sage
Billy and Chelsea are at the AC and Chelsea tells him that Gabe dropped by to see her. She tells him that Gabe seemed too familiar and that Gabe seems to know too much about her. Billy thinks Gabe may be stalking her. Chelsea tells Billy she will keep Gabe at arms-length. Adam and Sage come into the dining room and he sees Chelsea so he kisses Sage. Chelsea seems a little unnerved when she sees him kiss Sage. Adam and Sage approach Chelsea’s table and Adam asks Billy for a report he need his meeting the next day. Adam introduces Sage as his girlfriend. Billy asks them to join them for dinner. After the party breaks up and Billy tells Chelsea he just wants to get to know Gabe better.

Adam, Sage, Nick, Noah
In the gym Sage tells Adam that she had been with Nick. Nick comes in and apologizes to Sage about Sharon. Adam tells him not to blame Sharon and then apologizes saying he is having a bad day. Noah arrives and Nick introduces him to Gabe and Sage. Noah takes Nick aside and tells him that Sharon is going to use the information Faith gave her about Sage. Nick explains what actually happened. Noah asks him to come and talk to Sharon before things get out of hand.

Faith, Sharon, Noah, Mariah, Kevin
Faith tells Sharon about her nightmare. Sharon tells her that she and Nick have not been getting along but they have lawyers and a Judge helping them decide what’s best for Faith. Noah arrives and Sharon tells him that Faith is devastated that Sage came to see Nick and she heard Nick tell Sage to take her clothes off. Sharon tells him she saw the situation for herself and is going to use this to bury Nick in court. Noah leaves. Sharon gets a call from David as Mariah and Kevin arrive. Sharon goes to see David. Faith comes down and asks where Sharon went and she thinks Sharon is angry because she told her about Nick and the lady in his robe. Mariah questions Faith and gets the truth about the way things really happened, but did not tell Sharon about the vase of water spilling all over Sage. Mariah tells Kevin she is going to withhold that information. Nick and Noah arrive. Faith runs into Nick’s arms and apologizes. Nick tells Faith she should have told Sharon the whole story. Sharon comes home and hears Nick say to Faith he doesn’t want Faith telling that story to anyone else. Sharon asks if he is coaching Faith what to say. Nick explains what happened and Sharon tells him that he upset Faith just by having that woman in his house. Sharon admits she betrayed him horribly and asks if he can get past it. Nick says he can’t and won’t. Sharon tells him to prepare himself when Faith tells the judge how she feels. Does he really think he will get full custody then? She tells him she is going to get a restraining order to keep Nick from coaching Faith before the court date. Nick warns Sharon not to turn Faith against him. Sharon says – when the judge asks Faith who she wants to live with Nick knows who Faith will choose.

Sharon, David
Sharon meets David at CL and Sharon tells him what Faith told h. He tells her they need to put Faith on the stand. Sharon tells him Faith did not like Avery either and David says this will put Avery in an awkward position when she cross-examines Faith.

Joe, Dylan, Avery
An Angry Dylan tells says he knows Joe had him beaten up because he wants Avery back. Joe tells Dylan he can’t control what Avery does. Avery tells Joe to stop because Dylan has a gun. Joe tells Dylan to go ahead and use his gun then they both lose. Dylan tells him he is capable of taking a man’s life in many other ways. Dylan says Avery should not even be there. Joe says Avery still cares about him or his wife would not have come to warn him about Dylan. Dylan tells him she is his ex-wife and she was there to protect him not Joe and they leave. Alone Joe makes a call and says he doesn’t know if he can get the deal to work because Dylan has lost it.

Avery, Dylan
Dylan and Avery come back to CL and Avery says she is glad he did not use his gun. Dylan shows her the gun was still in the metal box under the counter. He asks her why she was with Joe. Avery explains she went there to protect Dylan. Dylan says he went to warn Joe to stop trying to come between him and Avery and take his business away. If Joe doesn’t stop he will kill Joe. Dylan goes to the backroom and Avery calls Joe. Avery tells Joe to end this and that Dylan is not kidding. Joe says he will stop if she will spend one night with him. She tells him she will never choose him over Dylan. He wants her to meet him next Thursday.

Day Ahead Spoiler
- Cane asks Devon if he gave the money to Colin and if Colin knows about him and Hilary
- Jill tells Victor she is going to fight like hell
- Jack gives Kelly a hug as Phyllis comes out of the doctor’s office

I think it is all Kelly...I was at first thinking it was Phyllis but as it goes on it is looking more like Kelly....

Did you see Kellys eyes when stitch said that the cops would be investigating, her eyes got all panicky and so did her body language and than when the Doc said the same thing she jumped in saying...NO it was me...I must must have just used something to clean with that effected me......

I think this was a dream that Phyllis had....Victor has no reason to do that.....nor do I think would he......I think Phyllis is just questioning her sanity and that is because Jack is questioning it by believing Kelly....

I also still believe that it was Kelly that ran over Delia....is there any news on Kelly leaving the show? I hope it turns out to be Kelly making everyone feel so wrong about accusing and killing Adam......Adam has to be cleared...


Can we please have Devon come clean...this has gone on long enough.....same old same old....tell him and lets get on with poor little Neil falling apart because he cant keep a woman or a wife...maybe he needs to figure that out....

Jack, Phyllis, Psychiatrist
Phyllis tells Jack she thought she was ok but was wrong and wonders what that means for them. Jack says this is a relief and he has asked a psychiatrist to see her to get to the bottom of this. Phyllis tells Jack she thinks Kelly is winning. Jack and Phyllis go to see the psychiatrist. Jack explains the situation and leaves. The doctor asks Phyllis if she thinks there is a problem. Phyllis asks if she wants her to blow smoke so they can leave or tell her the absolute truth. Phyllis admits that she hates Kelly. The doctor asks if Phyllis thinks the medication could be causing her reaction to Kelly. Phyllis tells her she has no idea what is going on but all she had on her mind when she returned to GC was to get Sharon only to discover that Jack was in love with Kelly, who took her home, her fiancé and all her things. In the meantime, Jack is waiting for Phyllis and Kelly comes walking by. Kelly tells him to tell Phyllis she was not stalking them and she was just passing by. Jack tells her he is truly sorry. Kelly tells him that Paul is investigating. She tells him she will not be pressing charges and he has been through enough. Jack thanks her by hugging her as Phyllis comes out of the doctor’s office. Phyllis apologizes to Kelly about everything. Kelly leaves. Jack tells Phyllis that he has never been more proud of her. Back at home Jack she is not to question his love for her.

Kelly, Ben, Paul
Ben comes to the AC and sees Kelly at the bar. He chastises her for being at work and for signing herself out of the hospital. She tells him Jack has moved on. Ben asks if she still hopes to win Jack back. Paul arrives, and Ben leaves. Paul questions Kelly about the poison. He says since all the teapots have be sterilized he can pursue other avenues to find out where the poison came from. Paul says there has to be video footage. Kelly refuses to press charges. Kelly says that Phyllis is irrational and sees Kelly as a threat.

Vicky, Victor, Jill
Victor comes into the office and Vicky tells him that holding on to CI is hurting Newman and he should sell it. Victor refuses to sell it to Cane because he brought Bonaventure into CI. Later Jill comes to see Victor with the down payment. Victor says no deal until all the money is in his corporate account. Victor tells her Katherine would be ashamed of her offering money like a drug dealer. Jill tells him she will not stop fighting.

Jill, Colin. Lily, Cane, Devon
Jill and Colin are at the AC and Jill asks Colin where he got the money. Cane, Lily, Devon arrive and also want to know. He tells them a lucrative deal crossed his path. Devon tells Colin to tell everyone where the money came from. Lily pushes Devon asking why he can’t contribute to buying CI. Everyone pressures Devon for backing the purchase of CI. Devon refuses and walks away. Cane follows him and asks if Devon gave the money to Colin and does Colin know about him and Hilary. Devon says there is nothing to know and leaves. Cane then asks Colin where he got the money. Colin tells him not to worry, that he cost Cane his job at CI and this is his way of paying him back. Jill comes back to the AC and tells everyone Victor wants all the money now. Colin says there is more money where that came from.

Neil, Hilary, Devon
Neil wants Hilary to tell him what the problem is. She says a good wife would not have gone to the spa. Neil tells her he does not want her to coddle him. Hilary finds out that there is a chance Neil may regain his site. Neil tells her about the flicker of light. Later Devon comes to see Hilary and Hilary explains that Neil may regain his sight. She tells him that Neil can have his life back and they can have theirs. Devon tells her he can’t wait to let the world know it. They hug and break apart as Neil comes through the door. Neil tells Devon he wants to come clean with the family. He tells Devon that he knows Hilary loves him and they will have one hell of a life together.

Vicky, Ben
Vicky and Ben bump into each other at the park. Vicky tells him the christening is coming up soon and he should be there. Ben says he does not want to add stress. Vicky says Katie wants Ben there.

Lily, Kelly
After talking to Paul Lily sees Kelly at the bar. Kelly tells her she will not press charges and Phyllis apologized to her. She tells Lily Jack will realize that Phyllis is not the woman he loves.

I really liked the old Adam...but I am really really liking the new Adam!!!! How are they going to explain the Gabe and Sage dating thing to Nick? Sage is a bore to me but I think she's got something in store for the Newman brothers.

I think it's Kelly too. Looks like Phylis is going to get a big dose of her own medicine.

Phyllis, Victor, Paul
In Victor’s office Phyllis accuses him of rushing her recovery just for Sharon’s secret. Victor says she is right and maybe she should be back in her coma. He injects her hand with something. Phyllis wakes up. Paul arrives and asks how she hurt her hand. Paul says if she doesn’t tell him the truth, she will have to tell the DA. Phyllis says the DA hates her and that she (Phyllis) has already lost a year of her life. What more does Chris want? Phyllis tells him about having tea with Kelly. Jack arrives and tells Phyllis not to say another word. Jack says without Kelly’s testimony Paul can’t press charges. Paul says, we will see and leaves.

Chelsea, Nick, Sage, Adam
At the AC Nick tells Chelsea Sharon will put Faith on the stand. Chelsea says she hopes they can work it out. Nick says that Sharon is determined to bring up the half-naked woman in his house. He says that is not what happened. Nick spots Sage and she tells Chelsea that she rescued him. Chelsea leaves. Nick asks Sage about Gabe being her boyfriend. She tells him Gabe is her husband and it is a marriage of convenience. She explains Constance’s Will that Gabe had to be married in order to inherit. Adam comes in and kisses Sage and thanks Nick for keeping his girlfriend company. Nick says he knows everything. After Nick leaves Sage tells Adam she told Nick they were married. Adam accuses Sage of trying to cross him while Nick watches them from afar.

Jack, Billy, Adam, Chelsea
Jack informs Billy about Phyllis and to keep an eye on her because of the questionable medication Victor authorized for her recovery. Adam comes in and Billy mentions Gabe’s girlfriend, to Jack’s surprise. Jack gets a call from Ashley telling him the ESV has just taken all her samples. Billy offers to go and talk to her. Adam tells Jack about Sage and that her being his girlfriend is a ruse. Jack tells Adam he is playing a dangerous game and Adam says a game he is winning because it puts Chelsea ease. Adam tells Jack he just wants is to get his life back. Jack tells him to help in the lab and leaves. Chelsea walks in. Adam tells her she needs to stop stalking him and she smiles. Adam explains why he is there. Adam says a woman can bring out the best in a guy and you wouldn’t think a guy would think that way. Chelsea tells him to hang on to that and seems emotional. Later Billy comes back to Jack’s office and Chelsea tells him that Sage seemed closer to Nick than to Gabe.

Abby, Ashley, Billy, Ben
Abby names their new fragrance “Hex” and Ashley likes it. The ESB come to her lab to shut down her lab for using an unlawful tree root. Ashley says she knows who is behind this and says she is going to take back what is hers. Ben comes in and both Billy and Abby are suspicious of him and ask if Vicky gave him information. Ben says Vicky had nothing to do with it. Abby gets a text saying Vicky supported Victor. Ben says he is going to get to the bottom on this. Ashley returns looking for Ben. Abby tells her that Ben had nothing to do with this. Ben comes back he confirms he would not jeopardize his future. Ashley realizes they have been bugged and Ben finds it.

Chris, Paul
Chris comes to see Paul and says there is no file on Phyllis. Chris says that Phyllis is getting away with her misdeeds again. Paul says he will question Phyllis.

Victor, ESB, Ashley, Vicky
The ESB officer brings Ashley’s sample to Victor and leaves. Ashley arrives and asks Victor where her sample is and not to tell her he doesn’t have it. Ashley accuses him of corporate espionage. Victor pulls out her sample and says he developed a fragrance which was environmentally safe and he was holding it. Vicky comes in and Victor says that sample was developed in his lab and asks Vicky to confirm it. Ashley pleads with Vicky for help. Vicky sides with Victor. Ashley tells Victor this is not over and leaves. Vicky asks if he stole it from Jabot. Victor explains how this will save NC. Vicky comes out of Victor’s office and Ben confronts her about the fragrance. Vicky tells him it’s business and not personal. Ben says she chose Victor. Ben tells her he loves her - this isn’t her. She is better than this and leaves. Vicky storms into Victor’s office. He says espionage is part of business. Vicky says if this is how he does business she wants no part of it. She tells him that he will not be part of Katie’s life. She will raise her as an Abbott. She tells him to give the sample back to Ashley, call off the ESB or that little vial will be the only legacy he will ever have and leaves.

Day Ahead Spoiler
- Avery tells Kevin she will do anything to get “someone’s” confession on tape and out of our lives.
- Victor shows up at Katie’s Christening and Vicky asks him what he is doing
