My daughter was maybe 15 at the time when we first rode it. I think it took 5 times before she even saw the damn thing...even with me pointing it out to her. The ride would be over and I would say, "Did you see it this time?". Response, "No!". Are you kidding me??? It was really funny. Unfortunate that they didn't foresee the structural issues with a figure that large. I miss the arm swipe but it doesn't ruin the ride for me. It goes by so quickly anyway.

I agree that it is such a fast thing that I hardly miss it. I enjoyed the effect, but the backward helix and yeti projection are so much more a part of it, I don't think the average person noticed it much to begin with.

I just rode for the first time last month. I thought just the non moving Yeti was freaky. I cant imagine how cool it was when it moved. I'm not a huge coaster fan but i loved EE. I'm heading to AK next week and I'm definitely hitting this first

We were at Animal Kingdom last week and we rode Expedition Everest 5 or 6 times and everytime the Yeti was out hanging over our cars as we went by! It was the first time I had ever seen him.
