Hi Kimmy! I wish we had someone like you helping with yearbooks when I was in school. My HS yearbook was pathetic. Only B/W pics, most of them out of focus, poor labeling of pics, *way* too much whitespace and all aorund it was just pathetic. Oh well.

Not for a long time Got to save the money first.........and I just got back from YC shopping.
In and out in 15 minutes and $80 poorer...........but 3 large jars ($45) are for someone else. I mostly got tarts.

Thanks Jeannie. Yeah, after my back surgery my body decided to gain weight. Much more than I needed. These Jedi robes hid it well tho. So I've been fighting to lose it. But it kept following me. And following me And following me. I finally got rid of most of it (last I saw, it was in McD's & BK ). Um, Jeannie, pizza was last night, so you're just a tad late sabotaging the diet. Even had a brownie for dessert. But no beer. Hey... I work at home... Maybe I'll go have one now! LOL! Suuuurrrrreeee I will.

Nancy, no worries about the bid amount. I put it out there for an amount I'm happy to get. After selling stuff for a month now, I realized how much shipping really can cost. It's really a pain!!! Sheesh... it costs about $5 just to send a small box parcel post! That's not even Priority mail! Well, that's up to 2 pounds. Plus I gotta get the box...and tape... and stuffing.... I screwed up on two auctions where the same person got both items. I didn't adjust my shipping and ended up losing money on the whole thing. Even what I got paid for the auctions (some water bottles for $1 each). I really do hope you get the antenna ball. I know it's going to a good home if you get it.

I guess this is where scrapbooking comes in handy. Two of us that work on it are both scrapbookers... most of the yearbook is done in that style. We trim/cut the pics using our templates, lots of fancy shmancy cornering, lots of text and clipart, etc... it's definitely not your usual yearbook. We cram the pages with pics, and try to be as creative as possible. One of the things we did this year was implement a career day... all of the kids dressed up as what they want to be "when they grow up"... got some great pics from that.... we have camera day where the kids take pics and submit them, pages with siblings together, etc... it's fun, but a lot of work!

Hey! A yearbook project you guys might be able to help me with. I need "Goodbye" in several different languages. Who can help me out with this one???

If yer trying to decrease surplus body mass...none of these things are in 'the ball park'! Ok...ok....I know "but they taste good"...well....they *might* to ya now....but remember "dieting" will always fail....serious weightloss results from a change in your lifestyle (increased physical activity & a revision of food perspectives) the latter meaning....portion control...and what you eat. I used to "love" all those things....but....once you change your perception on what tastes good...you proably won't even like the empty calories of these foods anymore! I seriously get ill whenever I have a *numbspell* and eat fatty foods now...that's because over time your body and your mind become accustomed to either truely good food...or truely NOT so good food.
