Just finished making a smoothie...have it in the freezer, I need it really cold.

My DDs are making me laugh tonight. Cassie didn't eat her dinner so I told her no ice cream. Cassie has informed Mandy that she is just going to eat her ice cream since she can't have any. Mandy is quite upset that her ice cream is going to be taken away. Cassie has learned quick. When she does get ice cream she eats really fast so she can come eat some of mine before I am finished.

Sherry, I exercised at lunch today. I would have loved to go for a walk after work, it was 50 degrees and the sun was shining. Hope to walk this weekend with it getting in the 60s. If shep gets home from golfing early enough
