Well, dd is still sick. She is running a fever. The wonderful doctor says that she has a virus (therefore no antibotics) and that if she starts to get "green" stuff out of her nose to get a prescription filled for Ceftin. I am asking our dis experts here...day 5 (since last Thur. eve) fever, doctor on Fri...WHAT DO I DO? Thanks!

Well, I am off to find some Spirit clip art since that is what dd wants for her birthday (March 3).

Well, I just took it with one of those ear thermoters and it was at 102. I don't know how accurate that is though. She is sleeping all day....just not herself... OH, and she is coughing and I can hear the congestion in her nose when she breathes. I have been giving her triminic flu(cough, fever) and motrin.

Hmmmm....poor little thing. I still would hold off on the antibiotics. if he saw her today and her ears are clear and he hears nothing in her chest....probably a "bug". Buuuuut....if I saw anything tuning the slightest shade of green I would fill that antibiotic! Motrin is good!

Truthfully I have no idea what has been going on with Joe Millionaire. I am watching the final episode because I am interested in how people react to situations like that (did too many relationship studies in college and I am hooked on situations that are out of the ordinary). Truthfully not sure who is who on these.

Michele, I had a terrible time with the ear thermometers. They were always really off!! I switched to oral after a while.

Michele i just saw that you are giving her Triaminic flu AND Motrin? I don't know what that triaminic has in it but if it has tylenol ya don't want ot give it and the motrin at the same time. You can give them (tylenol and motrin) 2 hours apart....or just give a cough med with the motrin.
