The Wilderness Must Be Explored (for 15 days!)- A Mother/Daughter Trip! NEW 3/6

Wow Lauren you've been busy, so many updates :faint:

Now lets see what I can remember :rotfl2:

I love your Visa photos they are just so much fun :)

Your Le Cellier meal looked yummy and how great you had a great server!

The AK musical instrument sounded interesting and how fantastic you got to share with your students.

I love mickey bars, pixie dust, and towers.

After Dinosaur, we walked over to see what the wait was at Pocahontas. It was a long line and I didn't feel like waiting today. That was definitely a benefit of being at Disney for so long. We had the ability to spread out our priorities!

Instead, we decided to get a Mickey bar to snack on as we wandered out of the park.

I do believe it was more "me" than "we". I remember being hot and knowing that we were going to walk through the park I had time for a snack (a.k.a. pre-lunch appetizer) And one can NEVER go wrong with a Mickey Bar! They are just so easy to eat!

WP_20130813_007_zps71976998.jpg

Let's watch while Mama enjoys her Mickey bar...

Really? I don't think anyone needs to see THAT. Oy. :mickeybar

Hands down, Mickey Bars are the BEST. The chocolate is so crunchy, the ice cream is so creamy, and it is just pure Disney goodness! Yummy!!!!

And so easy to eat! (remember this for a future update)

Obviously, you can't get them at home, but we've found that Dibs come close in taste!

We walked out lazily, exploring the exhibits in the Oasis, since we never stop to do that. We also found a father/daughter to give extra Expedition Everest FP- so they didn't go to waste. We love giving extra pixie dust where we can!

On the way out, we stopped in Guest Relations. Mama still needed to link her AP to My Disney Experience so that I could make her FP+ reservations for our second week. It took about an hour inside guest relations but the problem was finally figured out! While we were there, we filled out a comment card for both our guest relation CM and Dani (the one who showed us about the instrument.) We try to fill these cards out as often as possible. The guest relations CM tried really hard to get us to not fill one out for her, insisting that it was just a part of her job, but we didn't listen. We can be a bit stubborn ;)

Seriously though - spending an hour with us and really didn't want a comment card? A true CM that enjoys her job. And all the magic band stuff was new and I do recall her enjoying the technology of it all.

I also figured out that my AP could interact with the FP+ kiosks that were inside of Guest Relations. The CMs thought that was really cool and I was prepared to be able to use FP+ at other parks. Later, I found out that I wasn't allowed to do that without an actual Magic Band even though my AP worked!!! (This was August, so still earlier in the roll out/testing phase)

Random observation. As we walked out to the bus stop, we saw a girl basically wearing just a bra and a boy with his shirt hanging open walk up to the gate and then get sent back. Thank goodness. I'm glad that Disney has some standards. Although, I must admit I was surprised by some clothing choices that I saw during this trip!

I have seen some questionable clothing choices but this was beyond family appropriate. If memory serves me correctly it was a white bra looking kind of top. Lauren and I both hoped someone would stop them. And so it was satisfying to know that they were not admitted and sent back to the buses. Good job CMs!

As we were waiting, we met a little boy with his father and grandfather. It was their first trip! We told them about fastpasses and explained that yes, they were free. They looked a little stunned and basically said, "So, we didn't have to wait in that long line for Kali?" "Nope!" Luckily, it was only the 2nd day of their trip, so I'm hoping they had lots more chances to use FP-! We also gave the boy his first ever trading pins. We explained how you can trade with cast members and he looked so excited. He pinned them to his shirt and looked so proud!

Spreading the Pixie Dust!!!

The bus ride back ended up taking about 30 minutes because we stopped at Blizzard Beach. We decided to go for lunch at Sassy's.

We each got kids sandwiches. I had turkey and Mama had tuna. They have a bar with lettuce, tomato, etc. so you could bulk up the sandwich beyond just meat, cheese, and bread.

The meals originally came with carrot sticks but we substituted with grapes.

WDWAugust2013Mother-DaughterTrip378_zpsab503763.jpg

WDWAugust2013Mother-DaughterTrip380_zpsd6c00af5.jpg

This lunch was really quite satisfying. The "normal amount" of food and it tasted good. And what is it about cold grapes that taste sooooo good on a hot day?

After lunch, I went to the gift shop and got some more cold meds and pin traded for a super cute Minnie Mouse pin for Mama!

Went back to the room. Did some internet surfing on my phone. Thought about going swimming, but I decided on a nap instead. It was much needed!

We slept for about an hour and woke up at 4:30. We got refreshed, brushed the hair again, and changed shoes.

TIP: I found it very beneficial to change shoes every afternoon. It kept my feet from becoming sore as quickly. If you wear flip flops all day every day or even the same sneakers all day every day, it is very easy for your feet to break down in the same "pattern". By changing shoes, your feet keep readjusting. It really helped me.

We were out the door at 5pm, headed for Hollywood Studios! Our bus ride went through all of the Riverside stops again. This did get annoying after awhile. I didn't remember having to stop at Riverside as much the last time we stayed here.

Hollywood Studios!!! We arrived about 5:30.

It was very funny seeing this Monster's University display. I saw it in April when it was in Epcot!

WDWAugust2013Mother-DaughterTrip386_zps1d395496.jpg

WDWAugust2013Mother-DaughterTrip387_zps3d810043.jpg

First stop was Guest Relations because I wanted to try and make a FP+ reservation using my AP. Ummm...the CMs were basically guarding the machines with their lives. In hindsight, it is hilarious. They were like "MyMagic+ Secret Service Agents." At the time, it was really annoying. I was like, I know this will work. But you won't let me! Grrr.

They should have been dressed like The Men in Black and had badges and sunglasses. Perhaps we should have asked for I.D.?
MMSSAs? You crack me up! :dancer:

On the way up the street, we ran into these awesome photopass guys. I can't quite remember what happened (Mama, can you remember?) but somehow, I ended up with this picture instead:

WDWAugust2013Mother-DaughterTrip388_zps804c227c.jpg

I know we decided to get a pic with the Hat so we walked up to them as they were chatting away. Such nice guys. And we politely asked for a picture and some sort of joking ensued which ended up with me asking for their picture. They thought that was awesome and happily obliged.

Time to return to my favorite hotel ever! THE TOWER OF TERROR!! We pulled 3 FP- apiece. So I really can't complain about the whole FP+ issue. I just wanted to play with new technology!

After pulling FP-, we rode standby. We basically walked right into the library.

Thank you for joining us. Please, no flash photography, dancing, or holding on to the handrails for the ride. Any questions?

Too late.

OK peoples..... never be afraid to ask questions. This just might be your last ride here at the Hollywood Tower Hotel. (cue scary maniacal laugh)

So....did you not hear the instructions. No holding on to handrails people! Seriously, this is one of the most low energy ride photos ever. Back row represent!

Well, at least I listened to the instructions on this ride (BTMR jog your memory)

Apparently, I chose a good day to get caught up on my TR's. Great updates. I love that you used all your keys and APs to get FP. Clever girls!

Thank you! :) It was awesome!!! I was so glad that I thought of using all of our cards!

Let's keep you upright because it looks like a few more are coming today...I'm on a roll! :thumbsup2

It took awhile, but we learned how to do character meets the "right way", as in not just "smile, hug, picture, good-bye". It takes some improv skills! That one was a rare exception though. I still have a lot of duds!

Lauren to Tower...again!

It felt so great to be home. I absolutely love this ride!

After our stand-by ride, we decided to find some dinner. We had a reservation at Sci-Fi for later in the trip, but we wanted to see if we could get in tonight. We checked at the Guest Relations kiosk by the hat to see if there was any availability. No go.

But before we left, we checked their trading boards. ALWAYS CHECK THE GUEST RELATIONS TRADING BOARDS. They had a lot of good ones! Some were definitely real and good quality, but I just didn't like them. Then I found a Dinosaur ride pin!!! LOVE IT! It is one of my favorites and it started my obsession with collecting ride pins.

We meandered over to Pizza Planet for dinner. On the way, we saw this great window!

And of course I had to take a picture for my music loving daughter! But seriously, what other amusement park thinks of these things? (Walt, your Imagineers are doing you proud!)

WDWAugust2013Mother-DaughterTrip406_zps33550ae6.jpg

All in the details!

Then we came to a very, very sad section of the park. Our beloved Muppets were in refurb.

WDWAugust2013Mother-DaughterTrip408_zpsedb9b2d5.jpg

We talked with a CM who was outside of the attraction. She says that some of the CMs who once worked inside the attraction now have to take shifts standing outside of it, explaining to guests that it is down for refurb. What a sad day!

We shared her pain.

WDWAugust2013Mother-DaughterTrip411_zps4ce98ef0.jpg

LOVE the CMs that want to play along! Fortunately, it will be back open on our next trip and we can go find the key!

We decided to have some Muppet-y fun anyway!

WDWAugust2013Mother-DaughterTrip409_zpsfa8e4b29.jpg

Hey there Sweetums! It's not nice to hit the guests!

WDWAugust2013Mother-DaughterTrip410_zpsb7c7584b.jpg

We decided to go to Pizza Planet for dinner!

It was a first for us, so I decided to check out the decor and see if I approve. Now, I appreciate that there IS a Pizza Planet. I just feel that Disney is missing a huge opportunity here. They could have done a much better job of making this place actually look like the real Pizza Planet.

WDWAugust2013Mother-DaughterTrip416_zps89851cb7.jpg

Just imagine if their doors opened like the ones in the movie...... That would be pretty cool! But if a younger kid needed a break in the A/C it is a nice place to be. And the upstairs was not very busy at all so it made for a quieter dinner.

WDWAugust2013Mother-DaughterTrip417_zpse3ce4c02.jpg

A mural does not Pizza Planet make!

However, the food was good! Personally, I'm a fan of Disney pizza. But then again, I'll usually eat just about anything.

We were each pretty hungry, so we both got our own pizzas (a cheese for me, and vegetable for Mama) but we got them without the sides. It's cheaper! However, we made up for it with a cupcake to share!

WDWAugust2013Mother-DaughterTrip412_zpsf5e6a3b9.jpg

Excuse me while I get a napkin to wipe my chin....

We had the strawberry cream cupcake.

WDWAugust2013Mother-DaughterTrip413_zps3279a1a7.jpg

Now, I'm not going to lie. I got this cupcake partly because we got to HS too late to get a Starring Rolls cupcake, which I have been looking forward to for months. And this more than made up for it!

WDWAugust2013Mother-DaughterTrip415_zps20e722a9.jpg

If you can imagine a strawberry in cupcake form, this is what it would taste like. It was very moist and absolutely delicious. It almost tasted like a strawberry milkshake!

After dinner, it was back to the Tower to use these beauties:

WDWAugust2013Mother-DaughterTrip418_zps20f7feda.jpg

*waving to Lauren* I can see you in the reflection!

Very glad we had FP- because the standby line was growing the closer it got to dinner/Fantasmic time.

Please enjoy a few more Tower pictures. (You're not that upset, are you ;))

WDWAugust2013Mother-DaughterTrip419_zps19209a3e.jpg

Just look at how big the lobby is for this ride. Part of me says - What a waste of indoor space - but then I realize the wonder of the Magic that it takes to put you in the movie as you go on this ride. And ummm... check out those really cool hanging lights!

WDWAugust2013Mother-DaughterTrip420_zps428be9f2.jpg

A long walk down the hallway where you go to meet your elevator operator. He will "take care of you"

WDWAugust2013Mother-DaughterTrip421_zps48e9496b.jpg

We took 2 more trips in the elevator before we gave away our last set of FP- to a couple.

The last elevator operator was AMAZING. (creepy voice) "Before I go, is there anything anyone needs....to late." (Doors shut) I love when they get in character like that!!!

Front and center!

Love the boy's face sitting behind Lauren!

Photo0158FourBySix_zps594ee736.jpg

That makes 3 rides in one evening. One stand-by and two with FP-. We could have had a 4th, but we decided to move on to our next adventure!

Next Post

Some exploring, some drawing, some more eating...

After leaving the tower, we decided to do some shopping. We've actually never done a lot of shopping in HS. Just never seems to be a priority here. So it was lots of fun to explore the shops along the street.

WDWAugust2013Mother-DaughterTrip427_zpsf07ecae2.jpg

We ended up in the Animation building. First, we had to figure out which Disney princesses we are!

WDWAugust2013Mother-DaughterTrip430_zps8ab15347.jpg

Who could it be???

WDWAugust2013Mother-DaughterTrip431_zps81cee7f9.jpg

Mama is Cinderella! Of course!

My turn!

Belle is great! (I just wish Pocahontas was included in this little quiz!)

Since we are such fabulous artists, we decided to wait for the next Animation class.

WDWAugust2013Mother-DaughterTrip435_zps41c282ab.jpg

It's Donald Duck! And it's a HAPPY Donald Duck!

Our animator had us draw Vanellope von Schweetz, from Wreck-It Ralph. Wouldn't be my first choice, but it was a fun class!

Mama's:

Lauren's:

I love this picture! If you look carefully, Donald is drawing what he sees. It's a really neat piece of art. And it has Donald, so how could it not be awesome?

Hey...I think I know these two!

Photo0159FourBySix_zps2148052c.jpg

We walked down the shops along Hollywood Boulevard on the way out. We were ahead of the 9:30 post-Fantasmic rush, which was awesome.

We walked right up to a bus and we were home very quickly. We grabbed our refillable mugs from Sassy's, since we hadn't done that yet. Mine is purple and Mama's is orange. We even picked up a green one for my sister. Back in April, she kept looking for a green one (her favorite color) but they didn't have one. Surprise!

Mama got an ice cream sandwich for snack and I decided to be different and went with a cookie. It was a disappointing cookie. Dry and crumbly. But you live, you learn.

The right choice...

WDWAugust2013Mother-DaughterTrip457_zps12d10540.jpg

The wrong choice...

WDWAugust2013Mother-DaughterTrip455_zpsaa2160e7.jpg

We watched Maid in Manhattan and were both asleep by 1am.

Why such an early night? Jeeze - you would think that we actually did something this day! Can you believe that this day started waaaaayyyyyy back when at Tusker House for breakfast?!?!?!??!? Absolutely amazing! Nothing really to add to this post except that Mickey sandwiches are delicious and I was having a bad hair night in that last picture. umm..... yup. that's about it! :p

Wow you're a posting demon!!!

OK don't slate me but I don't really like Mickey bars, I know :faint: I just don't really like the chocolate

You're very kind giving away your extra FP's, we always do that too and can't believe how difficult it is to do sometimes, people think we're trying to con them :rotfl2:

Wow and another!!!

Now the Mickey Sandwiches I do like, they're delicious :)

What a full day you've had :thumbsup2

I just read your intro and am glad I can now go back and enjoy your entire report! I can just tell that it is going to be FUN!

Ahhhhh.....no Mickey Bars. What to do? What to do!? Hmmm.... banning you from our TR seems a bit harsh :rotfl: I GUESS it's okay ;)

Yes! People think you are just trying to trick them! Or they aren't used to people being nice. I hope it becomes a moment of pixie dust during their trip that they'll remember. I remember the few times I've been gifted with extra FPs. It's awesome! Especially TOT ones. Never been given Toy Story ones though. That would probably make me cry with joy.

I just read your intro and am glad I can now go back and enjoy your entire report! I can just tell that it is going to be FUN!

Welcome!!! Glad you're here and I hope it is fun! (Or crazy. Whichever word suits us best!)

Keys to the Kingdom- Part One

I woke up at 7:30 to the dulcet tones of Mike Wazowski. Welcome to another Disney day!

So I looked up the definition for dulcet and it said "pleasant to the ear and melodious". Sorry Mike, you are anything BUT melodious! He definitely has a way with words.

We must have been moving super speed that morning, because we left the room at 8:15.

We dressed up like Princesses today, complete with little "headband" tiaras. It was a Magic Kingdom day!

We got to the park just as the welcome show was going on. They held us at the Mickey readers (but I still wrote 'ticket turnstiles' in my journal---haha) until the show was over and soon we were off into fantasy.

No more tickets? No more plastic room keys? No more triple dipping with bands and room keys and annual passes??!?!??!?!?! Hmmmmmm....... Oh well.

First stop was City Hall. I had to get all of my postcards stamped of course!

WDWAugust2013Mother-DaughterTrip459_zpse0c50079.jpg

Perhaps if the USPS would use these postmarks they would drum up alot more business :thumbsup2

No big deal. Just putting my postcards in the Magic Kingdom mailbox.

WDWAugust2013Mother-DaughterTrip458_zps42e47a2d.jpg

We pin traded down Main Street and went to Starbucks for a drink. Neither of us are fans of coffee (shocking, I know) but we do enjoy their other selections. It wasn't terribly busy in there. I think we only waited for one or two other groups. Mama got a Valencia Orange Refresher and I had a strawberry smoothie. Both were very satisfying. To round off our breakfast, we shared a pack of grapes and a plain croissant that we had picked up from Sassy's back at POFQ.

I rarely go to a Starbucks. Usually for a hot chocolate on a bitter cold day. Our local Target has a store inside it's store so it can be very convenient. And I really enjoyed the grapes and croissant. Just enough breakfast on a hot day :3dglasses

We headed back up Main Street and went to the Chamber of Commerce. Why? It was time to check in for our tour! Today was the day for the "Keys to the Kingdom" tour!!!

Spoiler alert: They don't actually give you a key to unlock the door!

Since a lot of the tour is about hearing information, and "being in the moment", we didn't focus on getting a lot of pictures. Plus, you can't take pictures backstage anyway. We weren't going to be "those" people ;)

My poor little camera had to be tucked away so much that when we were able to take pictures I just didn't go nutty. Oh well...... This chapter is like a book with no pictures -- just use your Imaaaaaaaginaaaaation!

But we did get some pictures...and we did get a lot of information! Even better, we had a wonderful time and learned a lot about a very wonderful and special place for us!

Our tour began at 9:30. Just before it began, we put on our fancy earpieces. It is a little odd having someones voice inside your head. But you get over it very quickly because it makes the experience so much better!

Our fearless leader.

WDWAugust2013Mother-DaughterTrip460_zps0d36fbb9.jpg

I loved all of the onstage touches. As much as you try, it is so hard to notice all of the attention to detail. I had always known of the Roy Disney window, but never taken the time to actually stand and look at it! How funny is that? Same with the singing voice lesson window. I knew it existed, but never went to actually stand under it! I always seem to get side tracked by Big Thunder Mountain somehow...

Did you know that the Town Square Theater hides the view of the Contemporary from that part of Magic Kingdom?

Very interesting factoid. I don't know about the other tours, but they use the 9:30 tour as a "human fence" to block traffic surrounding the trolley show. Just before it was supposed to start, our guide led us in a straight line, shoulder to shoulder across the street, effectively closing it off. This was PERFECT because guess what? We had the best viewing spot ever.

Disney has quite the talent under it's roof. Dancing and singing and all the happy faces to go with it :dance3:

We talked a lot about transitions. Disney is big on transitions. Between lands, between music, during attractions, you name it! The transition between Main Street and Adventureland is so subtle but it is so brilliant.

I've always noticed the music transitions. As a music person, I tend to notice "music things" often. But I never noticed the plants changing subtly, or the wood accents changing. I like that the transitions never seem harsh.

Thinking about "other" theme parks in the area, one thing that struck me about them is that they have no transitions. It was almost like a chalk line was drawn between sections. Here is your side, and here is your side. We do not cross. Ever.

I know exactly what you mean! That "other" park just changes the surrounding colors at the line of demarcation. Slow transitions are so much more inviting.

We rode Jungle Cruise. This was very cool because it was closing for refurb the next day!

The "silent" skipper.

WDWAugust2013Mother-DaughterTrip468_zpsb4fd9c5d.jpg

On a tour, the skipper does everything "like normal" when in ear shot of other guests. As soon as it is safe, the tour guide takes over and the fun begins!

Enjoy some awesome Jungle Cruise pictures ;)

Ahh I loved the Keys tour.

Interesting tidbit with the "human fence". Pretty clever.

AHHH! I completely forgot to mention!

Remember- it is YOUR fault that we went on this tour! Ha!
I read your TR and it convinced me to schedule it!

So......Thanks!!!!:goodvibes

Sounds like you've had a great start to your tour and so interesting about the human fence, Disney really does think of everything :rotfl2:

Yes. Move over MyMagic+. The next wave of cutting edge theme park ideology is here!

Keys to the Kingdom Tour- Part Two

just a warning...almost no pictures ahead...sorry!

Continuing on with our tour....in Liberty Square: notice the numbers on the buildings. While they are unique addresses, they are in fact years.

The tree has lanterns for each of the colonies.

We went to Columbia Harbor House for lunch. Can you believe I have never eaten here??? We had to wait outside for a bit while they got our tables ready. Then we were taken upstairs by our lunch coordinator (tour guides still get a regular lunch break away from their normal job!) and found our lunch tables. We were assigned seats and our meals were delivered to us soon after sitting down. (Efficiency!)

We got a window seat which was really nice. A chance to relax and some food for the tummy. I think our tour guide had lunch with some of the other members of the group.

And now for something totally unbelievable. But true.

In a crazy one-in-a-million moment, we happened to be seated at the table next to a couple who had JUST BEEN TO WOLFEBORO, NH ALSO!

First of all, how many people have been to Wolfeboro? That teeny, tiny town in New Hampshire? And how many people just happen to go there before going to Disney? RIDICULOUS!

They were a Mom and Dad that had taken a trip alone to Disney. No kids. And just to be safe -- the boys didn't even know where they were going!

Lunch was good! (Sorry, I don't have pictures!) We ordered the chicken and Harvest Salad and then divided it up between us. It was a very good choice! And of course, I guzzled lots and lots of water.

Went to the Haunted Mansion. We talked about the Hidden Mickey plates on the dining table. Apparently the various workers in the Haunted mansion like to move things on the table. Specifically, sometimes the dining plates. Sometimes they look like a Mickey head and sometimes they do not.

We waited in this narrow back hallway before going out to ride. Just seeing the different CMs walking through was pretty cool. We are so used to the magic of everything and that is awesome....... but there is just something about seeing the "unknown"

I also found the Hidden Mickey in the palm of the Grim Reaper in the graveyard. Very cool! There are cool things outside too. Look inside the hearse sitting just outside!!

And then we went BACKSTAGE!!!

We went into the area where the floats for the parades are kept. We saw a lot of the Christmas floats, which was very neat, especially since it was August. To be honest, I wasn't listening as much. I was more interested in trying to read as much as I could off of the walls. You know, schedules, safety information, cast member instructions...all of the really day to day internal "boring" stuff. It was neat to see how everything really functions!

I was doing the same exact thing! We probably looked like little kids in a candy store with our mouths open wide! :hyper:

We saw the backstage areas of character meets. Behind every "entrance" to the stage area there is a mirror and a pole. When entering the stage, the CM will use the mirror to make any necessary adjustments, and when leaving the stage area, they will use the pole to rest their head. It allows them to stay as cool as possible, especially during breaks. There is also a rest area, usually a bench or something.

Just to clarify -- she is talking about the costume heads like Mickey and Minnie or the Beast! These CMs are not leaning their bodies against a pole. :rotfl:

The train also poses a problem, because people can partially see into backstage areas. No one wants to be enjoying the train ride with grand-daughter when they come across Headless-Mickey! So the train whistle alerts all cast members! They can get back into character just in time to preserve the magic and save the show.

Down into the Utiladoors. The advertised pinnacle of this tour!

So my honest opinion? Imagine a service hallway. There ya go! You don't really get to wander much. In fact, they have to make it more interesting by adding Disney memorabilia. I have never heard the entirety of the Walt Disney story, including all of Roy's contributions. Walt Disney was planning to the end. I seriously almost teared up.

I never knew that Main Street isn't that long! Forced perspective does amazing things!

Once you finish the Utilidoors, the tour wraps up very quickly. It was a long day, but a very enjoyable one!

We went right out the exit and back to the resort. We had sort of a late lunch #2 since we had a late dinner planned. I had quesadillas and Mama had a cheesesteak.

We watched Friends on tv and ate some food.

Then I had what can basically be called a Magic Band disaster. Our next resort stay was at the YACHT CLUB!!! Awesome, right? Well, that happened to be a Magic Band testing resort. We were due to get our Magic Bands there on Sunday. I had them shipped to the resort since we were doing all this switching around (and since we had been away from home before our Disney trip. I didn't want to miss them in the mail.)

I took a bus from POFQ to Hollywood Studios to the Yacht Club to ask if I could pick up our Magic bands early. The bus transfers took quite awhile, but I knew that was going to happen. But that wasn't the worst part.

The first CM had to get another to help. Then the second CM had to get a manger. Then THAT CM had to figure out how to get into a locked office. (All of this was taking a lot of time, obviously.) Finally, after waiting around for awhile, they bring out the box of Magic Bands! Yay! They open the box and show them to me!

AND THEN SAY I CAN'T HAVE THEM.

What??????

First of all...if I had gotten them shipped to my house, I would have already had them in my possession. You wouldn't have had any control over that. Second. If you weren't going to give them to me anyway...

DON'T WASTE MY TIME BY SHOWING THEM TO ME.

Then I had to reverse the bus process.

While I was doing this, I believe Mama took a nap.

Pretty sure that I enjoyed my time way more than Lauren -- just sayin'

I wasn't in the greatest mood, but soon we were going back to the Magic Kingdom and all would be well!

Nightlife at Magic Kingdom

We made our way back to the Magic Kingdom! Yay! We decided to spend the evening at Magic Kingdom after the tour so we could enjoy all of our new found knowledge.

We walked up Main Street, just enjoying the atmosphere. We pin traded, of course, and had some fun making silly videos.

And of course, more castle pictures!

Never enough Castle Pix! Take a whole lot of them and you can see something different every time! Look! I am standing right next to Mickey! (Or at least my head is.....)

Pretty flags. We didn't stop and meet Merida though. Her line was too long for our taste.

While I was getting the tag cut off my Minnie ears, Mama saw Pooh and Tigger coming out to play! They are so cute holding hands!!!

It's a little bit blurry. I was so excited when I saw them coming from back stage and took a just a bit too long to get the camera ready.

Mama got a FP- for Buzz Lightyear for 7:55-8:55. In the meantime, we got dizzy on the teacups!!!

I am sure there is a scientific explanation behind this giant ball of stone/granite, but it was so cool that you could move it all around.

We're super galactic heroes. But especially me.

The evil Zurg.

I finally bought my all time favorite Toy Story shirt outside! Of course I didn't get a picture of it. But it is a kids shirt. And it is blue. And it has all of the characters. But my favorite is Rex with Mickey ears holding a Mickey bar.

I love the Carousel of Progress! I know that a lot of people find it boring, but I think it is neat how it is put together.

Everyone sing: "There's a great big beautiful tomorrow!"

Oooooooooo......

You have saved our lives and we are eternally grateful!

One good....one bad!

Stitch = bad. Monsters Inc = good! (Just our opinion)

We met the funniest Photopass CM----Coral! She was so energetic and really loved her job! She said that we stole Minnie's ears and shrunk them though. I promise we didn't!

Please enjoy "Photo-shoot Ala Coral"

Aren't you glad I made you stop so i could take a picture?!?!!?!?

We went out the gates...but didn't go to the buses. We were walking over to the Contemporary for our late dinner---at Chef Mickey's!
