I hope those pictures were alright! I'm still an amatuer here lol Hopefully one day I'll be able to take pictures like DisneyNutz :)

Great pics. Our first night I went back to the room around 9 pm and heard this banging and thought we had bad annoying people next door and then I realized it was Wishes:lmao: I was numb from no sleep.

Thanks for the pics, Newb. Thye are beautiful. I can't wait to go "home" to the Lodge next Dec!!!:cool1:

I've never stayed WL. We've always loved it and thinking of it for our next trip. :cool1:
We like extra space which is a nice advantage to the club level.
But are the junior suites necessary if we decide to stay club level?
I think I read they aren't are on the same floor as the lounge. Is it just as nice and easy with a regular room on the same floor as the lounge?

Does anyone know the days Ranger Stan works at WL? Does he have a regular schedule?

I was wondering if the Wilderness Lodge has a wifi connection in the main lobby?

On the same note, is there anyway to check in online for Southwest airlines at this resort. I know it is not a preferred airline, but if they have internet access, I could check in right? Thanks so much.

Just found this thread. We are staying at WL in June and can't wait. I don't have time to read it all right now, but I will.

Thank you all so much. I am so excited.

The junior suites are on the 2nd, 3rd, 4th, 5th and 6th floor and the lounge is on the 7th floor. I think you also have to pay extra for lounge access.

Thanks for sharing newb!!!! Also thanks for posting the view from your room. My husband was worried the standard room view was going to be really bad... it doesn't look that way to me!!!
2 weeks for us and I can hardly wait!!

There is a thread on the DVC boards that is for WL "groupies". You can go ask over there. There are people over there that are very close to Ranger Stan. I know they have posted his days recently but I don't remember what they are. They are a very friendly group and would not mind answering this question again.

Thanks so much Lori, I'll go check it out now.

Hello again - I haven't been an active participant on this thread for about a 1 and 1/2 but kept my subcription going strong.

Today I booked the WL for a quick get a way in March. We were going to do CBR, but called WDW reservations and the WONDERFUL CM got us the WL for cheaper than what I found.

I have much reading to catch up on and I can't wait.....Welcome Home to Me

If you go to the desk where you making dining ressies, they will do it for you. This is what we did and it worked out great.

It was pretty difficult for us to hook up to internet. We were staying in a 2 bedroom in the Villas. We had to call the I.T. guys about 4 times. First of all, it was difficult to talk to the I.T. and work on the computer because of the location of the hook up. ( We had to have an internet cord) Next, it kept on kicking us off. They were nice, but it was annoying. I was a little more patient than my friend. He was losing his temper! The internet was also really slow. If I were you, I would be sure you call them when you aren't rushed, and just be ready to take a little time. Maybe you will have better luck. If you are a vacation club member than it is free, but if not.. you have to pay every day. Good Luck, let me know how it went!
We did LOVE the VWL. :lovestruc This was our first stay and it was amazing! Have fun!
