Does anyone have any pictures of the Old Faithful Club. I would like to know if there are places to sit by the window and enjoy a cup of tea. Thanks.

there is a deluxe club level room available for our dates and mum and i were talking last night if it would be worth it to take that room so we can be at WL
for a 4 night 5 day stay on dining is it worth the extra grand to stay club level????

(just checked and only the club level avail for the trip)

Honestly, if you have dining then I don't think it's worth an extra grand! If you didn't have dining then yes because you can eat breakfast every morning and some nights if you're not a big eater can make dinner out of what's there. But since you would really only be using it for location and services I wouldn't spend it.

When do they put up the decorations for Christmas? We may be going next year in November, but it would probably be before Thanksgiving.

The Bear Face rooms to the left side of the lodge maybe able to see all the EWP but serveral rooms also have trees that would block the view. The rooms on the right would only be able to see part of the parade. The best viewing is from the beach, it only takes a few minutes to walk out.

The Christmas decorations usually go up toward the end of the second week in November, they seem to Magically appear around the 15th give or take a day.

Would that be on the right of the photo or standing in the lobby facing the rooms? Clear as mud?? Sorry!

That would be if you were standing in the Lobby looking out toward Bay Lake.

Thank you, I also go back and read the older threads from time to time. I have so many friends that I have meet right here on the FAQ Thread. My user name is also a funny story I found the DIS about a month before I registered, so I thought and thought about my sign-on and signature,

It is taken from my brick "WALK AROUND THE WORLD" located @ TTC from my nephews. (For a Christmas present one year they told my sister they wanted to buy me DisneyWorld.)

I, uh, er...I am still in the process of catching up on all my threads from my week hiatus from the DIS, I have MANY more threads to read. I haven't made it back 'Home' yet....knowing that thread will be loooooooooonger than this one and require more time to catch up, so REALLY, I have a reason! I do, I do!
