. My sister had surgery on her shoulder years ago and the Dr told her to stay in the sling thing. He sent her for PT but not right away. SHe listened to her Dr but it was a nightmare for her. She needed surgical intervention to break up the scar tissue and has since had teh shoulder surgery repeated
I am cringing thinking about the pain you suffered, Gail has a high tolerance and she was sick from it. 
I have Nola and Rylee today and neither is well. Welby had a 1/2 day but I told her to let them stay a little longer, Nola is fast asleep, still in her nightie and Rylee is laying under a nest of blankets on the couch so no reason to move hem yet. It is freezing and windy out there today!
I am going back to try to figure out Pinterest. i am a very slow learner it appears
