Jen - Those ento-whatevers sounded really good!
That's the story of my life, I've been dealing with her having some sort of illness since year #2 when she was diagnosed with RA. I had a triple whammy from 2004 - 2006 when her parents were both sick and crazy. Her mother passed in 06, and we had a year of relief until her father went looney until he died in 2009. Boy the stories I could tell!
I've learned not to get stressed out about it, in fact she has been complaining about the leg for several weeks and it wasn't until last night when I noticed the whole shin was dark red and other unpleasant things in dinner conversation were going on that I started really worrying. But if Dr. J says everything will be OK, then I know it will.
Arline is so happy we signed her up with this Dr. even though she lives four hours away, she is getting better care with her than her Doctors in the sticks. (No offense to those living in small towns!) In the last two years, her meds have been switched up a dozen times, she's been diagnosed with Parkinson's, undiagnosed with Parkinson's, had chronic wounds that won't heal, thought she was suffering from Alzheimer's, dementia and another long list of ailments. All of which Dr. J was able to undeduce in the 3 hour session that she had today. She has a whole new set of meds that should take away some of the dementia symptoms, the shaking, and even cleaned the wax out of her ears so that she hears a lot better!
