we fly from scotland on th 15 th december to th e 5th of january
what are the parks like from the 15 to the 23 rd is it worth cramming a few parks in then

Everyday you get closer to the 25th it will get increasinly busier. The 1 thing that may save some of the crowds that week-- is many schools won't be off. With Christmas being on a Saturday, most schools aren't off until Friday 12/24. So many people won't travel the weekend before. So you may be able to fit some decent days in when you first arrive.
