The Wave

Is there a filet at the Wave? According to the menu on all ears net (http://allears.net/menu/menu_waved.htm), there isn't. However, I have been reading reviews that people have had filets at the Wave.

We are staying at BLT and would love to go there on a water park day.

Last time we ate at the Wave there was a "tenderloin steak" on the menu, and the waitress said to us "today they have fillet for the steak" so we ordered it. Extremely good by the way. It was the way she said this that makes me think it's a "steak of the day/week" type of thing, just like "today's sustainable fish" on their menu, and maybe not always a tenderloin steak.

I'm looking at the Wave menu on Allears.net - it shows "grilled beef tenderloin" which is essentially another name for filet mignon.

The Wave menu varies much more then most Disney restaurants so the online menus aren't always as accurate as some others. Part of their "theming" is serving in season and fresh ingredients and while the season of beef isn't as obvious as the season for certain fish or produce it does vary depending on the season.
