The Wave or GF Cafe - Christmas Day

Has anyone eaten at the Wave on Christmas Day I see they have a special menu? We currently have an adr for GF Cafe which we have eaten at before but I'm not sure if we are better staying in our own hotel to eat that night, the Contemporary. I'd have liked California Grill but we only booked the trip a couple of weeks ago and so far no joy in grabbing a cancelled adr for there.

Any opinions or advice would be great. We will be 3 adults and an 11 year old.

I didn't know about The Wave's holiday menu until I read your post, but now I plan to go there for Christmas dinner! I've enjoyed all my visits to The Wave, although I haven't been there for Christmas before. I actually like The Wave better than California Grill. Prices more reasonable, and food more to my liking anyway.

I agree with @DaisyDuck001 , I like The Wave far more than Cali Grill. Food is so much better as are the prices. Its my fave restaurant on property. GF is good, but not as good in terms of quality as The Wave IMHO. I ate there three times during my last trip (2x for breakfast, once for dinner).

Mind you, i've never eaten there for Christmas Day before. But I would recommend it.
