The Walking Dead on AMC

I don't know about anyone else but the show is much scarier to me now that an airborne virus is threatening everyone.

Disclaimer: I am a germaphobe

I mean zombies are scary enough and the thought of it is nightmare inducing but it has an air of "never gonna happen" to it, it is just so un-realistic. Now an outbreak type situation is ridiculously realistic to me.

Ok, so I guess I was off base on the wine guy. I forgot Daryl brought him home.

On the other hand... what if it's DARYL doing it? I mean, think about it - he gets fan boys and girls when he does the hero stuff. Maybe he's doing all of this to capture the hearts of everyone in the prison!

Just kidding. If Daryl did it, I'd find a way to agree with his reasons because, well, he's so DARYL!

I'm confused, do walkers attract more walkers? or do walkers ward off walkers, like Michonne's pet did?

If they ward off other walkers why not pile the bodies up around the fence? OR do something like Michonne, and cut the arms and jaw off, and invite them in?

Michonne's walkers masked her instead of warding off other walkers. I think they are attracted by activity. They see a group milling about and go investigate. Live people/animals and fresh kills attract them. I don't think piling body parts will do anything but encourage disease and make living there unbearable.

Where does she go from here? There is way too many things going on right now, man, everyone's in peril!! And nothing resolved in the episode. That was stressful!

My wife called the Carol thing, and I didn't buy it at all. So, guess I got burned on that one.

But with the revelation that Carol is the killer, it creates a great conflict with Rick. Carol has been there since day one, and she did things for the greater good, and so on.

However, there's not much conflict if Carol is one of the few healthy adults left at the prison.

They all totally get why she did it, so we will see how it all shakes out now. They were pretty much dead already ( ha, see what I did there?) so will they all consider it murder? The most important question is how will it affect her relationship with Daryl?

Did the Talking Dead have anything good? I can't stand Marilyn Manson so we skipped it tonight but just wondering if the clip for next week is actually worth watching?

When Rick bent down and looked at the bloody hand print on the door frame where the bodies were taken out, I was sure it was going to be Carl. Poor kid is pretty dang warped so it made sense to me.

That's exactly what I said to DS while we were watching. Oh, that hand print is low, I'll bet it was Carl. And then I literally gasped out loud when Carol admitted (unashamedly, I might add) that she killed them. Totally explains her freaking out after Tyrese told her how wonderful she is and then asked her to look in on Sasha.

Holy cow... what will Daryl do now?!?! He was the one telling Tyrese that they're putting a bullet in whoever killed Karen. Will he wind up backpedaling when he finds out?

This was such an amazing show (yet again). I was reading an interview with Andrew and Norman - it was confirmed that a regular character will die. Oh so many possibilities - Carol, Hershel, Carl, Glen.... who will it be?

I'm pretty sure that was the vet school in the background.

As for Carol, when she broke down after talking to Tyreese, I was pretty certain it was her. My dang DVR cut off right as Rick asked her and I was freaking out not to know the answer. Then I remembered we record The Talking Dead so it caught it at the beginning. It really was down to her, Carl or Hershel and I was very sketchy on Hershel.

Mercy killing for all involved? Probably. But still - she went way too far.
