The walking dead amc #2

And where are all the cats? Dogs are stupid and think everyone is their friend so understand how the numbers are lowish. Apart from the tiger pet, felines have been absent - I don't think I've seen a single *****.

Yeah they haven't shown many animals. There was that one episode where they ran into a pack of wild dogs and then they ate them, but other than that they haven't shown them. You would think in these villages you would see more animals like dogs, cats, bulls, cows, chickens and horses. Although it does seem the Kingdom makes use of horses. I would think since we are fairly far along into the apocalypse we would start seeing horse and buggies, bulls pulling tractors, etc.

The zombie apocalypse has been going on for only 3 years (judging by Judith's age) and this band of weirdos in the junkyard have abandoned speaking normal English and embraced life Beyond Thunderdome already??? Come on. I smell a shark jump in'...

I would say 2 years tops. I would peg Judith at maybe a year, if that.

What is everyone thinking about tonight's episode? :tiptoe: Judging by last week's previews I guess we will be seeing a lot of Dwight .

Yup... Looks like it picks up when Dwight returns and Daryl is gone... so going back in time a bit. Hopefully they'll flip between that and "current".

Hate to say it, but I have a feeling this will be one of the episodes people complain about... too slow / too focused on one "side character". I've still enjoyed some of those. Others have been a bit much (whole episode on Tara... and I'll never get that hour+ of Morgan back... :sad2:). :D

I agree, this will probably be a slow episode. I think it always feels that way to me whenever the focus isn't on a "main" character. Sometimes these episodes are just necessary to move the story along... even if it's an hour of Morgan and the Cheesemaker. :P

The hour of cheese making was a bit much but do agree it's good to get some backstory otherwise we'd be wondering how badass Morgan turned into almost-angel Morgan.

I feel like I could have grasped that in 30min. Max. :D

We were all kinda begrudgingly waiting for this Dwight centric episode, but I'm liking this Eugene time.

My greatest wish is to get jerry and Eugene to kick back together. That would surely be fun!
