Hi goirls! That was a typo but I think it's funny so I will leave it! It makes me sound like I'm from Joisey like Sharky and QM, no?

Anyhoo... I am outta commission! I am having a major muscle spasm in my upper back/ neck and I am miserable sitting here! I managed to do an OTX (couldn't get one yesterday), catch up with UJ's thread and here and now I am in PAIN. I took a zanaflex last night and expected to wake up much better today but nnnoooo.

So I'm off to take another and see if that helps..... maybe see y'all later! Try not to rack up too many pages!

Hi Everyone!! Anyone miss me?? Don't comment on that, Let me just pretend O.K.?!!

I actually stayed up late Mon night/Tues morn to catch up, had all my little quotes and then when I went to reply I couldn't focus on the screen my eyes were so tired sooooo I'll just comment on what I remember and then I'll have to catch up with all the rest I missed later.

Been working on the yard to day. I got everything mowed and weed eated!!! it was the first time I had ever weed eated! I did me a pretty good job yeah me!!! (that was my shout out to cheri!! )

It FINALLY rained and I let B and my niece play in it. They had a great time!

O.k. I'm going to see what I can remember to post on I do know that Sharky doesn't know me as good as she thinks she does!!!

Oh Yeah and I have a new coupon Queen report!!!

I don't know your whole story but I have got to say that your determination is awesome. The way you have changed your lifestyle and improved your health!! You Go Girl!! I love the way you talk about making an eating lifestyle change, that may have not been your exact words but I believe thats what you were saying, it's been a while since I've read post and I've slept since then!!! Anyway thats what will change some ones life. From your post about how you were a year ago and how you are now, well I just want to tell you I admire your courage and determination!!

And now Shar KAY!!!! First let me remind you of a little post about a blond moment!!! Remember??? Poor Cheri!! Ya'll should be ashamed right since she is the only "natural" blond!!! UMMMMM Hello!! Has no one looked at my pics I've posted!! I'm blond. Naturally!!! Not as blond as Cheri I guess you'd call it dirty blond except my hair is clean, THANK YOU!! Remember the 18 bottles of Herbal Essence!!! I use to be a cotten top but my hair has darkend over the years and now instead of finding gray hairs I find ......BLACK ones!!! Not brown but black!! i went to buy a hair piece when my hair was falling out from all the surgeries after B was born and would you like to know which ones match my hair perfectly????

6 things of Trident Gum (which I don't chew gum but hey with my coup and the sale I was MAKING $3 so .....)
2 Kellogs Corn pops (BOGO free)
2 Kellogs Raisan Bran(BOGO free)
I used my store bucks I had earned and it all cost me a WHOPPING $4.97

And then at Walmart I needed to buy Shannon some bandages and we are very strapped right now so how to buy bandages with no coupon but not spend any $$$???

I bought 6 bottles of Power Aid on clearance for .58 each well one was.60 cents and I had 6 coupons for $1 off so I bought

Thank you Lee Lee. It was a life style change. I also have hair that was frosted by God. I was going to dye it but I decided that I earned everyone of these gray hairs. I have to tell you I admire you for everything you are going through with DH I know it can't be easy.

Great shopping. I know about the bandages. I loved when I had a home health nurse coming in because then the health plan covered all of my bandages and ileostomy supplies. And then all of the packing and bandages from my ileostomy take down surgery. My ileostomy supplies were outrageous and that was with the insurance covering 80%. I feel your pain.

ahh....can't forget about you LeeLee! I'm glad that I am not alone. And my hair's not THAT blonde. I am a dirty blonde too. I do get highlights so that makes my hair look lighter
