I looked at the photos........quiltin mania!!!!! I have a step sister who does them.....sells them for big bucks!!! Some have sold for $600 & up.....she enters competitions and wins all the time......interesting.......I couldnt do it......We have a lot of amish south of us who sell them out of their houses....see signs for them all the time!!!!

My house is clean! FYI...I just washed those comforters and as soon as I go to bed, they are coming upstairs and going on the appropriate beds. The underpants are now on Kyleigh's clean behind.

Great Pics Nikki!!! I'm glad you and the kids got to get out and play miniature golf, we looked at some of those awesome ones out on 192 but it's been too hot or raining so maybe when it gets more all like, we'll give it a shot!!!

Carla those quilts and purses are awesome. OMG you are all so talented I envy you. They are just gorgeous! I want to be adopted into your family as then I know one of you would make me a quilt as a present, lol. Seriously they are wonderful. It was a beautiful way to spend time with your Mom and sister and niece. The purses were great also. I just loved them. The one that had lots of blue in it was so pretty, I love those colors in combination with each othere. There was one pic where you had your head tilted back and there was a picture behind you with a deer and the antlers looked like they were coming out of your head

Quiltin Mania, you can say that again! That is so awesome that your step sister makes so much off of the quilts she makes. I don't think I could ever do it for a living. I wouldn't make them fast enough to be profitable to me. Plus I'd be sad to not know where my quilt would end up. Your step sister must machine quilt. That goes a lot faster. We all hand quilt.

Yeah the ladies there are so good at what they do. Some of them design their own quilts. I'm no where near that tallent yet.

A box party is where you pick a quilt pattern that you would like made. Put some fabric of your choosing in a box with the directions and send it to the first person in the rotation. There's usually about 8 or 9 of us that participate in it. And if you choose to participate then you have to make a block for everyone else when you recieve their box. Hence the name "box party". Does that make sence?

Thank you. I love my Mom's santa blocks too. SO cute!! There's so many more awesome ones that I didn't post the pictures of that I would love to do. There's one with a huge bumble bee on it that is so cute that I want to do and also what is called a rose sampler that I would like to do as well. I think I'll post those pictures just so you can see what I'm talking about.

Thanks MomMOm. I already promised Sharky that I would make a small wall hanging for her one of these days. Maybe I can do the same for you. It's just a matter of taking the time to do it.
