The wait is killing me!

Ok, patience is not a virtue for me. I made it thru ROFR, and now I'm suffering thru the closing paper work. How soon can I make a reservation at a DVC resort? I think I read in a thread somewhere that you can check the Orange County Official Records and then call MS when the deed is recorded. Is this true? Or do I have to wait until I get the membership paperwork from Disney? Argh!

Our BWV resale closed on a Thursday a few weeks ago and we were able to make reservations the next Thursday. It takes Disney 3-5 days to input the information into their system and they you should be ready to go.

We used the Timeshare Store. If you have any questions, just call your closing company. Have fun making those first reservations!
