Ok… spoke to the front desk… new policy is that Security will be at the elevators at most times (bathroom breaks are allowed) and that guests should have access to their digital or physical key.

Ive had it waitlisted for a long time. Did some looking and it's at least not from a serial renter so that does make me feel better. . Still hoping it will come through, if it doesn't I will be staying off site one night

I am actually okay staying offsite 1 night since it's a travel day but my husband is not happy... "we spent how much money and we are staying somewhere else!!" He doesnt really understand how booking DVC works even though I have told him many times.
