You are correct. Life needs more humor.I thought their comment was ment in jest. Perhaps it could be good to take a breath before firing off an aggressive and hostile response.

Since it was meant in jest, I do apologize. Sometimes it's hard to interpret meanings from plain text. If I had seen a smiley face or "/s" I would have understood. You are correct. Life needs more humor.
Maybe that’s what my family does when I head down to the spaIs it just the top floors where they left the small TVs or everywhere?
ETA: we actually occasionally do movie nights by casting to the TV during longer WDW vacations, although never have at DL. I remember we watched the last episode of the second season of Mandalorian at Riviera in late 2020 with extended family in our 2BR villa since nobody wanted to wait until after the trip to watch. Then in 2022 we watched Guardians of the Galaxy 1 with my MIL in our BLT 1BR so she would know the characters before going on Cosmic Rewind the next day (borrowed the movie from Community Hall). Sometimes it's a nice arrival day thing to do, but it's not going to make or break the vacation.
Thanks for the video! Ive never been in a GV interested to see what those who have been in one think. So it turns out that there has been some major work done to the bathrooms, at least in the 3 bedroom Grand Villa. Someone posted a video on Facebook a couple of days ago that shows a quick walkthrough, but if you pause it, you can see that they closed off the bathtub area and replaced the tub, replaced the floor tiles and reconfigured the shower/toilet, and replaced the countertops. I am comparing it to a YouTube from a year ago (Villas are on the opposite side, but I am assuming they were both redone the same way).
New tour:
1 year ago:
Silly me I watched the 1 year ago and thought it was new. I was thinking that couch looked not new. LOLThe new tour is unavailable, at least to me.
It's in the Disney's Grand Californian Hotel and Spa group on Facebook, you might have to join the group to see it.The new tour is unavailable, at least to me.
Ha! You have never met us! Spouse has a custom carrying case made which holds 2 Apple TVs, their remotes, a foldable keyboard, various cables, a hotspot, a wireless router, and a hard drive that acts as a portable media server.Maybe it is just me, but if the size of the TV ruins your vacation, you might be vacationing wrong.
Don’t tell my kids this….Ha! You have never met us! Spouse has a custom carrying case made which holds 2 Apple TVs, their remotes, a foldable keyboard, various cables, a hotspot, a wireless router, and a hard drive that acts as a portable media server.
We are not rustic people.
Looks like soaker with no jets.Looks like some of the bathroom flooring is the same but the primary bathroom has large square tiles with just an inlay with smaller tiles. Is the tile the same in the showers? I can't quite tell.
I hope that's a soaker with no jets and I hope all the rooms get those!
Or my husband.Don’t tell my kids this….![]()
Looks like since they needed to add the new entrance design they went ahead and spruced up the restUnrelated to the refurb, looks like there's a new banner image for VGC on the DVC site.

Changes are to the DTD entrance (makes sense), the sky (doesn't make sense), and the depth of the building on the right edge (doesn't make sense?).
